Sweater shirt arrived 4 weeks after ordering
I ordered an ugly sweater on 12/2/22 for a party on 12/15/22. The item did not arrive until 12/27/22. The item arrived and is very short for a sweatshirt (belly shirt short). So I needed a larger size if I was to keep it but I want a refund considering it arrived after Christmas! I was told that they don’t do refunds or exchanges. No where can you find this information on the site. This company is not equipped to operate in my opinion if they cannot meet customer needs. Unless your business model is to sell to customers one time and never have a returning customer.
Desired outcome: Refund or XxL sweatshirt (since I have to keep it)

I am pissed off about being bombarded constantly with your damn crypto crap adds. Cease and desist or I will delete everything that is brave crap from my devices.

I placed my original order for masks through their website from a popup ad on FB. I did not hear from them and assumed the order would be processed and shipped and I would hear from them since the payment went through immediately. That was not the case. I then mistakenly placed a 2nd order because my children needed masks. Once again, the same outcome. I emailed them only to get rejected emails from gmail and all phone numbers are not active or reachable. Not 1 confirmation, courtesy call or update, ship app shows zero activity. Reported as fraudulent/disputed charge. do not order from Brave new Look.

Unfilled order
The company failed to fill my order, does not communicate, and has yet to refund my money. Furthermore they refused to respond to BBB Inquiry. They are a fraud. Unfortunately this continues on sites like etsy as there is no verification of the compression advertising there, research before you but as the new scam is low cost item, that cuase more to resolve than the product is worth.
KN face masks
I bought a face mask from Brave new look I know them fit and they are all too consuming and unbreakable. They only come with filters therefore they are not a KN 95 face mask. I want my money back I've written to them five times and tried calling them as well only taking a busy signal. My order did not come with an invoice. I bought it off of the platform Facebook and I have no recourse with Facebook

Defective braclet clasp, ignoring emails to rectify
I have contacted the company numerous time about their unsatisfactory customer service & poor workmanship. To date I get replies from a robotic "chatbot"direxting me to send another email & " a live person" will contact me in 1-2days. THAT has not happened. I ordered the Piece of My Heart is in Heaven braclet on 12/6/20. It was to he a Christmas gift . The braclet did NOT arrive until early January 2021. It looked fine however the clasp was defective. It fell apart THE FIRST time worn. This was very much upsetting as the braclet was meant to honor the tragic & traumatic loss of her daughter. This company states it "guarantees" replacent of product or money returned. However, that is a false statement. I wanted a replacement braclet. I get no satisfaction in the negligent, careless way they handle customer service. I want satisfaction & resolution of this ASAP

My younger brother Daniel J. Menge (former US Navy Officer based in San Diego, CA as part of the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group of the Pacific Fleet// [protected]) first brought to my attention that BRAVE could be a more impressive alternative to Google during 2019-20.
Dan paid for a particular service for my HP Desktop Computer with Windows 10 Operating System at our local Madison, WI; USA "Madison Geeks" which has provided superior service since perhaps 2012 installed BRAVE and DuckDuckGo to replace Google as the Standard Default Browser on my HP Desktop Computer for the switch between [protected].
Since the time for which I have been yet using Google as the secondary browser and DuckDuckGo and BRAVE as the primary default browser, I have found that Google is more effective than BOTH DuckDuckGo and BRAVE. The search criteria leads to more concise, more comprehensive and more effective searches with Google. Yet, operationally — regarding the content of the searches with DuckDuckGo and BRAVE — there is no particular problem with searches — only they are less concise, less comprehensive, less effective than Google.
The more significant concern with DuckDuckGo and BRAVE is the "background photography" utilized to COVER the entire computer screen — some of the WORST combination of photographs I have EVER seen in my LIFE since 1967. While a certain select # of these photographs showcase glowing CITYSCAPES at Night... that rank among the BEST photographs in the world — these constitute around 5% of all of the photographs displayed. The large majority of photographs showcase "blocks of ice" (not one yet an entire array of "blocks of ice"), pictures of "stray pieces of concrete" and "flowers that look like they were dipped in ICE CRYSTALS"...in short (on a commercial site or in all my years of private photography) I have never seen A MORE CONSISTENTLY POOR ASSORTMENT OF BACKGROUND PHOTOGRAPHS cluttering the entire computer screen ON THE WEB (INTERNET) or IN REAL LIFE since 1967...//
As the photographs (almost across the board) are SUCH a distraction — and IMPEDE Work and Play-Play and Work here in Madison, WI; USA — I recommend that BRAVE REEVALUATE their Photo Archive (including those photographs of Advertisers, both National and International) IMMEDIATELY and reestablish A NEW PHOTO ARCHIVE for their Site between 01 September 2020 - 30 September 2020. If no action is taken, I can affirm that hundreds, perhaps thousands of current and potential customers could discontinue service with DuckDuckGo and BRAVE here in the US and beyond the US.

