Customer Experience was Fantastic!
I ordered the Faye blouse and while it did not fit I absolutely think it is a statement piece. I have seen it on a number of friends and it is such a show stopper. It is too small on me in the shoulders and chest. I have tried the small and the medium and unfortunately it does not work for me. Tuckernuck made the return experience very easy. They have fantastic customer service! I look forward to trying other products.

My granddaughter will be 8 in October. She has been taking tennis lessons and needs a tennis bag. I found this tennis bag on another site, I showed it to her and she loved it. It was going to be the perfect birthday present. Unfortunately they were sold out. She was was sad, she really wanted this one. I was very happy to find it on Tuckernuck, and I got 10% off. I purchased this jacket recently and wished other colors were available because I'd have a million of these in my closet! The fit, the softness and especially the warmth of this pullover, I have not been able to take it off! I've had others like this from other "sports" venues, but this is overall the best pullover I have ever gotten. Do not hesitate, if they are still in stock, you will not be disappointed. I bought a small and it falls at my hips (not a long pullover), which I like the shorter ones. Perfect!

Customer service had been lacking with Tuckernuck. Recently had the best experience so I'm feeling better. I placed an ordered and within minutes realized I had wrong size. I called to see if I change it. Was told out of luck order placed nothing I could do. I thought it was crazy to pay postage I would send back and reorder. Charging my card twice. So upsetting when it was literally minutes. When the item arrived I was so upset. Called one more time and they overnighted the correct pair even before I returned the item I had in hand. Could not have been more helpful.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid the additional funds to have it delivered in two days. It never arrived yet Fed Ex said it was delivered. I dealt with Fed Ex for over a week, even to the extent they sent me a photo of a home that wasn't mine and then closed out my order. When I called to discuss the closure they told me to contact Tuckernuck. I emailed and received an immediate response. They shipped out a replacement dress right away and never questioned me. Awesome experience and I would definitely purchase from them again - although I'd opt out of using Fed Ex!

I've been purchasing from Tuckernuck pretty regularly for the last few years. Sometime I purchase a few months in a row, other times I may not buy an item for a few months at a time (Tnuck isn't exactly cheap!) But I love the site! The clothing fits really well, customer service has always gone above and beyond and every time I wear their clothing, I get so many compliments! For example, I wore the Jaguar Garden Fave dress (without the sash, dresses it up!) to a wedding 10/21/22 in Newport, Rhode Island and I received compliments all night! It's stunning and unique and I'm obsessed with green dresses, it checks off all the boxes!

I done bought from Tuckernuck a few times nah. The first thang I bought was a hat that I'm completely obsessed with. It's perfect for living in SC cause it shades me from the hot sun. Every time I wear it, folks stop me to give me props on it. Recently, I finally bought a dress that I been wanting for a minute but I was waiting for it to go on sale. I'm a small girl so I always order an XS or XXS. I looked at the reviews carefully to see how the sizes runnin' and felt like the XS would fit me fine (they don't have an XXS). Well dang, when it got here it was so dang big on me that I can't even wear it. Since it was on sale, I can't return the thang. I'm pretty bummed out about it and ain't gonna be buyin' anything else from Tuckernuck again.

I tried calling the company multiple times starting at 9 a.m., which is their listed opening time for phone calls, but nobody picked up and there was no option to leave a message. Frustrated, I decided to send an email instead.
When I finally received a response, the customer service representative told me that I should just proceed with ordering the correct size and they were too busy to make an exchange. I recently discovered Tuckernuck, thanks to my lovely daughter. And I must say, I'm thrilled with my experience! That said, I do have to give a bit of a negative review due to an issue I had with a recent purchase. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered several items to give to my daughter as a Christmas gift. However, I wasn't able to reach customer service by phone, so I sent an email to ask if the items could be returned by the end of January if they didn't fit or if she didn't like them. Unfortunately, the response I received stated that the items were only eligible for store credit. As someone who doesn't believe in gift cards or store credit, I sent a follow-up email requesting a refund instead. Sadly, I didn't receive a response to that email.
Although I'm disappointed in the lack of response from customer service, I'm still holding out hope that my daughter will love what I ordered. While I could ask my son-in-law to return the items, I'm hoping that everything works out in the end.

