I have made two purchases - which have both superseded my expectations, and of course, the prices are extremely reasonable. Based on those purchases, I would not hesitate to order from them in the future (currently I am experiencing financial difficulties). Much of the merchandise they offer for purchase would be difficult to locate or afford financially otherwise and hence is another reason for my loyalty and gratitude. I read reviews before purchasing from here. I saw good and bad, a lot of bad. I won't lie. I was worried about it after I purchased about how the material would be, how would things fit, I was especially worried about the shipping seeing as so many people posted about issues they had...
I 100% had a great first experience! It came earlier than expected, I downloaded the app and was able to follow where it was at the entire step of the way! I got 10 items for less than $100 and every piece was in good condition. The material was great for some pieces and good for others. I also ordered some sandals. Bottoms were a bit snug, but I am going to order up a size next time to try to adjust that. I only ordered shirts, and dresses in medium and the size was perfect!

Great site for little pick me ups
My experience was pleasant. I wasn't bombarded with " you left these in your cart" I was able to take a good week to make up my mind without hassle. The clothes are very cute. The only reason its not 5 stars, is because I wish they would use some other fabrics. I get that polyester is cheap and warm, but it sometimes causes me to break out, so I cant always wear it. :( As I'm sure it's not just me out there with this problem.
I received an item of clothing that came with pockets on the inside of the garment, but no hole to put your hands in the pockets. I said I would like to return the item for store credit and instead they said they would send me a new one free of charge, even tho I didn't want it.
I received a different shirt from my order instead as the replacement. Not what was supposed to be replaced. So I gave up. Now I have a jacket with no pockets, that I dont like, and 2 hot girl summer shirts haha.
Beautiful Dress. BUT. the material is SEE-THRU in the chest portion
The dress was beautiful and I ordered it for my wife for a special event. The dress arrived thankfully three days before the event. It is shipped from overseas so you must be patient with shipment... it took nearly 3 weeks to get it. Again, the dress was beautiful... BUT... the material was completely see-thru in the chest portion. The dress on the website appears to have thicker material because when you view it on the website, it is not see-thru at all but the dress that arrived for my wife was completely see-thru in the chest portion. She tried several different bras and other things to be able to wear the dress but to no avail. She wants to keep the dress so we are working now with a seamstress who is going to fix the issue for us so that she can wear it at future events. We were totally bummed and had to go out to purchase a new dress and new shoes (haha) for the special event but we have hopes that the seamstress will come through for us so that she can wear it in the future.
Strikingly creative face mask, appropriately made for daily wear
I was very pleased to recieve my face mask! The items arrived on time and w/o any hassle. Each one cosmetically fashionable, form fitting due to their adjustable straps to tighten around the ears. However, the mask are an basic double layered cloth material, no breathable properties manufactured into this material so it lays heavily upon your face and slightly feels suffocating after extended wear. I basically had to adjust and then re-adjust my mask in a short period of time throughout ONE store visit. Now this may be caused from my eyewear but it would fall down my nose or snap off of my ear when adjusting my glasses, or after feeling the sense of it twisting to dominatly one side of my face. The masks would be perfect if they had Been made with the HD image shown in the items descriptive photos. - Ive worn two of the three face masks while

Delivery took longer than I'd hoped
All items were lovely and just as I had expected. Will defiantly be ordering from you again. My only issue was that 1 item was out of stock and therefore it held up my entire order, which then meant my items were not dispatched or delivered to the time frame expected.
I had to chase for my order to obtain this information and then physically ask them to post out what was in stock and the extra item to follow - if someone had reached out to me first I might have been able to receive the rest of the items in the time I'd hoped and not miss the event date I needed the clothing for.
So my only observation to note, if perhaps either make it policy to distribute items that are in stock with the other items to follow, or some one within customer services make contact when they know an item isn't available to make that decision at the time.

Some items are not as advertised
I received an email confirmation after placing my order and they did follow up with tracking and delivery information. I received my package within 10 days or less, everything was in ONE big bag each item in it's own separate single bags as well normal packaging. All items were present and packaged well, no defects except for one. A pair of sweat pants I ordered (gray Ruched sweat pants) to be exact, folded neatly and clean until I unfold them to see a dead bug with its legs not far from it's body on my pants. I immediately put them down and got my phone to begin recording, I used the camera filter on Instagram so that it had date & time stamp, I also recorded the packaging I removed my clothes from showing the name of the site I made the order with in a separate video seconds after ending the initial video. I was highly disappointed my pants were not Ruched as advertised BUT to add insult to injury or injury to insult, a deceased insect was in my clothes. As I stated in my review for this specific item I will be emailing your company with this information to take further and necessary action, this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
Negative experience with ChicMe: Shipping delays, inaccurate information, difficulty cancelling order, lack of communication from customer
As a shopper who has recently had a negative experience with ChicMe (chicme.com), I feel compelled to share my thoughts in order to prevent others from undergoing the same disappointment that I did. I had placed two orders with the website, but unfortunately, the shipping information provided was not accurate, causing my orders to be delayed and arriving far later than anticipated.
Moreover, I faced difficulties when trying to cancel one of my orders, despite not having received it in weeks. I was told that I could not cancel it and would have to wait until it arrived before being able to receive a refund. This was truly an inconvenience, and to top it off, the dress I had ordered for my birthday did not arrive in time. I had to spend additional funds to buy something else in its place as it was an important event for me.
The clothes ended up arriving far too late, and despite not needing them, I would have had to pay to return them myself, so I kept them. I must say, however, that the jacket I received was of good quality and to my liking.
What really upset me was the lack of communication from ChicMe's customer service team. I was only given one response when I requested updates regarding my late orders, and that was after several requests. Their response was also not helpful as they stated that the order had shipped but did not give any other information about the status of my package.
I believe that updates to shipping dates and times should be provided in real-time, and the company should be more concerned about the satisfaction of their customers. I should have been provided with a full refund as it was their mistake that caused the delay.
All in all, I was deeply disappointed with ChicMe's service and would not recommend it to others. It was a terrible experience that I would not want others to go through. The continuous lies and inconveniences have made me lose faith in this business, and I will not be considering future purchases from them based on my experience.

