I bought three items. And the quality wasn’t good, so I asked for a return ( ticket) you asked for photos and descriptions as proof and I proved it. You contacted me back saying you’ll give me partial refund 0% and I can keep the items. I’ve said no to this and asked for a full refund, I’ve had costumer service kept coming back saying the same thing to me. But again I’ve asked for a full refund and I’ll refine the items.

03-15-2022 I placed an online order. On 04-13-2022, I received items and later that day requested a refund on all items, through the customer service chat room (24 hr response time). 04-14-2022 Representative asked for the “sku” or a picture. I then sent the Representative a picture of the “sku’s on all items”. On 04-15-2022, I received an apology and was offered a 10% refund with the hopes of me keeping the items. On 04-17-2022, I was offered a 20% refund. On 04-19-2022, I was offered 30%. Twice, I have requested to speak with a manager or a supervisor, but I only get chat room representatives. I also asked for the return labels, but they were never given.
Desired outcome: To return merchandise and receive full refund on all items.

The order had a timeframe for delivery and it arrived almost a week beyond the latest date. I contacted to cancel the order as it was no longer required. They refused. I then asked for a return label to send it back (4 Apr) and they have still not provided it. They persistently send cryptic messages (only 1 in 24 hours) to delay the return. Their policy is 14 days to return and I believe they intentionally stall to avoid providing returns. The company are a complete scam.
Desired outcome: A full refund and a return label at their cost.

Hi,
I placed an order on the 9th march for things I needed for 2 April what I thought was plenty of time. They took 5 days to inform me that one item was out of stock no email or contact, I found this only when chasing dispatch info. Once sorted it took them another 3days to process this and then eventually dispatched it but it never moved from the 22nd to the 26th an was finally delivered 6th April.
I had a ticket open from the 14th explaining I would need to return if it didn't get there in time at no point was I made aware I couldn't return as it was a swim suit on ordering or on ticket.
I have tried to complain to them and all I get is sorry to hear this thank you hence I am complaining here.

I ordered from them 12/23 when my product finally arrived it was poor quality. I asked for an address for returns it took them several weeks of them offering me discounts and to keep the product. I finally got the address, sent back their clothes, provided them the tracking number per their instructions and they never refunded me the money,

The clothes were cheaply made and too big. I tried to return the clothes immediately and messaged customer service (it wasn't easy to find the return policy on the website either). Via email I was asked if I wanted money off future orders, I said no, they asked if I wanted 10% off, then 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. I repeatedly said I only want to return the clothes. This correspondence lasted weeks. Finally they said you have 7 days to return the clothes. I was out of town for 2 weeks at a work co fere ce and couldn't return the clothes until I was home. When I returned home I asked how I could return the clothing and was told the time had lapsed and there was nothing I could do. This company is a SCAM! Not allowing someone to return items is a scam.

I purchased several items and. NONE of them looked as the items advertised. Firstly they made it very complicated to figure out how to return it. When I finally did they spent weeks , literally weeks, trying to convince me not to. Every time I replied I wanted my money back, but the response time was always several days! Then finally they sent the address to send a return which bc of their constant lag time took forever for me to see. Then I sent the items back and pictures of the items showing that they were inexactly the condition received. Sent them a tracking number showing that it was sent and received and they denied me my refund saying it was over the refund period when they didn’t even respond before the refund period was over!

ordered over £130 worth of items, half I kept but most did not fit and so when I contacted them for return details they went back and forth offering partial refunds and discounts before giving me the return address. I had a small window to return but that included the weekend. With work and children the small window was not enough time, especially considering I received the address 11 days after asking for it.
I asked for a UK return address as the shipping was very expensive, they ignored my request and said my return was late and did not engage further. A contradiction to how they were offering discounts and coupons prior. Just highlights that they had planned to con the customer in the first place. They are refusing to accept the items and now I have been conned out of over £50. There has been no offer of exchange or help to provide customer service. The whole system is a con as why not provide the return address at first request. Such a poor way to treat customers.

29th december 2021, i sent two dresses back to Chic Me. I paid £16 shipping to send back, the items were returned within the 14 day returns policy.

Scam-refused a return
I ordered about $100 worth of clothing. When it arrived, there was one jacket that I really hated. All the clothes looked cheap, but this jacket looked nothing like the pic. Hello, I am really disappointed with this shop. I bought a dress from this shop that didn’t fit me so I asked to exchange it to another size, they asked me to send it back for exchange. I’ve spent more then the dress worth but so far so good because for my surprise when they received the item they told me that this item was out of stock so I asked to send me the same item that I have sent back because I liked it (the dress was a little big but I will try to fix it) and again they told me that this item was not available (the same item that I sent back). Denied to replace lost package
On 12/12 I placed order # [protected] for $237 with Chic Me. The package never arrived so I went on their website to find customer service info which there is only an email & a number that directs you to whatsapp or messenger, so you cannot speak to a representative much less a supervisor which allows them to be unaccountable.
I had to send my inquiry through all means several times & it took attempts to get a response. They informed me the package was delivered by fed ex however I did not receive the package So it was either lost or stolen, in either case Chicme, the merchant i paid & responsible to replacement or refund instead gave me the run around for days, told me to file a claim with The carrier they used Fed Ex in order to obtain the replacement of goods I requested then told me it took too long and refused the replacement. This is unacceptable

I will never shop here again...I purchased four items from Chicme in November 2021 and received those items one month later. The outfits did not work and I recieved a chat message from the store to return the items with a copy of my receipt from USPS, the tracking number, and the weight of the item. All info sent but the weight on the receipt stated FLAT RATE because it was sent priority where this company could recieve the order back faster. So now it is January 12, 2021 and I'm going back and forth with this store because the Post office did not list a number on the receipt. The tracking number states item is delivered back to Chicme but they still would not list my refund. This is ridiculous; so now my money and the items are in their possession---This is ROBBERY! (CHICME CONTINUES TO SEND ME EMAIL CHATS OFFERING A $15 DISCOUNT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR A EXCHANGE...IF THEY CAN OFFER THIS; THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO OFFER AND SEND MY MONEY!)