The clothes from Tuckernuck are great for formal events. I got a dress from them last time I had something to go to and it came just in time. They didn't include any fancy paper or anything, but that's no biggie. What I didn't expect was that the dress would make my skin look all grey and weird when I took it off. It's because of the velvet rubbing off I guess, who knew! I didn't even think about washing it before I put it on, but oh well. The fit was alright overall, I usually wear petite clothes and this one was a little long in the sleeves and neck for me. But I took a chance since there weren't any flashy frills or anything - just a simple dress. It did the job I needed it to for the event.
Customer Service Success but Technical Difficulties - Trying to Exchange a Colette Sweater
So I bought this Navy Cotton Colette Cable sweater, size medium from Tuckernuck and let's say it didn't fit that great- way too big, to be exact. I usually wear medium size tops from them but this one was not the case. I really liked the sweater though and wanted to get a size small instead. I tried looking for an option to exchange it for a smaller size, but there was none provided.
Luckily, I was able to return the sweater without any issues. Feeling optimistic, I sent out an email to Tuckernuck's customer service, hoping they could help me out. Much to my delight, I got a response in no time. They gave me a special one-time code to purchase the sweater at the same sale price, which was great!
However, I encountered some issues at checkout. I tried filling out the online order multiple times but every time, the box to enter my charge card number was missing. I tried switching to my cell phone to place the order, and by the time I had the chance to do so- the small size was already sold out. Naturally, it's a Sunday so there was no one available to turn to for assistance.
I'm really hoping the Tuckernuck team can help me out with this. I appreciate their speedy response to the email I sent earlier but I really want this sweater in my proper size! Do they have any Colette navy sweater, size small available or will there be a possible restock anytime soon?
Tuckernuck Website Impresses, But Shipping Leaves Much to Be Desired
I gotta give it to ya, the website for Tuckernuck (tnuck.com) is pretty darn good. It's easy to use and find what you're looking for. But let me tell ya, their shipping game is a real bummer. They use this UPS Shipping Innovation thing that works with the good ol' USPS. But lemme tell ya, it's a real drag. The delivery times are loooooong. I ordered something on September 1st, and according to their website, it's not supposed to get here until TODAY - September 15th! That's kind of insane if you ask me. And it's not even the first time this has happened either - it's happened with TWO other orders.
Now, I run my own little business, and let me tell you, customer service is KEY. If one of my customers orders something, it's gonna ship out that same dang day. And if for some reason there's a delay, we ALWAYS make sure to give 'em a call and let 'em know what's going on. That's how you forge relationships, ya know?
So here's what I'm thinking. Maybe Tuckernuck should just use regular old UPS Ground shipping instead of this Shipping Innovation thing. I can't be the only customer who's had problems with it, can I? I mean, after a while, it's just not worth the hassle to stick with 'em. Disappointed in Tuckernuck's Fit: Review of Green Cord Pants in XXL
I was so stoked when my order from Tuckernuck arrived. I had purchased the most adorable green cord pants but unfortunately they didn't have my size (XL) in stock. So, I took a chance and went for their XXL, thinking that I could get them altered to fit me perfectly.
My excitement was short-lived when I tried on the pants. The crotch area was hanging so low that it looked like it was made for a basketball player! I mean, I'm only 5'6" with a body that's appropriate for my 52-year-old self- a little tummy and waist that's not as tiny as it used to be. On a regular day, I would wear a size 14 and get things tailored so they fit me like a glove.
But these pants were something else. After trying them on, I realized I would have to spend more money on tailoring them than on the actual pants themselves (which cost me $138)! And I couldn't help but wonder who their fit models were. The waist area was just perfect - roomy and comfortable. But that crotch area and those legs- they were clearly made for a WNBA player!
I was really disappointed because I thought that I, being Tuckernuck's perfect client, would finally have the right pair of pants that would make me look and feel fabulous. Sadly, it wasn't meant to be. I've since removed myself from their list and moved on to other brands in search of the perfect fit.
It's a real shame because the green cords were super cute and I know they would have looked great on me if only they were made to fit my body shape. Hopefully, Tuckernuck will consider making changes to their sizing so that they can cater to a wider range of body types.

