I made the mistake of purchasing 5 clothing items
12-28-2022 chicme company is a scam! Do not buy from this company! The items they finally send you after 2 months of waiting will arrive not as described. If they do not fit properly you will not be automatically able to return them for refund. Instead customers must contact them via chat and be told each time to 'donate' the items instead of getting proper refund. Finally after endless attempts to get their actual return address they will at some point 'allow' customers to return the items at the customer expense. Do not expect chicme to return the money customer paid whether returning items or not. They have no intention to ever return your money. To make sure customers do not get too irate about their losses, they will delete your chicme account so that you cannot correspond with them.

Order not received 80 days and counting
Order placed Oct 13. Tracking online states goods arrived CA Oct 20. Delivery is in OR. I was given a bogus tracking number. It says label not in the system. I have been following up every few days since November. I get replies from different customer service agents apologizing and that I shouldn't worry because they will solve my problem once they hear from their logistics partners. Nobody can tell me what their policy is regarding service level agreements i.e. when do they declare a shipment missing and process refund? I ordered over $116 worth of supposedly Christmas gifts. This has become very frustrating. I am sharing this publicly to warn other shoppers. I'm not sure if this is a scam or they're just plainly inefficient. I received my test order before ordering more. Any potential savings not worth the risk of wasting time following up or worse, losing our hard-earned dollars!

Ordering, emailing, false customer service numbers and shipment
I ordered from Chic Me and have not received my order or an email responding to my emails. I have not received a reply from Chic me nor have I received my order. Phone numbers listed are none operational and when you choose to "chat online", a question from them is asking for your order number and the reply is "order is not recognized." The Customer Service which is a (213) area code rings busy day and night. When attempting to call their overseas number, it is not in service. You don't receive emails or texts from Chic Me.
Desired outcome: My shipment for my order or a FULL refund.
Charge for duplicate order/ refuse to cancel
ChicMe is charging me for a duplicate order on 12/10/2022, the order has not shipped has of today 12/20-2022 and I’ve been requested that they cancel the duplicate order. They will not respond back to me I have 3 support tickets, but their charging me anyway. I have submitted emails, support chats and still nothing. I feel like this company is a scam and steal money from customers. I did file a complaint with the attorney general office.

9 days ago now I asked for a returns label because the items i bought were poor quality and looked nothing like thier photos.
Every day I've been sent an email from chic me asking if i would change my mind and then telling me i will be charged for a label which isnt in the chic me returns policy.
9 days now and although I've asked every day i still have no retruns label.
You are a scam and have scammed me and i am now taking you to trading standards to see where to go from there.

2 orders with chicme online
I was asked to provide both cards numbers, both bank account statements and my License after the money was already taken off both cards and they still canceled both my orders. This bogus website who can't process orders over $100 and I figured they never had any of the clothes listed on the website and could never fulfill the orders to begin with.

It is impossible to return items after initiating request. I am not 100% satisfied with the clothing I received. The material is thin and see through and it looks nothing as advertised. Shortly after receiving the items I requested a full refund. The agent would try to postpone the return by negotiating the percentage of the refund they are willing to give back. Numerous of times I stated I want to full refund and I will return the items but they will continue with trying to negotiate the refund until the “14 day” refund request policy expires. The website states I have 14 days to decide if I want to keep the clothes, not 14 days after placing my request. The delay for a resolution was cause by the agent. I have adamant that I DO NOT want the clothes and want my money back.

On August 27, 2022 I ordered several items off of chic me web site. In under 24 hours of receiving the 5 items I contacted the company to refund/return 2 items. I was offered 10% money back to keep one of the items and on the 2nd item they flat out denied. The reason they gave me was I would have to pay to ship it back. All items u received are cheaply made. But I was willing to take some loss but not a full lost

Failure to deliver my order and refused to refund
Chicme are awful to deal with its as simple as that. The courier THEY organised left my parcel in a poor unsafe place where it must have been taken.
Chicme are refusing to take any responsibility for this although I didn't arrange the courier. They also charged me for insurance but refuse to admit it covers unreceived orders. I spent £66.95 with them and they are just telling me they wont do anything. Also must add I waited weeks for my order, I'm now £66.95 out of pocket and no clothes. They are unprofessional, poor customer service and a terrible company to try and deal with. The times we're going through and they just think that its not their fault and refuse to do anything. Well its certainly not my fault either?!?!?

On July 29th I made an order with the above company, I tracked this order from China on one track it stated that address was incomplete, on the 18th August I got a call from the Courier that my order would be delivered on the following day being the 19th August

I received my order which was 2 dresses that didn’t fit, I immediately emailed them and asked for a return address as this was missing in the order, they delayed their response times and then asked me to contact them through WhatsApp, they requested different things such as order number and then delayed their response again, they then asked me for my body diameters including bust and waist size, I refused to send this and requested a return address again, they then asked me if I would keep the items and they would send a 10% discount, I refused and said that the items didn’t fit, they responded a week later and told me that the time had elapsed so refused a refund

Chic me and royal mail!
I spent £150 on things on chic me, which took nearly a month to come. When they 'delivered ' it they said it was in my safe place, I checked everywhere and know where to be found so I contacted chic me on Messenger, Email and WhatsApp and they kept on saying the same thing, that check your neighbours and contact royal mail. I went in royal mail and checked on the proof of delivery and all it showed was a pink picture, im sorry but how is that a proof of delivery. I want my refund ASAP. The royal mail that is close to me drops legible notes and follows instructions but the royal mail that delivered my order drop illegible, unhelpful notes. All I want is my refund because this is very painful. Please be careful on chic me.

To whom this may concern,
I placed an order ([protected]) all items of clothing looked lovely online. Unfortunately when they arrived 95% of them where poor quality (your undwear is visible)
I started the refund process, which on the drop down tab for reason for refund, has an option as poor quality.
I have been advised to send the specific items number to customer service. I did 18 items in total.
On three occasions rather than provide me with the UK return address I've been offered 10%, 20% and 30% of my refund to keep the clothes, as returning is not the easy option for the company.
I have reilitersted that I would like a full refund for the items and have not had any response.

Ordered and delivered but the products are not as advertised. The look cheap and tacky and do not fit.
Trying to contact the company has proved very difficult as has filing a return.
