Brandy Melville Brandy Melville: One Size Fits All But Real Customer Service Doesn't

Brandy Melville sends a super bad message with their one size fits all clothes. The worst part is their policies and customer service. If you try to cancel an order right after you made it, they don't cancel it. They don't even give you a return label, so you have to pay a whole lot of money for shipping all over again! That's just not fair at all. Their customer service is just plain terrible! Honestly, I don't think this store should even be open! There are tons of other stores out there that are way better. Places that actually respect their customers and have good prices with reasonable shipping. If they want to keep their store alive, they need to turn things around and change their policies. They need to have much better customer service too.

Brandy Melville Mixed feelings about Brandy Melville: great clothes, poor customer service

So, I recently had an experience at Brandy Melville that left a sour taste in my mouth. I was accused of stealing a $5 item by the security guard even though I repeatedly told him that I had not left the store and was planning to pay for it before leaving. Not only did the guard completely ignore my explanation, but they also yelled at me and accused me of being a thief without any evidence. I felt humiliated in front of all the other customers who were present at the store and was even threatened by the security guard.

It was a huge misunderstanding, and my friend had to talk to the store manager for them to realize that. However, even after realizing their mistake, they did not offer an apology. I was left feeling disheartened and disappointed by the whole experience.

Apart from this unfortunate incident, I have to admit that Brandy Melville has some pretty great clothing options. I love their stylish outfits, especially their cute crop tops. The quality of the materials is generally good, and the clothes are very comfortable to wear. The only drawback is that their items can be a little overpriced, which can be a dealbreaker for some people.

Overall, while I appreciate the good selection of clothes at Brandy Melville, I can't shake off the negative experience I had at their store. I hope that they work on training their staff better, so that incidents like these don't happen again.

Brandy Melville Disappointing Experience with Brandy Melville's Customer Service: A Warning

So, I recently had an experience with Brandy Melville. Let me tell ya, it was quite a ride. Upon attempting to reach out to their customer service, I was met with a message stating that they were currently unavailable to take my call. No option to leave a voicemail or wait on hold - just a suggestion to reach out via email. Now, I'm no stranger to email customer service, but when a company exclusively relies on it in 2019, it definitely makes me skeptical.

And, let me tell you, my skepticism was warranted. It's been five whole days and I've yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, I made an order for Christmas presents over a week ago and haven't received any sort of confirmation or tracking information. As you can assume, this is far from ideal.

In a desperate attempt to get some answers, I've called multiple times throughout the day, but to no avail. And don't even get me started on their online chat - it's never once been operational when I've attempted to use it.

All in all, I think it's safe to say that I strongly advise against placing an online order with Brandy Melville. It's clear to me that customer satisfaction is not their top priority.

Brandy Melville My Disappointing Experience with Brandy Melville's Customer Service

So, let me tell you about my experience with Brandy Melville. I ordered a shirt from their website for an upcoming event. Everything seemed legit, I got the package with all the right labels and confirmations, but when I opened it, the shirt was missing! I was so disappointed and frustrated, I couldn't believe it. So, I decided to contact their customer service for help and asked if there was any way to expedite shipping so that I can get the shirt in time for the event. But guess what? They straight up refused to help me out and left me hanging. That's not cool at all.

To make things worse, it took them two long weeks to even resolve my problem. Like seriously, who has that much time to waste? I was extremely irritated by their lack of urgency and concern for their customer.

Then, finally, I received a notification that the item has been delivered. Great! But where did they send it, you ask? Well, not to my address in San Francisco, that's for sure. Nope, they sent it halfway across the country to Minnesota. Like, what even? How can you mix up two places that are literally on the opposite sides of the US?

Needless to say, this whole ordeal has left me feeling really disappointed and honestly, ripped off. I will definitely not be shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

Brandy Melville Brandy Melville Review: Terrible Customer Service, Overpriced Clothes

So, I got this top from Brandy Melville for my niece for Christmas, and let me tell ya, it was a whole mess. The link I ordered it from had the wrong color - like, c'mon, just say it's out of stock instead of tricking me into buying a different color, am I right?

Anyway, I tried to exchange it and they wanted me to pay for return shipping AND another shipping fee to get the right item. Like, excuse me? I even threatened to file a BBB complaint and they just straight up ghosted me. They didn't even respond to BBB either. So, I had to take it up with my credit card company and do a charge back.

Honestly though, even if this hadn't happened, I don't think I'd recommend buying from Brandy Melville again. The clothes are so overpriced and tbh I wasn't even that impressed with the quality. And with customer service like this, I doubt they'll last long in the fashion game.

Brandy Melville Disappointed with Brandy Melville's Customer Service: Missing Item and No Response

My recent experience with Brandy Melville was a bit frustrating. Although my items arrived on time, I noticed that a tank was missing. I tried to reach out to their customer service line, as advertised on their website, but unfortunately, I was not able to get through to an actual person. They directed me to email them instead, which I did, but I still have not received a response.

