I tried returning and it got sent back to me. Don't understand why. I want a refund. I did not like the cases. I returned them months ago and it took over a month to have them returned back to me. I'm not sure why it got sent back and I don't understand why there is no number I can get a hold of. I just want my refund. I would like to be able to get this issue resolved ASAP.

I placed an order & the payment was taken immediately out of my bank, though the parcel arrived within a week there is an item missing which has been paid for. Also a 2 piece swimwear I ordered is not the same as in the picture & totally unsuitable as would not of ordered what you have sent. Returns policy states swimwear is non returnable but why should I be left with something that is not what I ordered!
I received no paperwork or return address that I can sent items back too. When I try to log onto account it's showing no orders that I've ordered & also saying it doesn't recognise my email address...very strange considering you sent emails to me daily.
Can you also tell me why when I try to go through face book for returns it takes me to my pay pal account?

wrong order
I placed an order on June 30th for a black and gold sequin dress. Today July 10th I received my order but it is the WRONG DRESS! I will be returning it, and I will like to receive my correct dress or I want my money back! The packaging it came in has the correct order number on it but the dress I ordered online and the one I received are two totally different dresses.

I made an order from chicme on may 12, 2017 and it is now July 6, 2017 and I've still not received my order. After I reached out to them a month later they said that one of my items was damaged. After constant contact with them over numerous of messages they sent out a replacement item from the damaged one. I received my replacement item but instead of them sending my replacement item with my original order they still held onto my first order that I never received . My last message they said that they couldn't ship my order to a p.o. Box even though that's where they sent my replacement item to. They were very unprofessional and it was nearly impossible to get my replacement item.

U made an order in Feb 2017 to not receive anything! We are now in June 25th still nothing to be told wait 10 days! To still receive nothing I want my money back to be told I have to wait a further ten days and be told I have to wait for the goods to be given a full refund, to which i eill have to pay to send it back, which part of i want my money back does this company not understand!

I ordered a pair of shoes in may which I still have not received. My tracking order says it was delivered june 3rd, and after much back and forth with the seller, they informed me that my package just shipped june 10th. I still have not received it, and at this point, I just want my money back. They refuse to give me a contact number and have been absolutely no help! They won't give me an updated tracking number for my package that was supposedly shipped june 10th, so I have no idea what happened to my package, but I am so mad at this point I just want my money back!

I ordered a silicone bra and a romper from ChicMe on the 17 April 2017. I still haven't received my order. I sent an email to customer care, I got a reply from Carrie who told me that my order cannot be traced online as it was sent by post. I have been to my local post office and the is no trace of my package.
I have since sent an email to the seller with no response. I have used ChicMe before and my package was delivered to the door with no issues.

I bought something from Chic Me and my item did not arrive. I contacted them many times and later they said that my order was cancelled. They said that my order was no longer in stock and offered me a refund. I wanted to pick something else but they claimed that only refund was possible so I had to agree. I paid $20 for my item and received only $5 back!

On January 21, 2017, I ordered a white sweater, and a burnt orange two piece swimsuit for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. I paid $13.00 for express shipping as well in order to receive it in time. The $38.00 was immediately deducted from my account and the product was never received. I sent them an email on February 14, 2017, requesting either the product or a full refund. I have placed an order with Chicme and purchased several pieces of clothing. They took my money and I received all the confirmations. About two weeks later they sent me a message stating that my order was cancelled because some items were not in stock. They said that I can get a partial refund and that they can send me things which were available and I agreed. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
Waited weeks and nothing arrived and when I contacted customer service they said that my order was cancelled a long time ago. I reminded them that I was still waiting for my money and they claimed that refund was also issued a long time ago. Liars! Never got the money! Terrible! Will never buy anything from this scam site again!
I didn’t receive some of the items parcel was all sellotape it was a mess I asked for replacements and they said they would give vouchers 50 but can’t use them all at once you have to do one by one plus you have to pay delivery charge it’s shocking 😳
