Worst customer service ever. You can literally make an order mistake email them 5minutes after explain the situation and they still will say no exchange no refund. If it does not fit or damaged even with tags no exchange no refund. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Shop at "misguided" similar wardrobe and prices yet excellent customer service.

I ordered 3 skirts and 3 bodysuits on Black Friday for $88 totally. Delivery was late. It took 2 weeks because of the holiday they did email me to apologize. All of them came out perfect style, good quality, matching size (I'm 5'5,154 lbs, weightlifting, I'm thick and wearing Medium). I love the bodysuit that Khloe Kardarshian wore. It's so pretty. Got it in 2 colors.

They said that the item was out of stock, but if that was the case, why didn't they automatically refund me for the item? Instead, they ignored me and kept my money until PayPal got involved. It's really frustrating.

Also, be aware that they offer a coupon code "extra60" on many different Sundays to receive 60% off certain items, but this coupon NEVER works! I've emailed them about it and received no response. It's really shady and odd that they continue to issue this code for months even though it doesn't work. It makes me wonder if it's intentional.

I stumbled upon Naked Wardrobe on Instagram, like many others, and I have to admit, their daily sales and the fact that the Kardashians wear their clothes heavily influenced my desire to try this brand. Plus, they were one of the first IG stores I followed that had their own unique style, which I personally appreciate. Their style is simple, yet elegant and sexy.
However, after purchasing several items from them, I have a major issue with the fabric and sizing. For instance, I bought the crop oh so tight set in three different sizes - S, M, and L. To my surprise, the medium size fit like an XS, the small size fit like a medium, and the large size fit well. I am petite but very curvy in the hips and butt, so this was quite frustrating. The fabric doesn't stretch very well in the smaller sizes, but it was very stretchy in the large size.
Then, I bought a tank capri set in a large, thinking it would fit perfectly. However, the tank was a very weird cut for my body, and the capri was too big. The fabric was also very different and just not suitable to wear. It just doesn't lay well on the body, and it's not ideal for a tight-fitting legging and tank set.
I find myself upset at the money I spent, considering the issues I had with sizing. You literally will have no idea what size you actually wear unless you're an XS with no curves to speak of. I also find the pricing too high for the quality of the fabrics.
Overall, I think Naked Wardrobe has a lot of potential, but they need to work on their sizing and fabric quality. I would recommend trying their clothes if you're willing to take a risk on the sizing, but be prepared to potentially return items.

I gotta say, this was a pretty bad experience. I ordered one of their fancy maxi dresses for a wedding I was going to and I made sure to order it with plenty of time to spare so I wouldn't have to worry about it not fitting or anything. But as the weeks went by, I still hadn't gotten my dress and the tracking info wasn't updating at all. I had to email them twice before they finally got back to me and told me that since I'm in Canada and not the US, it's not their problem. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? They also said that international orders can take up to 25 business days, but I checked their FAQ section and it doesn't say anything like that. I still haven't gotten my dress or any info about where it is.
I've ordered from other websites before and I can always track my package or contact customer service to find out what's going on. But this company won't even try to help me out. They just said it's my fault. That's not how you run a business. They clearly don't care about their customers or their products. I really like Naked Wardrobe! I live in LA and every time I order something, it comes in 2-3 days. I don't know why people complain about shipping because the website says how long it will take depending on where you live and the rest is up to USPS.
They always email me new promo codes, like 2-3 times a week, which is really nice. One time, my dress was ripped and I emailed customer service with a polite message and a photo of the dress. They responded really quickly and sent me a brand new dress in just 2 days. They didn't even make me send the ripped one back!
The packaging is always really clean and neatly wrapped in plastic, tissue paper, and a polymailer bag to keep the clothes in good condition. I will always shop at Naked Wardrobe. It's my favorite store and I've never had a problem with customer service.
I even got to meet one of the sisters who runs the company and she was the nicest person I've ever met. She was so sweet and generous. If anyone has a problem with their clothes, website, shipping, customer service, etc., they should give it another chance because we've all had bad experiences shopping anywhere and everywhere. Even Amazon sends automated emails that say "thank you for your inquiry we will respond within 24-48 hours."
Naked Wardrobe has clothes that you can wear over and over again without anyone noticing it's the same outfit. All you need to do is layer a different jacket or duster over it. The NW exclusive fabric is really flattering and hugs your body in.

