My name is lisa mack i ordered a swimsuit 4/07/18 i just recieved it with no panty shield no tags and has an ordor to it my email is [protected]@gmail.Com i would like a full refund of $40.87 or i will be telling facbook, yelp and the better business bureua about this i dont want any discounts or gift cards from you this item turned my stomach all day you guys should be ashamed of yourself.

I will never order a swimsuit from this place again came with no panty shield and a it smelled like straight up fish when I talked to an online person she offered me $5 gift card and 15% off next item when I told her I paided 47. 00 dollars she offered 15.00 credit this place is a rip off please save your money and go to Macy's and spend the extra money.

Chicme My items I never received

I ordered two outfits on line one was dress and one was shoes. I never got neither one. The shoe size was 9.5 n dress was large or medium. The dress was supposed to be gold and black and so were the shoes. The shoes had peep toe n some type of points or bullets all over them. I have a transaction number frum my card. Chicme Its not a complaint ; an enquiry

Can you inform me of your sizes as I purchased the army style trousers in an Xl and it was way too small.

Are your sizes at UK standard - as when I purchased trousers in the UK I am an 18. On your sizes as XL it states 20-22 what is going on.

Are they not true to size. Could you be a bit generous with the material and state the material on the site.
You would gain more customers if you did do BIGGER sizes.
as the designs are good and attractive. But when ordered it comes at a few sizes smaller, this is why I am afraid to order as I have not got money to throw away.

Chicme My bill total for a dress

I just placed an order my total came to $19.79 the currency now is $123.53 per dollar equivalent to $2464.45.. now I need speedy answers as to why was a total of$6247 been deducted from my account I'm truly upset and need clarity to my money . This I very disappointing as a first time shopper! I would love to know how did an additional $3783 and some cents came out of my account almost three times payments... I need answers ASAP work to hard fo my money !

Chicme Black spiked heels and black off the shoulder jumpsuit

This is the worst place to order from. It took over a month for me to get my merchandise. And when they finally came, they were not what they looked like in the picture. The jumpsuit was made out of a different material than on the pic. And the shoes are poorly made and they are light as a feather. The material they are made out of is thin and cheap looking. They also have several scratching on them. The straps are too big and they won't stay hooked. This is a terrible design for shoes. I will never purchace anything else from you all. And I will make sure to do a viral video on fb about you alls items. You should be shut down.

Ordered sku h71865 trendy queen jeans and you sent me sku h72102 jeans. They are not the same jeans. This is the second time this happened, we kept the sku h72102. So I ordered sku h 71865 again and you screwed it up again. I don't want another sku h72102. I want to return them. Also received qt8003 b k s gc11f03 size small. Chicme Long wait and poor customer service

I placed an order for two dresses from the 23rd of november, and it is now december 21 and i still have not received my package. I messaged an agent this morning, and all sje kept saying was thati will get it soon without giving me a date, and i kept telling her that i need the money back and she immediately went offline. This is the worst site yet, it is almost christmas, you guys took my money and cannot deliver. I need my refund now!

Chicme Large grey off shoulder long sleeve knotted bodycon dress and one other item

I purchased a dress through IG - I paid with my paypal. I never received an order confirmation of Chicme to track my order - I only received the Paypal confirmation. Now I cannot log into the Chicme website, I cannot recover or change my password, even though my email is registered (they will not send a recovery to my email).
