Sheinlove Not received goods

Ordered goods not received any only a silver ring that's not worth 139 dollars like they say asked about ten times for a refund said they will pay me 80% of my money back still waiting ordered in October they said someone else received my order so went on their page and quiet afew people as received a ring in stead of there order slot of people have paid for their goods and been ripped off I have sent loads of emails thanks for reading this

Exactly same thing happened to me. Ordered in October. Received a ring in the mail. Offered me eighty percent. Emailed SEVERAL times! Say they'll ship my original order if I pay ten dollars for shipping.

Sheinlove Parcel delivered

I ordered pyjamas for the full family also boots coat and two dresses in my parcel that was delivered was only a mascara in what I had not ordered and nothing else I need these items for Xmas so now what will happen I am very disappointed I will now struggle to find my items in what was all the same for everyone I could not recommend your company to others until my issues has been resolved

Desired outcome: I would like all my items replacing

Sheinlove Shoes I ordered

I ordered several pairs of shoes from here. Got them in 2 shipments. Crappy, Crappy quality. Got below wal mart quality for mall price. Tried to return and they won't give me full refund only partial lol ($4.00 us dollars for the 150.00 I spent)
They are beyond ugly and not comfortable. Going to contact credit card company for a possible charge back.
Stay away from this site unless you like throwing away your 💰!

Sheinlove boots

Awful, awful, awful! They are thieves and completely dishonest! The boots I ordered are nothing as pictured, not even close, and they will not refund my money as their return policy clearly states they will! Do not order from this company ever! Their website appears to be legit and so did the return policy or I never would've ordered them. But that's their hook, line, and sinker! They have stolen from me, don't let it happen to you! Their offer to me first was $10 us, when I said absolutely not, the next offer was $15 us, or 50% off another item, yeah right like I want your shoddy merchandise! These boots were nearly $50 a piece! This company is a joke!

Sheinlove sheinlove warm leather flat snow boots

I wish I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering from this company. I experienced the exact same issues; the product was low quality and not as described on the website. It took almost two weeks before I received it and that's when I realized it was being shipped from China and the quality. It's such a shame that they epitomize the stereotype of products from China - no quality control or quality assurance!

Upon receiving the boots (I use that term loosely), it looked like it was made of plastic and the inner lining was cotton balls patched together. The color was not as pictured it was bright orange! I immediately sent an email (only source of communication which should have been a flag) asking for a refund. They discouraged that and proposed a 10% refund of $4.90 USD. The purchase price was $48.95 USD. They also offered that I could choose another item and pay half price or be responsible to ship it back to China before I could be refunded but advised against that. They actually said most people choose the 10% refund. I told them I'm not interested in any more of their products and told them I will dispose of it and file an official complaint with BBB and FTC.

This company is fraudulent and should not be able to sell to American consumers. I caution all consumers to avoid them (run like hell!) and not waste your money. The ads are not true representation of their products.

Sheinlove swimming suits and sweater shirts

The swimming suits were two sizes too small, and the sweater shirts were not good quality. When I asked to return them, they kept offering me 10% off and to try ordering a new item. When I kept saying I just wanted to return the items since I couldn't wear the items I had they disregarded that and just kept saying that it would cost too much to return them and that they could give me 10% back and that I should just order more from them. While it is true that the shipping back to China is extremely expensive, the fact that they even offer returns is such a lie! I will definitely never order from them again, and would advise against anyone ordering from them if they think they will at all need to return an item. This is a fraudulant company, they do not offer what they say they do. I have just waisted $100 on items I can't use. This happened from 6/15/2019 to 7/12/2019

Sheinlove swimsuit never arrived and no refund

I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter on February 4th. On February 16th it said it was ready to ship from china. That is the last update. I emailed asking where it was and they said it just shipped. I waited a few days and the tracking didn't change. Emailed again and they said they realized it didn't update the shipping and to give them two weeks. Another two weeks passed and we have heard nothing. It has now been over two months and not only have we never gotten the suit, but no refund either. I emailed a couple of days ago but have heard nothing back. My teen worked hard for that money. I'm so mad that they can take your money and ship nothing. This company is a scam and I will make sure no one I know orders from them in the future.

