I ordered some clothing form your company, the product arrived on September 25th, but they did not fit, I started the return process on September 26th, I first was told I would get $ 5 dollars or a 10% discount. I responded that I did not want to keep the product because they did not fit but would like to get a full refund. At this time, I was supplied with a return address, I responded, that the labels have been removed and I was told I was not eligible for a return because of the labels have been removed. On October 6th I stated since I cannot get a full refund, I would like to get the 30% refund at least. At this point I was told I am no longer eligible for the discount because I waited too long to respond the 14 days and the refund was no longer available. I received the items on September 25th and started the process for the return or refund on September 26th and the last conversation about getting a refund was on October 6th! How is this 14 day?
This is the worse costumer service I have ever experienced; this was my first time ordering from your company, I will never order from you again and will report this company to the BBS.
Worse company I have ever dealt with!
Desired outcome: A full refund for the products I want to return, every other company I order from ( SHEIN, TEMY etc.) gives full refunds why not your company?