I gotta tell you guys about Tuckernuck. I just bought a Black Velvet Mottershead Dress (Item #S***) and I was so hype to wear it. But let me tell you, when I got it in my hands it didn't seem like it was worth the big bucks they were asking for it. But I was like, eh whatever, it's gonna work for the event I got planned. So, I bought it anyways.
Bruh, let me just say this. This dress was a total bust. I wore it for a couple hours and I'm not even kidding, it turned my skin BLUE. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was freaking out trying to scrub the blue dye off my skin, but nothing was working. I tried scrubbing it off with soap and water for like 30 minutes and I was still blue. And not just a little bit of blue, my whole body looked like a smurf or something.
I was desperate, so I tried using makeup remover to get rid of it, and it kinda worked, but I still can't get rid of all of it. Right now, I'm still walking around with blue skin and it looks like I got a major sunburn, but instead of being red I'm BLUE.
Honestly, I wouldn't even waste your time or money on this dress. I want a full refund, and I'm gonna make sure that everyone knows this dress is a disaster. Don't let your skin go through what mine did, for real. Stay away from Tuckernuck, y'all.

This was my first time shopping at Tuckernuck and I was very excited about my purchase of the Black Velvet Mottershead Dress (Item #S***). Upon arrive my initial thought was the dress didn't seem that high of quality to match the price point but I thought the dress would work well for an event I had coming up so I kept it. After wearing it at an event for several hours I discovered it turned my skin blue. It was a nightmare trying to get the blue dye off my skin. After showering for 30 minutes and scrubbing my skin with soap it wasn't all coming off. I then tried using makeup remover and that helped get some blue off but not all. I still have blue dye on my skin even now. When I first discovered what happened after wearing the dress it looked like I had been laying on the beach all day without sunscreen but instead of getting a red sunburn I was blue. I would like a full refund. Do not buy this dress, it will ruin your skin.

I tried ordering the yeti Navy Hopper Backpack for my girlfriend's birthday. Tnuck let me add it to my cart and purchase it. I used my military discount (which was kind of a pain to verify) and used expedited shipping. My purchase method was PayPal "Pay in 4". There was no issue at purchase. The about 3 business days later I got an email stating the installment was refunded to me and the transaction cancelled. Uhh, why? When I called Tnuck customer service, a representative told me it could have been that the online inventory hadn't updated at the time of purchase. She told me she would look into it but I never heard back. Should I go through all that again when I can just buy directly from Yeti? How do I know I won't run into the same issue again?

I live in DC, so we have a store here in Georgetown. The items in the store look great. I ordered online, because the store only carries sample sizes with limited selection.
I ordered one dress. I was incredibly careful using the size chart. I did receive it on time, but when I took it out of the package, the material felt weird. I tried in on, and to my surprise it fit. Because the material was so strange, I looked up the dress again to look at the care instructions. You CANNOT DRYCLEAN. You CANNOT MACHINE WASH. You have to hand wash. You CANNOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. YOU CANNOT USE AN IRON. So, I guess I will only wear this dress once? I am beyond angry.
I bought another dress to give them another shot shortly afterwards. Same care instructions, but this time the dress feels like a burlap bag and is so badly made. Never again, Tuckernuck. Enjoy my cash.

So, let me tell you about my experience with Tuckernuck. I ordered a blouse in the XL size, but when it arrived, it was way too big for me. I needed a Medium size instead. Thankfully, Tuckernuck quickly sent me the correct size, which was really nice of them.
Unfortunately, when I tried on the Medium blouse, it still didn't look quite right on me. There was just too much fabric and it made me look overwhelming. Tuckernuck Clothing Review: Quality or Overpriced Hype?
I was really looking forward to getting my hands on some Tuckernuck clothing. But when my order arrived, I was seriously questioning whether it was worth it. The first thing I noticed was the Navy Royal Shirt Dress, which was the most expensive piece I bought. I was disappointed to find the dress wadded up and super wrinkly. It was hard to even tell whether I liked the style or not. I mean, come on, for a price tag of $198, I expected better than that.