Sheinlove poor communication and does not honor return policy

Although their website states that they are responsible for returns that are poor quality or not as described from the website, they will give you generic responses assuring you that everything is fine and will not want to accept the return. After several emails back and forth, I finally got them to accept the return but have struggled to get back my money after the products were returned. They keep stating that they haven't received the return even tho the tracking number says it's delivered and their website says 3 days for the return after delivery.

My return was delivered on 30 JAN and today is 28 APR and I have yet to see my refund and had to contact my credit card company. Below is a timeline of my interaction with this company.

05 DEC Placed order
28 DEC Received order
29 DEC Emailed requesting a partial refund and provided an explanation on what was wrong with each product and provided photos comparing the items to the website.
15 JAN After several emails, finally approved for a refund.
30 JAN Tracking shows the return package was delivered.
15 FEB Requested update on refund.
20 FEB Requested another update on refund.
03 MAR Requested another update on refund.
19 MAR Requested an escalation to a manager which apparently is not an option because it was never acknowledged

Sheinlove clothing

I ordered 4 dresses. One in grey - the top was actually black and white not grey and had stains on the front of the bodice, the two blues came with bright blue stripes on the top and navy floral skirt that look awful, and the green - though the closest color match was still awful. None of them were close to what was pictured. When I contacted the company about returning them they finally agreed, but I have to pay shipping to return them - $71.25 to return to China. That's almost the cost of the dresses. I have never worked with a company that made me pay to return faulty merchandise. Please save yourself the headache and your money. Do not order from this company!

Sheinlove defective bathing suit received - they charged me for return.

Don't use SheinLove.

I received a defective item. The stitching was not complete and there was access elastic sticking out of the bathing suit I purchased. I did not want to keep the suit so I contacted SheInLove to return it. They acknowledged that the sewing was defective and their fault.

The company has a policy stating they are responsible for:

" We responsible for all following defective item within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received."

Please be aware that you have to pay for the item to be shipped back and since it is overseas, the cost for shipping is more than the item itself. For standard post office shipping to their address I was going to be charged $27 to return, a medium size one piece bathing suit.

The company offered me a refund in discount coupons. Like I would buy anything from them again. I have no doubt that if I sent the item back at my cost the company would fix the defect and resell the unused item.

Stay away from SheInLove.

Sheinlove customer service / exchange

My 'review' of online ordering with SheinLove. I ordered a few outfits from these guys that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault). I emailed them and asked how I go about exchanging them (at my cost) and they emailed me back asking that I pay $27 postage only and they would send me the new size (I just figured this would be cheaper for them, or it was a show of good will or something?). Unfortunately they sent me the same size as I originally ordered again so I emailed them straight away letting them know. They emailed me back asking for photos of both sets of outfits showing the sizes, which I sent to them the same day. After this exchange, I was unable to check my emails over the Christmas break. When I returned, I had another email from them asking for 'more' photos. I sent some more straight away (not sure why they needed more) and the reply I got back was that they could not help me as I had taken too long to raise the issue with them. Then there was emailing back and forth, me stating that this was not the case at all and that I had originally emailed them regarding the issue the same day I received the parcel, and them continually saying I had waited too long to email them about it. I don't know if I'm being scammed or if this is just really poor customer service. Either way, I still don't have what I paid for. I would be very suspicious of ever ordering from them again, or any of their other companies popping up on social media

Sheinlove the customer service

I have emailed asking for someone higher than a phone rep to get ahold of me, but that hasn't happened yet. I ordered 14 items the first week of December, it is now January 25th and I'm still missing 2 items. I've been told that they sent it out and that it's not their problem that I haven't received it. The order was broken up over 3 shipments instead of sending it all at once. Each time they told me "We checked the shipping records, the missing items were shipped via another parcel. " They do not wish to resolve the issue, I have asked someone to contact me and no one has. They have stolen from me and won't make it right. I doubt they have any repeat customers if this is how they choose to treat the first time customers. I won't be ordering from them again.

Sheinlove poor quality clothing/fraudulent behaviour

Items do not match the photos on the website. Clothes are cheaply made. My shirt was stained on the front and at least two sizes smaller than indicated on their size chart. It was unwearable. They refuse to refund my money unless I pay to ship it back to China! This would cost almost as much as the shirt! They claim that they sent me exactly what I ordered which is a LIE! I sent photos showing the stain and the wrong size (tape measure to show that it was an inch too short, each sleeve was an inch too short and the shirt was FOUR inches too small around based on their sizes) and they still claim it was my error. I ordered an XL, and as the photos show, it's nowhere near that size. They also removed my negative review from their website AND from Facebook. Only positive reviews stay on their site which is fraudulent!

