AKIRA Hot garbage website

Their website is utter Trrrash! It wont allow new customers to login after they've created a new account. After several attempts I wasnt able to even place an order! Got a message about NO SHIPPING INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME! UGH! I will taking my hard earned dollars to ZARA whose website is easy to login and place an order...also has a great return policy AND THEY HAVE STORES! BYE FELICIA. SHOPAKIRA YOU DESERVE 0 STARS. Subimit a picture for proof of purchase is so laughable! GIT!

AKIRA Honestly the best site I have done business with in a long time!

I not only LOVE what I bought, but I did receive it exactly the day I expected. From order to doorstep with free delivery was 5 days and I live across the country. Their customer service is exceptional, I cannot understand a negative review!
The quality is very good, so much better than other online stores I have shopped in.
This is hands down, my new go-to store! I had a million compliments on my boots the night I wore them. Everyone asked where I bought them and I was happy to give them the info.

AKIRA Shopakira.com is awesome

Shopakira.com is awesome... Its a womens store based in Chicago (they have a men's line now) and they have the cutest clothes at really reasonable prices and free shipping on items over $75.00 also they give you 10% off every time you shop on the site. I love going into the store so if you are visiting Chicago look up Akira... they have several locations in the city. I wish we had one here. On second thought I am glad we don't have one in Ohio I get to look cute and no one can get my peices LOL... Check them out... shopakira.com They are the BOMB!. Com

AKIRA I absolutely love this place

This is coming from someone that's been burned so many times from falling for clothing sites that are gimmicks. I went in with little hope, and was shocked at the quality of the coat I purchased. It was remarkably similar to a coat I bought at Nieman Marcus for $800. I have no idea how on earth they get away with this at such little price ranges, but I am happy they do. I have only purchased, a coat, maxi dress and 3 pairs of sandals so far. Some of them $10 a piece and I LOVE them. Keep up the great work. If you are not choosing to shop here you are crazy!

AKIRA You really need to shop Akira

I see the bad reviews and I take note. I have had nothing but good experience with the store. I called to check my fit, I knew the dress and shirt that I wanted. My salesperson was knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. I got just what I ordered, but I understood and saw the product beforehand on others. They have very inexpensive clothing and accessories for small/thin people with limited funds and what you see is exactly what you get. You need to shop and ask questions. I love my dress-I also use as a tunic, and my mother of dragons turtleneck- only available at Akria!

AKIRA Unique clothing at an affordable price

A customer of almost 2 years.
This is my go to when I have any type of upcoming event and, when I want to dress differently than everyone else. I have never had a problem with delivery. Sizing however, yes but maybe 4 times. It was my size but the cut was not. Can't always get it right so I don't blame them. Good thing is, I only paid 5 to 10 for the items. Regarding shipping, if you spend 60 before taxes, it's free! The only time I've contacted customer service were to check on my reward points. That wasn't an issue either. I give Akira and overall 9/10. I love this company and how they stay ahead of the fashion trends and you will NOT see any of these items on Fashion Nova. Happy Shopping

AKIRA Disappointing Customer Service Experience with AKIRA Jeans Sizing

I've been shopping at AKIRA for a good 4 years now and I gotta say, I've never had a real big problem with them until now. I recently purchased a pair of mom jeans in size 19 because I know their jeans run small. When I received them today, I was shocked to see that they were way too big for me. I measured them and they were a whopping 46 inches around the waist! I immediately called their customer service to let them know that they must have sized them wrong.

The lady on the other end of the line was not very helpful and kept insisting that I didn't realize they were going to be that big. I tried to explain to her that they were sized wrong, but she just wouldn't listen. It's frustrating when you're trying to get your point across and the person on the other end of the line just doesn't seem to understand.

I usually wear a size 14 in all jeans, but at AKIRA, I have to get a size 17 or 19. I know that mom jeans are supposed to be a little baggy, but not like this. I'm really disappointed that the lady I spoke to wasn't listening to me and was talking to me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I even sent them a picture of the jeans to show them just how big they were, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I hope they can get someone else to answer their phones who understands what the customer is saying. Overall, I still love AKIRA and will continue to shop there, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

AKIRA Mixed Experience with AKIRA: Smooth First Order, Disappointing Second Order with Missing Item

I recently made a big order on AKIRA's website. I was excited to receive my 4 dresses, 3 coats, and 2 pairs of shoes. Before this, I had only made a small order to test the waters and see if this was a trustworthy company. To my delight, all my items arrived in perfect condition the first time around. So, I decided to go ahead and make a larger order.

However, this time around, I was disappointed to find that they had forgotten one of the pairs of shoes I had ordered. I was frustrated because the website had run out of the shoes, and when I contacted customer service, they told me that they had shipped the boots in the box. But how could they know that when the fulfillment center is separate from the call center? It just didn't make sense to me.

I spoke to a customer care representative this morning, and she had no idea how they could forget to send a pair of boots. I even shared photos with her to show how packed the box was, and the size of the box in which they shipped my other items was not large enough to accommodate the size of those boots. It was clear that they had made a mistake.

Despite sending various pictures and making my claim, I haven't heard back from them yet. It's frustrating when a company has a different fulfillment center from the call center and aren't much help. In the end, I had to file a claim with my credit card for the missing boots.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with AKIRA. While my first order went smoothly, this time around, they made a mistake that they haven't yet rectified. It's frustrating to have to go through the hassle of filing a claim, and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

AKIRA Disappointing Experience with Shopakira.com's Inventory Management and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with AKIRA (shopakira.com) that I really wish could have gone better. I ordered five items from their website on December 30th and was notified that processing could take up to five business days. Although I wasn't in a hurry to receive my purchase, I was disappointed to not receive any notification about the status of my order after the five day period.