I tried calling again, hoping to speak to a real human being who could help me with my issue, but to no avail. The representatives who answered my calls insisted that they were the top managers for customer service in the USA, and claimed that there was no one above them who could resolve my problem.

As a result, I feel like I’m out of luck and out of money. Although they did include about 200 stickers with my order, I can’t help feeling that it was a bit excessive and a poor attempt at making up for their lack of customer service.

Overall, I’m disappointed with my experience with Brandy Melville. It seems like they prioritize their shipments over their customer service, which can be frustrating for those who have issues with their orders.

Had a terrible experience shopping at Brandy Melville. I purchased a Red Gina top but when my package arrived, I found a pink top instead. I reached out to them through phone calls, emails, and their online chat room but haven't received any response from them. I even gave them some benefit of the doubt, but their lack of response and terrible return policy make me feel like I wasted my money. It's been a week now and still no red Gina top. I believe they rushed on fulfilling orders and didn't take the effort to double-check if they got the orders right. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I had high hopes for Brandy Melville but they have let me down with their poor customer service. It's a shame because I really wanted my order to be done correctly. I'm not ordering from them again.

Brandy Melville Brandy Melville Review: Great Clothes, Disappointing Return Policy

I just wanted to share my experience with Brandy Melville. I wanted to give my two daughters a special Xmas gift so I decided to buy them some clothes from this brand. I made my purchase on December 1st, so I could avoid any disappointment of sold-out items or late deliveries. My daughters usually love the style of Brandy Melville's clothes, but this time not every item was a hit. Some were just not their thing.

Fast forward to January 3rd, I wanted to return the items that didn't work out. Unfortunately, I found out that I couldn't get a refund for them. I was only offered a store credit instead, and I felt disappointed because I wasn't aware of their 30-day return policy, which is shorter than what I'm used to seeing at other stores. I know that most people tend to return items after the holidays are over, so for me, it would have been beneficial if Brandy Melville had had a more flexible return policy.

Overall, I'm still on the fence whether I will keep purchasing from Brandy Melville. Don't get me wrong, my daughters love the quality of the clothes and the way that they're designed. It's just the return policy that I feel could have been more customer-friendly. I hope that they take this feedback into consideration so that more people like me can feel comfortable shopping with them in the future.

Brandy Melville Terrible Online Shopping Experience - Slow Shipping and Bad Customer Service

This is a bad company, man. Their customer service online is trash, I'm telling you. I bought some stuff on September 17th and it took forever to ship. 10 days later I finally got an email saying it was shipped, but like, why did it take so long? So I hit them up and they said they were moving warehouses, but how was I supposed to know that? And now it's October 3rd and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I emailed them again to see what's up and all they said was "shipping label has been created" but no word on when it's actually comin'. To top it all off, they keep advertising a customer service number to call, but it doesn't even work! This is straight bogus. I wouldn't go anywhere near this brand, man. It's been weeks and I haven't heard anything from them unless I hit them up first. This just shows how messed up they are. Honestly, they shouldn't even be in business if they can't get basic stuff like this right.

Brandy Melville Terrible Experience at Brandy Melville: Unfriendly Staff, No Dressing Rooms, Overpriced & Poor Quality

Wow, my first outing since March due to corona and it was a terrible experience at Brandy Melville. The associates in the store were not friendly at all and would not even allow my daughter to try on any clothes since the dressing rooms were closed. We were extremely disappointed and will never return to this store again.

Their overpriced clothes are not even that great of quality and not being able to try them on or even return them was ridiculous. It's like they don't really care about the customer experience at all. I now understand why they have a no return policy because they know once they take your money, that's it - goodbye customer service.

My daughter and I were embarrassed when she tried to try something on in the corner and one of the workers made a big deal in front of everyone. It was just horrible. I ended up just leaving all the clothes I had picked out and my daughter and I went to American Eagle and Hollister instead.

The associates there were so friendly and helpful, plus the dressing room was open. Even with the limited capacity, they managed it well and made us feel welcome. Plus, there were promotions and free gifts at Hollister which was a nice surprise. I will never shop at Brandy Melville again and would highly recommend everyone to just stay away from this store.

It's amazing to think they're still in business with horrible customer service like that. Brandy Melville should have just remained closed permanently. Save your hard-earned money and shop at stores that actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time with Brandy Melville.

So, my kid ordered some stuff from Brandy Melville and it got jacked from our porch. We had footage of the crooks and everything, but the company didn't give a hoot. Customer service didn't even try to help us out. What a total waste of cash. We won't be buying anything from them again. The way they handled this was a real letdown.