I made a huge purchase of $400 at tuckernuck.com when they launched their 20% off promotion. Felt a bit sad when I realized that I'd left out an important item. The very next day, I tried to add the item and use the same code that was valid until the day before. However, they wouldn't allow me to use the code because my order amount was below their minimum of $100. I was disappointed and hoped that they would make an exception for me, as I was a loyal customer and had just made a big purchase. They didn't, and that made me sad.

I bought some stuff from Tuckernuck (tnuck.com) but had to return a few items on 8/22. The problem is that my package has been sitting at UPS since 8/26 and it still hasn't been delivered. I reached out to the customer service and got a reply from a robot. But let me tell you, it was totally unhelpful! I replied to that message on Monday 8/29 but haven't heard back since.
I also returned something to Bloomingdale's on the same day and already got my money back. They are way faster than Tuckernuck, and they even have physical stores in Florida! So why can't Tuckernuck get their return system figured out?
It's really too bad because I actually really like the stuff I ordered from Tuckernuck. But if they can't get their acts together when it comes to customer service, I'm not sure I want to buy from them again. In the end, it's not worth the headache!
Tuckernuck Review: Quality Products but Slow Refunds and High Prices
I decided to shop online at Tuckernuck coz my buddy recommended it. I ended up picking out a few things and had to make two different orders. The clothes and accessories looked real good on the site, just what I was searching for. But when the goods arrived, I was a bit disappointed.
The earrings were the only pair I decided to keep. They were top-quality for sure, but the same can't be said for the black velvet headband. It looked real cheap and I reckon it ain't worth the hefty price tag.
The jewelry I bought were stunning, no doubt, but they weren't exactly what I was seeking. I didn't like the sizing or the style all that much. So, I decided to give them a send-off. I sent them back to the merchant on December 2,2022, and the other on December 9,2022. I was in good spirit, hoping for a hasty refund. Yet, till now, Tuckernuck hasn't got around to processing my refund.
Overall, the quality of their stuff ain't bad but they sure need to work on their processing time and pricing if they wanna gain the trust of new customers and hold on to the existing ones.
Tuckernuck Review: Incorrect Orders and Poor Customer Service
Tuckernuck was new to me, but I decided to give it a try for an important engagement. I was so excited to purchase three items from their website to wear for the occasion. Unfortunately, my excitement didn't last long when I received my order. Only one out of the three items sent was correct. Yes folks, you heard that right! I only received one correct item! Can you imagine?
As if that wasn't bad enough, I had already paid for expedited shipping so that I could have my items on time for my event. To make matters worse, when I called the customer service department l, they were not sympathetic to my situation. I explained the urgency of the event and how this mistake could negatively impact it. But, to my shock, the customer service rep didn't care at all. Can you imagine that?" We all make mistakes, but my goodness, this mistake will not only cost me money but also cause me to miss my event.
Adding fuel to the fire, when I requested a refund for my shipping expenses since this was not my mistake, they refused to do so. They simply offered an apology and said there was nothing they could to get me the correct items in time for my event. How was that supposed to help me?
This entire experience was a bit ridiculous. I don't have time to chase down your mistakes, and the fact that nothing was offered for a mistake their team made only ensured that I will never purchase from Tuckernuck again. It's a little strange to see that other retailers carry the same brands as Tuckernuck and offer far superior customer service. It's no surprise then that I will stick to Bloomingdale's for my next purchase.

To add insult to injury, they won't even process exchanges, so if you wanna swap sizes or colors, you're gonna have to play the waiting game with two charges on your credit card for absolute yonks. And don't even get me started on returns – they received mine days ago and are dragging their feet on refunding me. I mean, I sent it back the same day I received it, what more do they want from me?!
Despite all my griping, I gotta give credit where credit's due – at least my order arrived pretty quickly and the prices are decent. But honestly, if they don't shape up their customer service game soon, I might have to say farewell to Tuckernuck and take my business elsewhere.
