I reckon I need to share my thoughts on The Iconic AU. Gotta say, I was a little hesitant to purchase from them at first 'cause I wasn't quite sure if they'd deliver what they promised. But, it turned out to be a mess when the order wasn't processed properly and yet, they went ahead and processed my credit card details. It was a huge problem for me as I had expected my order to be processed as per my payment.
When I contacted the customer service team, they apologized and suggested I re-order for the same amount. However, this made no sense to me as why should I spend another $400 when they already had my payment details. The payment could have been transferred to the order I already placed. They also informed me that my money would take 3-5 days to get refunded to my account.
To make things worse, they didn't even reserve the items or process my original order. They didn't even offer me a gift voucher for the inconvenience caused. Instead, they suggested I could use the previous gift voucher that I had received from them before.
Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. It was disgusting to see such poor customer service at a reputed online store like The Iconic AU. I hope they take necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure such problems don't arise in the future.
