I ordered a purse (suppose to be a beach bag) from chicme the purse was not what they advised to be.. I contact chicme to ask for refund.. The [censored] representatives so quick to brush you off without supply information. Now they will send you all kinds of email for this and that if you have any questions contact help support and they do not help. I wantmy dam money back and I do not recommend chicme to anyone if you can not supply proper service to consumers. I will be reporting to bbb and my bank for fraud charges so now I will get everything for free.

I ordered this item on order number [protected] and the product received does not match the description or the picture. They described it as a V Neck and provided a round neck. I have been in chat and email with them daily for over a week and they refuse to allow me to return the item at their cost and provide a 100% refund.
They have now changed the description to round neck - although I have a screen shot of them admitting the error with the round neck.
I keep going round and round in circles with this company who come back with the same things every time. It is extremely frustrating.
Desired outcome: Please refund 100%. Will happy return item in reply paid envelope, not at my cost.

This company is horrible! They do. Ot respond on time and then tell you it's your fault that you did not initiate refund I time. It's a scam and they steal from people. Also they emailed me that they no longer had a product in stock and they still charged me for it and never replaced it! It's a NIGHTMARE to return and get refunded from these people. And their clothes suck anyway. Buy from Shein. Stay away!

Item not as described/refund issue
I ordered a suit that stated it was tweed, when it arrived it arrived it was ployestet and cotten, not the tweed wool as stated in the description. When I requested a refund they told me I had to pay for the return shipping fee which is unbelievable as they told me that was no inconsistency of the matieral product.
They sent me a return label via Royal Mail to use but I used a different courier EVRI to return the item and have sent them the invoice that clearly states the shipping fee and weight and an order confirmation that shows the address and tracking number which they requested. I have also sent them a paper receipt that I received from parcelshop drop off. They keep in insisting that they need a receipt that shows all if the information, but where this was done online I am unable to produce this. But they are in receipt of all of the information they are requesting.
That are stalling in refunding me the money for the item

This is my second complaint as i am getting extremely frustrated, i have actually lost count when i got to the 20th email, but i eventually got a returns label and sent the items back, on the ticket response it stated the postage wound be £4.00 which i was happy about, i then got a refund email to state that a refund of £39.22 would be credited to my bank account (my order total was £51.71 minus £4.00 postage so i was expecting £47.71) i queried this with them and they said it was shipping costs which i did not understand as the shipping address is in England - i have still not received the £39.22 or the extra £8.49, and now they are ignoring me, again if customer service had been better I would have been happy to re-order as I was happy with the quality of the clothes, this company is very short sighted and have lost a £250.00 order just in me alone.

I placed an order on 07/05/22 and requested a refund on 02/06/22.
In the return policy you have to contact them to be told the return address - I did this per the photos - they started to ask what my measurements were?!? I just wanted a return address!
Instead of just providing this information they bounced questions back and forth until the items were past the return window!

They keep replying stating I can keep them for 5% then 10% then 15% and then 20% reduction, I keep replying stating I want a full refund, they will not give me an address to return these too, I was going to order some other items I have seen but no way now after this horrendous customer service.

Customer service rep name Lucy refuses to process my refund and keeps delaying by asking silly questions. Made my shopping experience a hassle and Unpleasing. This is a horrible experience. Cost 40.00 to send items back and nothing is true to size. Cannot speak to live person. Only email that takes days to get response. For several days she would not tell me where to ship items. She kept hassling me trying to give partial credit after i kept saying no. She would not tell me where to ship until I threatened to write bad review. I have made several attempts to call this company Chic me and they will not answer I have made several attempts to email them as well and I still get the runaround April 25th I placed an order they said that my order should arrive between June 5th or 6th I still haven't got an order I asked him to refund my money back on my debit card and they still haven't did that yet so I guess they they will keep my merchandise and also keep my money I will be filing a complaint with the better Business bureau I am highly upset and I do not recommend no one to order from this company because they do not stand up to their name how could you just take someone's money and not give them the merchandise I am disabled and I have a fixed income with as a monthly income.

I ordered three items dresses from this company it took over 3 weeks to be delivered. I tried the items on and they do not fit they are too small. I bought some items from chicme for a planned vacation. The items came but were too small, the sizing chart on the website is inaccurate. I initiated a return with chicme on april 17th and kept getting the run around. On the 26th they finally provided an address to return the items. By this time I was busy getting ready to leave for my trip so I returned the package as soon I returned. I contacted chicme to let them know and returned the items. They let me know I was overdue and cannot handle it. I missed the part where it had to be returned in 7 days. So They offered $10. Mind you I spent $95 on the purchase which doesn't include the cost the return the items. I kept telling them to either give me a credit or return the package to me. They told me I need to contact their logistics department. I don't even have contact information for their logistics. I asked if they could contact them or whats the contact information but they never addressed it. Chic me should process a store credit if the return was overdue. How can I just lose my money. No refund and no credit. This is fraud. Or the very least reject the package so it come back to me

Contacted customer service same day, each day they tried to give me a discount on one time that was sent-delaying the fact all I want is my money back for that one item. I ordered a 9.5 and they sent me 4.5. Then they now tell me it's been more than 14 days and there is nothing else they can do.