Plus, they didn't do anything to help shape my body.
When I contacted customer service about returning the items, they gave me a list of rules that I had to follow, including not having any stains or makeup on the clothes. I sent the items back, but a few days later, I got an email saying that they were being returned to me. I was confused and frustrated, so I emailed customer service again. That's when they told me that because I had used a coupon code, the items were final sale. I was shocked! They never mentioned that before, and I had to go to their FAQ page to find out. Now I'm out $255 for clothes that I don't even want.

Naked Wardrobe Review: Poor Quality Fabric and Misleading Photos
I recently decided to give Naked Wardrobe a try and my order arrived today, which was not too bad in terms of delivery time. However, I have to give them only 2 stars because one of the dresses did fit, but the quality of the material was poor.
As someone who is afraid of rayon, I decided to purchase two identical dresses that were made of 48% Polyester, 48% Rayon, and 4% Spandex. Most of the dresses I liked on the website had higher rates of rayon, but I didn't want to take any chances. I ordered a Small in white and a Medium in grey so that I could figure out my size. I read some horrible customer service reviews, so I didn't want to risk having to deal with that.
I have an uncommon size, with a bust of 32, waist of 24.5, hip of 35.25, and second hip of 39.75. Surprisingly, both dresses fit me well due to their elasticity. However, the white one was extremely see-through, which was not evident in the website's photos. I don't understand how the bra line or nipples did not show on the model. At least other online stores like F21 or Tobi give you a hint of see-through in their photos. This was misleading, and if you wear white underwear and bra, the contrast is just too much. I may only be able to use this as a pool party dress, if anything. The grey one actually fit me well, but the fabric gave me a horrible itch on my arms and back. It felt like I was wearing wood chips, which is exactly what rayon is. Note that not all clothing containing rayon irritates me.
I should have known better. This is the price we pay for fast fashion, but I was hoping that Naked Wardrobe would listen to its customers and fix the issue of poor fabric. I suggest spending your money elsewhere because although the grey one was very flattering, you won't have a problem with the fabric (even if it is fast fashion) at other online stores where they are happy to receive your returns/exchanges. Even if you don't care about using a dress 1-2 times before it shrinks, you can at least donate it instead of throwing it away, as I will most likely do with this white dress.
Hint: Order anything but white. The grey hid the see-through quality really well.
In terms of negatives, don't expect to stay warm with this thin material, and the fabric may cause minor irritation. Also, be aware that according to my order email, a $25 fee will be charged for any order that is returned back to you if they find "makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair, or any other stain."

The worst online experience!
Okay, I don't post negative reviews often, but today I have just had it with terrible customer service from these online websites. You think ordering online is going to be easier because you won't have to deal with all the nuisances of going to a physical store; you point, click and you're done. But ordering online from these horribly run online-only stores is even more frustrating! This Friday will be my first time in California, so this past Friday I decided that I needed a new outfit for the festive occasion. Well, anyone who knows me knows that one new outfit quickly turned into several new outfits; I was on an ordering rampage. I got to the end and was so excited about my new purchases that I didn't think about the fact that I was not ordering from the ever so trusty Amazon.com with the magical service of Prime shipping, but a normal site with regular shipping. Immediately after I placed my order I realized that I probably should have sent my package to the hotel in California. I figured this would be the most logical fix because their warehouse, which is only open Monday through Friday, is in California. So, I call to speak to customer service and the voice recording prompted me to send an email and someone would reply sometime in a 48 hour window, Monday through Friday. I send the email, or two, and wait patiently all weekend to hear back. When they finally respond, mid-day, they responded to me using the wrong name and use a copied and pasted generic answer from their FAQ page. Like really, I waited all weekend for THAT? I obviously replied back frantically hoping that they would respond before my package was processed for shipping. I even took extreme measures by leaving comments on Facebook and Instagram asking for a representative to reach out to me or if there was any way to speak to someone in person and make this minor change to my order. Their response, you ask? They deleted the picture that I commented on! But get this, not only did they delete that picture, they added a new one! This is where I lost it. So like any women would, I threw up a passive aggressive comment that went a little something like this: So, you can delete my post, your picture and add a new picture, but I can't get a decent response from customer service? Then another lady chimes in and says the same and threatens to report them to BBB. I agreed and guess what their response was; go on, just guess... okay fine, I'll tell you! They BLOCKED me!
Moral of the story, Naked Wardrobe clothing company is the least professional online business I have come across. Today they will be reported to the BBB by two paying customers that only wanted to speak to someone regarding their order. Your loss Naked Wardrobe, your loss.