Missing product - german shepherd scrub top
I ordered 2 product in July 2020. On July 20, 2020 I received one of them and I waited to receive the scrub top. When it never came I reached out to them and all they would say is that the order was marked complete. But it wasn't. I emailed back and forth several times repeating that I did receive the charm but was still missing the top. Finally I asked to speak to someone else higher up but never even received a response. Mask order
I have placed a mask order #[protected] a week ago. I ordered one mask and replacement filters. I had no contact from the company. Neither phone number appears to be working. I have had no response to my email attempts at reaching. I decided after reading numerous complaints and negative reviews to reach out to you for assistance. Masks were made in china, not usa as website states
This page "https://www.bravenewlook.com/pages/fulfillment-shipping" states "All of our items are made to order. We do this to keep our operating costs down by not paying to store inventory. This allows us to keep our business operations and manufacturing here in the USA."
I ordered the masks and filters because the website stated the masks were made in the United States. The masks I received were made in the Peoples Republic of China (P.R.C.). I would not have bought the masks if I knew they were made in China. I am very upset about having wasted more than $40 on a purchase that cannot be returned.

On May 21, masks were ordered and charged on my Visa card; was told it may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Have not received the masks, have purchased masks elsewhere, and want an immediate credit.

Face Masks
My experience, end-to-end, with this company was HORRIFIC! When we ordered masks, my goal was to use a USA company, get quality, and get them fairly quickly. We were promised delivery in "1 to 2 weeks", and there were TONS of 5-star reviews, and "ships from US!" was promoted. Well, it took over 6 weeks to get the masks. They come from China (per the bag they were in). Now, I see TONS of 1-star reviews, which leads me to believe the early reviews were fake. Further, I tried to cancel the order 3x before shipping and was ignored each time with "form-letter responses". AND, the cash back I was promised for making successful referrals never came, either. Oh, and last but not least-- the masks are too small, do not fit, and are quite uncomfortable (I cannot breath in mine). $45 wasted. It does not get much worse than this! I doubt this review will be posted or I will receive a follow-up apology or refund.
Face Masks
I ordered 4 face masks and 30 filters over 5 weeks ago. Took forever to ship and when they did they only shipped a partial order. When I go to track it there are 2 different tracking numbers that both say delivered and they are both linked to the one the was actually delivered. There is no way for me to track the other one because it is linked to the delivered order. They send automated replies when you send an email complaint and their phone lines are disconnected. This is the biggest scam. I understand they are busy but they should stop taking new orders if they can not fulfill them or communicate with people.

I placed an order for face masks and money was debited from my account. The order was not shipped and it has been a month and a half ago and customer service will just lie to me about my order.

Ordered 4 masks and one pack of 5 filters on May 9th with a 1-2 week delivery. May 18th I emailed to see how order #1774799 was coming along; no response. May 21st checked again on delivery date; no response. May 22nd I checked again with this partial response from Brave New Look:
"First, I want to let you know that I've marked your order, {order number, for priority shipment. That means it should be sent the week following Memorial Day. Keep an eye out for a shipment confirmation email." My response on same day May 22nd; Thanks.
June 4th I received an email stating that my shipment was on it's way with a tracking number (9374869903504990162688). June 10th I received the package of filters only! I emailed back on June 10th stating this partial arrival and if they were so back logged I would appreciate a refund on the 4 masks. Today, June 13th, still no response from Brave New Look. Extremely poor customer service.
Total order was for $64.59. I would like the 4 masks immediately or a refund.