Brandy Melville Horrendous Customer Service Experience with Brandy Melville: Don't Waste Your Money

I'm not gonna lie to you, ordering from Brandy Melville was a complete nightmare. I ordered a gift card for my niece over three weeks ago and I still haven't received anything. I tried calling and emailing the company multiple times, but it's like they couldn't care less. I don't think I've ever experienced such terrible customer service in my life. If you're thinking about ordering from Brandy Melville, do yourself a favor and don't. Trust me, you will regret it. My poor niece was so disappointed when she didn't get her Christmas gift on time. It's really too bad, because I've heard great things about their clothes, but their customer service is just shabby, if not downright awful.

Brandy Melville (brandymelvilleusa.com) is just one of those stores that prides itself on having an "exclusive" image. But what they fail to realize is that not everyone has the same body type, and their sizing is really limiting. Their "one size fits all" motto is really just a way to say "hey, if you're not skinny, we don't want you wearing our clothes". It's a shame, really.

Now, don't get me wrong, they do have some cute stuff. But the fact that they don't cater to a wider range of body types is just plain sad. It's almost as if they want to project this image of being edgy and cool, but they're really just stuck up and unapproachable.

And if you're thinking "well, maybe I can just alter the clothes to fit me better," think again. Not only are the clothes expensive, but they're also made out of low-quality materials. So you're basically paying top dollar for something that's not even going to last you more than a few wears.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Brandy Melville (brandymelvilleusa.com) to anyone who values inclusivity and good quality clothing. Stick to your local thrift stores or independent boutiques that actually care about their customers and don't just want to use them as walking advertisements.

I placed an order on Brandy Melville's website and unfortunately, had the unpleasant experience of never receiving my items. I was charged on my credit card, but after waiting and waiting, my package never arrived. I had to contact their customer service to find out what was going on and we ended up going around in circles for a whopping 2 months. It was frustrating to say the least! They kept blaming their shipping company for the issue and never once offered to reship my products or refund my money. The only time I heard anything from them was when I had to reach out myself to try and get some type of update. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience and I would strongly advise against shopping on their website.

Brandy Melville Brandy Melville Review: Great Quality Clothes, Watch Out for Pants Sizing

My experience at Brandy Melville was pretty good, to be honest. I went there for the first time yesterday, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've heard people complaining about this place before, but I didn't have any issues myself. The shirts that I tried on were stretchy and made with good quality materials, which I absolutely loved. However, I will say that some of the shirts were tight on my shoulders since I have big and wide shoulders. That's just a minor complaint, though.

One thing that I didn't like so much were the pants. They are really small in size, and my sister who is skinny couldn't fit into them. If you're plus-sized like me, though, you'll be happy to hear that the shirts will definitely fit you just fine.

Overall, I would definitely recommend checking out Brandy Melville. They have some great quality clothes that are worth checking out. Just make sure to keep an eye on the sizes, especially if you're looking for pants.

Brandy Melville Horrible Customer Service Experience with Brandy Melville - Will Never Shop Here Again

So, I was super stoked to buy some gifts for my friends and fam from Brandy Melville's site. I did it on the 5th of December 'cause I wanted to make sure the goodies arrived before Christmas, ya know? But today is December 18th and when I checked the order status, it's still "processing"? Like, seriously, what does that even mean?

Since the online silence from Brandy Melville was deafening, I got in touch with their customer service via email, but didn't get a response. I then tried to connect with them on their chatline - CLOSED. And when I attempted to call them up, there was no answer!

This is just super frustrating and ridiculous! I mean, I have never had this level of trouble with any other online order ever. And what do I get for placing an order with BM? A complete lack of communication and crappy customer service! Honestly, they're winning the Worst prize for this holiday season.

I'm definitely never going to shop from them again. Like, EVER.

Stuff from Brandy Melville can be cute, but their sizing info is all wrong on the pants. The cloths wear out right fast too, which is a big bummer. I had a shirt that I just put on and then boom there's a hole! So crazy, cause I didn't even notice hearing or feeling it tear. But, cause I wore it, they wouldn't give me my money back. Jeez! Also, they can't seem to get orders straight, cause I got the wrong thing more than once.

Brandy Melville Rude Staff, Disorganized Lines, and Mask Mandates: My Terrible Experience at This Store

This store is a complete mess. The lines are just terrible, the workers are very rude - they need to learn some manners! What is the point of having that security guard standing at the front of the store when they're not even doing their job?

It's so frustrating because my daughter loves this store, but every time we go we have the worst experience. Why isn't there someone managing the lines and keeping everything organized? And don't even get me started on the fact that they're still enforcing mask mandates - it's just ridiculous at this point.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this store. The service is terrible and the workers are just plain rude. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

Brandy Melville's clothes are amazing. There's so many choices, high-quality stuff, and good prices, too. When I shop online there's no problems, everything flows. But I have had some experiences in-store where the workers were super mean. Like, they didn't even notice me when I was trying to pay. And when I asked for help finding something, oh boy... they just didn't care. It's like they judge you when you walk in. So the customer service is pretty trash, overall.
