I received my order on 19/10/23 and I asked to return them within 4 days of receiving them, therefore meeting their returns window.
ChicMe customer team then wrote to me to offer me 10% to keep the items to which I said I wanted to return still, then the next message they offered me 25%, I still said I wished to return, then I received another message which offered me 30% to which I said no, I still wished to return.
Customer Service then said yes I can return and it will cost me £5 which I agreed to and asked them to send the post label to which I was then told in the next message that sorry, I was out of the 14 days which was completely due to the numerous messages from their customer service team continuously trying to get me to keep the clothes.
I explained this and asked them to look back on the chat to which they told me I was still out of the 14 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair as I had met the returns window.