ChicMe (chicme.com) is a nightmare! I had ordered some clothes from them in November for Christmas gifts, and when my package arrived - a whole week later - it had been delivered to an entirely different address. Frantically, I reached out to their customer service, hoping to get the issue resolved as soon as possible, but instead, I was met with the most terrible back-and-forth emails. They kept on telling me to check my mailbox or ask my neighbors, which was super unhelpful. Can you believe that? After dishing out $120, they had no problem with leaving me high and dry! When I pressed them for a refund, they offered me a measly compensation of $20 but outright refused to refund my entire order, despite their responsibility for the lost package. It was infuriating, to say the least!
And that's just one part of the issue. Since it took three whole weeks for the package to arrive, I'd already made alternative gift arrangements elsewhere. I needed a complete refund on my card, so my only option was to return the items which had still not arrived anyway. But ChicMe is making it almost impossible for me to get my refund, with their policies that are completely unyielding. I get a daily email from them, trying to entice me with offers and discounts, which is just infuriating. They keep on ignoring my requests for a full refund, and their customer service is an absolute joke.
I cannot even begin to express how frustrated I am with this company. Their policies are terrible, the quality of their clothing leaves much to be desired, and their customer service is non-existent. Who does that? They didn't even bother listening to any of my concerns or follow their policies! I could go on and on. Suffice it to say that I will never order from them again and will do everything in my power to warn others about their terrible service.

ChicMe's clothing didn't fit despite following size chart; poor customer service and refund policy
When I ordered two items from ChicMe's website, I was disappointed to find that the clothing didn't fit me properly. Despite carefully following their size chart and ordering a medium (37 inch bust), both items had a bust measurement of only 28 inches, not even close to fitting me. I contacted their customer service team and was informed that they could give me a 40% discount on my next order, which I thought wasn't quite generous considering I'd still be paying 60% extra.
In an attempt to get clothing that fit me, I decided to reorder the same items in a larger size, despite the risk of them still not fitting. However, at checkout I found out that the 40% discount was just an ordinary discount for the items, meaning that I would still be paying the same amount again. This began a back-and-forth email exchange of over 50 messages, with me providing photos of the packaging, labels, tags, and measured items. Eventually, ChicMe agreed to give me a refund once I returned the items at my own expense.
I was frustrated by this because their returns policy clearly states that return postage will be paid by ChicMe if it's their error. I even sent them a copy and paste of their own terms and conditions, but they refused to accept their own policy. It cost me AUD $94 to return the wrongly sized items that were inaccurately described on their website.
I was extremely disappointed by ChicMe's lack of customer service and attention to detail. I would not recommend purchasing from them and it's doubtful whether I will receive the refund I'm entitled to. I've turned to PayPal to try and sort it out, and I hope others avoid this company altogether. 2. They are not located in the USA so don't bother contacting the BBB, they can not help you. Chicme.com is located in China.
3. Because they are located in china, do not expect your clothes to arrive in 2 weeks. Think 3-5 weeks. The clothes are made to order (in a few minutes time). I repeat, you will get something (not all you order), that is so easy to make, that will resemble a cheap Halloween cape. You have been warned. You will not receive items that are too difficult to copy for the price. Try it if you think otherwise. Order something with a zipper or with any kind of weight to the item and you will get nothing more than a tracking number with an item that never shows up as customs confiscated it.
4. They use stolen images on their site. You might see one real image of a Chinese employee as the last picture in the series, if you actually click to "see more pictures".
5. They will not send a confirmation email.
6. If you try to complain they will send the same repeating reply. They speak no English. It is all copy pasted script.
7. The 50% off sales are always running... Don't be fooled to think you found them on a "special event" day... go to waybackmachine.com and you will find that this company ran daily sales at 30/40% to start to gain legitimacy.
8. This site has only been scamming people for one year but they pronably have sister sites which is common for scam sites like this. Usually advertising in other scripted languages. So be wary of other sites with the same design... cough