I placed an order amounting $124.26. It's been 8 days, I never received a tracking # or shipping progress. I tried contacting them & NO RESPONSE! I placed an order on 9/18/2020 in the amount of $124.26. I have never received an email with tracking info nor any shipping progress. I have tried EVERYTHING considering that is not normal when purchasing online. I tried calling, but you can't get through without an extension #. I emailed and never got a response, and I even have commented on their social media and STILL no response. I can't even get a REFUND because I can't get in contact. This is the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced and is down right UNETHICAL! I am even more worried considering that I seen other people commenting on their social media page saying they have experienced the same exact situation, Purchasing products but never receiving them or even a refund. This clothing company seems to cater to celebrities and influencers in return for better advertisement and marketing. I only want what I paid for. Even just some communication would have been nice... but NOTHING. Just radio silence. DISGUSTING behavior from people who are supposed to be delivering quality items and instead are committing theft! How can people send you money and get nothing they paid for and no communication regarding your purchase. I would like to request that the company give me the items I paid for and for them to contact me regarding the unethical behavior. I place my order on 11/24 and I was informed that the product would be shipped within 4-7 days, and I completely understand about delays but absolutely no communication after emailing them a few times all I received were automated responses addressing me as "Doll" and that I would receive an update within 48 hours it's now 12/4 and when I go into their portal if reflects order completed but I have not received the product. What a horrible experience. I just need to cancel the order at this point and my money be refunded.

I've been ordering from Naked Wardrobe for a while now, but my recent experience left me feeling disappointed. I understand that COVID has caused shipping delays for many stores, and Naked Wardrobe was no exception. They posted a message on their site asking customers to be patient, which I didn't mind. However, after two weeks had passed and I still hadn't received a tracking number, I decided to reach out to customer service.
It took a while for them to respond to my message, but eventually I received a tracking number via email. Unfortunately, another week went by and there was still no movement on my order. I started to worry that something was wrong, so I messaged them again. This time, they didn't respond at all. I waited another week, and still no response.
At this point, it had been almost a month since I placed my order. I was frustrated and disappointed that I hadn't received any updates. Finally, after messaging them constantly, I received a response. They apologized and said that they thought my shipment had gotten lost in transit.
I appreciate that they eventually responded and offered an explanation, but I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't messaged them. Would I have ever received my order or my money back? It's hard to say. I don't think I'll be ordering from Naked Wardrobe again after this experience.