They refuse to send me the rest of my order, claiming they sent it out in a package I received and if I didn't get it, it's the post offices fault.

Sheinlove not impressed

Sheinlove is an unreliable service.
I received several items from them and was very disappointed when I opened the package.
1. Low quality. I will never wear these clothes. It looks too cheap. Much cheaper than I paid for this crap.
2. Wrong sizing and colors.
3. Long delivery.
4. Overpriced. This quality should have lower prices.
Going to return the items, have no idea what I will have t go through, but I think that there can't be anything worse than these clothes.

Sheinlove I will never buy from again. Their size charts are wrong. I ordered 3 dresses and they were way too tight in the bust area. They also do not fit comfortable around the shoulders. I contacted them and told them this. They stated that if I were to pay them 40 dollars, that they would resend the correct size. I requested a return shipping due to the incorrect size chart, but they refused. I also did not like the material, and they are very cheaply made. The colors that they claim, are not the colors that you see. Super cheap and horrible customer service. BEWARE.

Sheinlove clothing not as shown in picture

I am sooooo furious with this company. Their size chart is totally inaccurate, not to mention when I received the merchandise, it didn't look anything like the pictures advertised. It was really cheaply made clothing from China. The clothing was small, I mean TINY! Would have never fit me. I had to ship my items back to China which cost me a fortune! This place is a total rip-off. Don't fall for their cheap clothing and prices! You will be very unhappy

I am going through the same problem with a web site company who sells cheap, incorrect sized clothing made in China. They refuse to give me a refund and if I want to return it, I have to mail it to China and pay three times the amount I paid for the item originally. I know I will never get a full refund from the company after numerous emails back and forth and they've offered me "compensation" which is one third of what I paid, I am frustrated and upset with myself that I even got involved with this deceiving cheating company called OASAP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sheinlove merchandise never delivered, refused a refund

I ordered a swimsuit on July 9th. Today is July 28th and I have not received the merchandise. The tracking has remained the same since day one "Origin post is preparing shipment. We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece, " with the origin country being China (i.e. my swimsuit is still in China). I emailed the company's customer service twice and was told both times, "if the item cannot be delivered within 15 working days we will refund 10%." I replied with a complaint that the item not being delivered is not my fault as it's still in it's origin country (China) and that I expect a full refund. Still haven't heard anything back. They basically took my money, didn't deliver the item I ordered and will not refund or respond to my emails now. I don't know if this is a scam company I fell prey to, or they just have horrible customer service, but I would NOT order from them.

The evening of the day I posted this complaint, I received an email with updated tracking status saying my item was on it's way in my city. I received the merchandise the next day and it was as expected, therefore no refund was needed.

Sheinlove Return policy

I ordered 2 swimsuits from Sheinlove not knowing they are the same company as Cupshe. I would not have ordered from them if I'd known because I've heard so many bad things about Cupshe. Well, now I need to return the suits and they don't want to refund my money! The website clearly indicates you can return items for a refund but they just want to give me store credit. NO way! Very bad company! Do NOT order from either of these sites!

Please don't waste your money! These boots are not as advertised. The material is anything but leather, they are cheap, cheapest quality I have ever seen on any market. The inside comes off in clumps and they smell like cat urine. One more thing, I ordered a size 9 US and they are at least 1 1/2 smaller.

I ordered a pair of sandals, poor quality, feels like made of paper and cardboard, so different to the pictures on the website and descriptions. total rip off. will never order again from this site. My order was delivered too late. I am so disappointed with the product, its a hassle to return items from this site as well.

I bought three items, all were damaged and poorly made. They told me to return them to get a full refund and credit for shipping. Buyer beware.
They get you to return it at your expense (almost as much to post as the purchase) and then surprise surprise, they never receive the package.

I purchased a swimsuit from sheinlove.com. I received it, but it was so poorly made it wasn't wearable. It was NOT a size issue. It was a quality issue. It was missing half of the swimsuit. I returned it at my own cost (TO CHINA!), and still have not received a refund 3 months later. I know it was received.