I ordered 2 items from this company and both were terrible quality and sizes were off.. I asked to have them returned to be offered a 50% refund which I refused and asked for a returns label for a full refund, I was then offered a 60% refund, once again I refused.
They offered me a return label to return the items and informed me it would cost around £4 to return, I accepted printed the label and sent the items back.
I have had a notification on my Klarna that they have read adjusted what I owe to ChicMe to £12.59!
I have queried as to why this was and was informed that my shipping cost to send the goods to me £7 I would have to pay and my return cost £4.86

Package not delivered
I ordered in November 2023 and the package never arrived. They state it did but I have cameras and nothing was delivered. I contacted USPS and they cant help me or find the package. I have communicated via email and text with Chicme and all they do is give me the run around. Horrible customer service. I placed an order for clothes and shoes. One item was ordered twice in error. None of the clothes fit and the shoes were broken/disassembled.
I submitted ticket # TK010000599353 to return the items within the 14 days offered by the company. First they tried to talk me out of returning the items by offering discounts, and I kept stress to them that I had no need for something that I couldn't wear. We kept going back and forth and finally they said I was now outside of the 14 day return period!
They stopped responding to my requests to return and now I am stuck with them and there is nobody to file a complaint with so they are held accountable for all of the people that they have scammed! @Luz Martinez in Florida is the owner.

Returning anything is a huge hassle
The Return Policy page says “If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.”
I ordered shoes that were mislabeled, so I contacted them as the return page says, but they gave me such a hard time. They essentially tried to give me a discount instead of allowing me to return them, and said that I would have to be the one to cover return shipping. Nowhere on their return page did it say anything about this. Also, they take days to reply, so by the time we were finally reaching an agreement, they told me I was no longer in the 14 day return period.
This is extremely misleading. Do not order from here unless you’re actually okay with no returns because that’s what it SHOULD say on their page.

I ordered 11 items. It supposedly shipped in two orders. One item in one package, 10 in the other. Only one package arrived. The one with one item. Other never came. When I made contact the suggested to reach out to my local postal carrier. I did. Branch and my actual mail carrier. They only received once package inwhich they delivered. I am still going back in forth with them as they only want to argue that it was delivered and offer me $20 for $137 spent. JOKE! RUDE! CLASSLESS! And continued fraud as this is a common issue with this company. My one tank top I did receive, sure, cute, good quality but definitely NOT worth $137 as that is all of my order I received. Ordered several items from Chicme UK they took 2 weeks to arrive, when the goods finally arrived the materiel was awful, the clothes were to big all except 1 item, i ordered 2 bracelets which aren’t great but you can’t return jewellery why? I retuned 4 items out of 7, when I contacted them about the return I got offered discounts to keep items. I refused, finally got a returns label & sent goods back via Royal Mail, I checked the cost of the postage with staff at the counter I was advised it would be £3.40, I have had another email from Chicme saying my parcel is overweight, how? I purchased 3 pairs of shoes on the 10th of July. I elected to get regular updates on my order. I had to seek updates on my own each and every time. When doing so, the latest information was never available. So, I had to contact customer service. Customer service might as well have been an ancient robot programmed for one response no matter the question. Long story short, I never received my order and ChicMe refused to reimburse me for my order. Conducting any form of business with ChicMe is highly unrecommended. Save yourself the hassle by staying clear of them. I would go as far to as suggesting that you block their ads. ChicMe will bombard you with false hope of presumingly affordable products that you will never see and they will not assume any accountability for the unseen products. Giving ChicMe a rating of -10 Starts is too modest.

I was only then provided the address (missing information so I had to find out in what state they were located in) and was told the return fee would be on me .
No problem…I returned the items EXACTLY how they told me to …tags still attached, in original packaging and sent picture of the receipt with tracking information…as they requested. They then responded that they are no longer refunding me? So it’s now cost me $31 to mail the items back, my property is literally enroute to them and they’re keeping my product, my money and it’s cost me shipping

To keep clothes you don’t want. Then keeping messaging until they let your time expire to return. I believe that’s their strategy. They offered 10% to 30% coupon then once expired Sat can give $5 coupon. Are you serious. Besides the products are cheap & thin n inconsistent in sizing! Not a reputable company.

Terrible customer service and delayed delivery: my disappointing experience with ChicMe
When it comes to online shopping, there is nothing more frustrating than not receiving your order on time. Unfortunately, this is the case with ChicMe. It has been over a month and my order is still processing or out for delivery. This is causing me a lot of stress as the event for which I ordered the clothing has already passed. Without knowing when my order will be delivered, I simply cannot risk ordering from this site again.
As if the delay in receiving my order was not enough, I am now having issues with returning the items I did receive. I was disappointed to discover that the quality of the clothing was poor and I wasn't able to fit into them. When I requested a full refund, they only offered me 20% which I declined. However, when I shipped the items back to their California address, I wasn't able to provide the weight of the package as I used a flat rate box. Despite providing a tracking number, ChicMe is now not honoring my refund because of this.
This is unacceptable. I paid for the items, shipped them back, and still did not receive a refund. To make matters worse, they can now resell the items and make money off of them again. It feels like a form of robbery. To save yourself the hassle and disappointment, I highly advise against purchasing anything from this site. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the customer service was terrible. Save yourself some time and money and shop from a different online store.