I just got a dress from nakedwardrobe.com, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with it. It was my first time buying from them, and I was really excited to get the "hold me tight dress" in nectarine. But when I opened the package, I was super disappointed. The color was nothing like what I saw on the website. Instead of a pretty peachy-orange, it looked more like a neon construction worker vest. Not cute.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with all their clothes or just this particular color, because I also got a bodysuit and another dress in the same shade, and they looked nothing like the pictures either. It's a bummer, because the quality of the fabric and stitching was actually pretty good. If it weren't for the color, I would have loved the dress.
But here's the thing: I paid a lot of money for these items, and on top of that, I had to pay for international shipping. And you can't return international orders, so I'm stuck with clothes that I don't even like. Plus, I ordered two different bikini sets with regular bottoms, but they sent me thongs instead. Not cool.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Naked Wardrobe. I placed an order for a black dress that cost me a whopping $80 plus shipping. But get this, I never received a confirmation email! I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me TWICE. What the heck, man? I went to my account on their website and saw that there were no orders under my name. So, I tried calling their phone number, but they didn't answer. Instead, they kept giving me options to reach out to them via email. Ugh, so frustrating!
I finally sent them an email explaining the situation and even sent proof of the charges on my bank account. But guess what? I received NO ANSWER. Can you believe it? I didn't even have an order number because I never received a confirmation email. To make matters worse, they charged me $12 for standard shipping. That's just ridiculous!
I tried contacting them several times, but they blocked my phone number. Now, I don't even know what to do. I paid $80 for a simple black dress and $12 for shipping, and I got NOTHING. No help, no dress, no nothing. This website is definitely overrated, and their quality is below average. I'm so disappointed.
I'm definitely going to file a dispute with my bank. I mean, what else can I do? I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Naked Wardrobe
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Naked Wardrobe. Their customer service is just terrible. I tried to buy something twice and they still haven't given me my money back. This was my first time ordering from them, and I should have listened to the reviews that said they were terrible. But I thought, hey, maybe they'll surprise me. Boy was I wrong!
Their phone number just leads you to some annoying automated system that doesn't even let you talk to a real person. So I had to email them, and it took them almost four days to get back to me. And then they kept saying they needed to verify some authorization code to make sure my billing matched my account. But the money had already been taken out of my account! I wasted three whole weeks trying to get my stuff, and all they did was keep telling me the same story about this stupid authorization code that my bank had never heard of.
I finally gave up and asked for a refund, and my bank told me to never order from them again. If they keep treating their customers like this, they're gonna get flagged as fraudulent. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm never ordering from them again, that's for sure.
Scammers
They're scammers, I bought a body suit and nw leggings they send the body suit (which was literally damaged) and no leggings in my order. I email them letting them know I never received the leggings and they basically called me a liar! They said they know by the "weight" of the package they the leggings was in them. Then your weight scale must be broken because I looked in my bag and I only had a jacked up body suit with my leggings no where to be found. There was no hole in my package when it arrived so I know my mail man didn't take them... Bunch of scammers, I am pissed with this company! I've never received customer service like this in my life! Image paying for a product and not receiving it, then the company says they did send in to you but u never received it... Is that not a scam. They must be going out of business and don't give a crap if they loose paying customers. I guess they are going to rely on celebs wearing the items they got sent to for free, to promote there business untill they close down. Disgusting company, i'm pissed. Every nw review board I find i'm going to write a review on them, people need to know what kind of scam "company" this is.
6 bodysuits don’t fit!
Why is it nearly impossible to speak to a human being at naked wardrobe, I purchased six body shoots from the website and I got a small, not only are they extremely tight but way too short at the same time I would like to exchange them for a size medium. I spent $144 which I'm still paying off and I have five body shoots that I can't wear Because of this issue the one that I am keeping is only because I took the tags off and put it on already the others have never been worn and have all tags why am I not able to speak to a person if they're available from 8am to 5pm? I hope someone from their company sees these complaints and gets back to people who are UNHAPPY with their service!
I lost my money!
I ordered something what was on sale and when I received my order I was very disappointed with the terrible quality. I contacted NakedWardrobe and told them that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my item and asked for a refund. They said ok and asked me to send it back.
Since they didn't give me a return label I had to pay for the return shipping.
About two weeks later they contacted me and said that they were not able to accept the item back because it was a sale item! And when I contacted them for the first time they didn't tell anything about that! These people are ridiculous and their return policy is a complete joke! I lost my money!
Disappointed
I'm very disappointed with the body suit I purchased from NakedWardrobe company. NakedWardrobe is actually a well known company, their website looks great, pictures are awesome. I decided to give it a try and ordered a lovely body suit. It looked like all their clothing was very small so just to be sure I ordered a larger size. When my suit arrived and I tried it on it was super tiny and I could hardly breath in it.
I wanted to return it but when I tried to contact customer service I received only computer generated replies.
Not to mention that I was really disappointed with the quality - nothing like pictures.

Don’t buy from www.nakedwardrobe.com. I have ordered from this website, but each time I received short and completely different clothes. Basically, these clothes, which you see on the website didn’t coincide with the real stuff, which you got from them. Be very careful and don’t pay for such rubbish. I highly advise all users not to purchase from this website.
I requested customer service cancel my order so they did I guess even though it says they don’t but I was still charged.