After reaching out to their customer service team, I was informed that all of the items I ordered were no longer in stock and that they had over sold their inventory. I received a refund from them, but it was disappointing that they didn't reach out to me first to apologize for the inconvenience in a timely manner - I had to be the one to initiate communication.

What was also frustrating was the fact that they didn't mention any plans to restock the items that were sold out - I would have appreciated transparency on whether or not I had any chance of getting those items in the future. Furthermore, the fact that they only offered a 10% discount on a future purchase didn't really make up for the inconvenience.

All in all, I was really let down by the way AKIRA handled this situation. I expected more from a company of their size and reputation. I hope that in the future they can make sure to demonstrate more professionalism and transparency when it comes to their inventory and processing times.

AKIRA Exceptional Experience with AKIRA: Don't Let Mixed Reviews Discourage You!

Have you been considering shopping at AKIRA but are hesitant due to mixed reviews online? Well, let me tell you - don't let those reviews discourage you! My experience with AKIRA was nothing short of exceptional. I came across a romper on their website that I had previously missed out on from another seller and immediately fell in love with it. Of course, I did my due diligence and researched the brand thoroughly before making my purchase. I perused their reviews and even checked out their Instagram to get a better idea of what they offer.

After contemplating for a couple of days, I decided to reach out to them on Instagram regarding any shipping issues. To my surprise, they responded within minutes and assured me that all shipping issues had been resolved. Feeling confident in my decision, I went ahead and purchased the romper. The entire process was smooth and seamless, beginning with my instant order confirmation email and followed by my shipping confirmation email just a few days later. To my delight, the package arrived on the Thursday after I ordered it.

And let me tell you, the quality of the clothing did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, no issues or complications whatsoever. I am now a firm believer in AKIRA's clothing and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. Thank you so much, AKIRA!

AKIRA Disappointed with AKIRA's Leather Jacket and Customer Service Experience

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on a leather jacket from AKIRA during the Christmas season of 12/19/2022. But boy, was I disappointed when I opened up the package and was hit with a strong, fishy odor. I mean, I've never smelled anything like it before. It was pretty gross.

So, I decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could help me out. And let me tell you, the person I talked to was not very helpful. She told me that all their clothes come with that smell. I mean, come on. I've shopped at AKIRA before and never had this issue. It's not like I'm asking for the world here, just a jacket that doesn't smell like fish.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Not only did I get a jacket that smelled terrible, but the customer service was just not up to par. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of satisfaction and I just didn't get that.

I really hope AKIRA can make this right. If the jacket I received is no longer available, I would appreciate a comparable replacement or a full refund. I think that's a reasonable request, don't you? And honestly, I would appreciate a call from upper management to discuss this further. I'm just not sure if I want to continue doing business with AKIRA if this is the kind of experience I can expect.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed. I hope AKIRA can make this right and show me that they value their customers.

AKIRA Beware of unprofessional and incompetent staff: My frustrating experience with Shopakira.com

My experience with Shopakira.com has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered some very unprofessional staff members, namely Taelor and Alana, who seemed not only incompetent but also unwilling to offer any meaningful assistance. I recently received a package from Shopakira, but they had printed the wrong address for USPS, and as a result, my package has been bouncing back and forth between the two companies for over a month now. When I contacted customer service and spoke with Alana, she was completely unhelpful, suggesting that I call USPS instead of taking any responsibility or trying to help me in any way. Given that it was Shopakira's mistake, I was understandably frustrated and asked to speak with someone else. Alana transferred me to Taelor, who proceeded to accuse me of providing the wrong address despite the fact that I had previously provided Shopakira with the correct address. She even sent me a screenshot of the incorrect information that had been sent to USPS, which clearly showed that the mistake was Shopakira's. Despite this, Taelor was similarly unhelpful, and it wasn't until I contacted customer service for the third time that I was finally able to get my package expedited – even though Taelor still managed to mess up the new address. Overall, my experience with Shopakira.com was extremely frustrating because of the unprofessional and incompetent customer service representatives. I urge anyone considering shopping with this company to beware and to carefully check their orders to avoid similar issues.

AKIRA Terrible Experience with Akira: Payment Reversed and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with Akira and would not recommend shopping with them. Initially, I spent several hours putting together an order on their website, only to find out the next day that my transaction had been reversed. My payment had gone through and money was taken out of my account, and I even received an order confirmation. However, for some reason, Akira cancelled the transaction and refunded my money without any explanation.

I contacted both my bank and Akira's customer service team to try and resolve the issue, but neither was particularly helpful. The customer service representative I spoke to, named Crystal, was particularly unhelpful. She suggested I start the entire ordering process again and was dismissive of my questions about speaking with a manager. Unfortunately, I had to spend even more time re-selecting my items and waiting for my money to be refunded. To make matters worse, the items I originally ordered may no longer be available.

This was a particularly frustrating situation, especially considering my order totaled $821.21. I was extremely disappointed with Akira and their lack of customer service support. It was especially upsetting since this was my first time ordering from the company. I wish I had read reviews about them before placing my order. Despite positive reviews on YouTube, I will make sure to mention my negative experience in any future reviews. If you're considering shopping with Akira, just be aware that the payment processor and customer service may not live up to expectations.

AKIRA AKIRA Miami Beach: Great Shopping, Terrible Managerial Attitude

I love shopping at AKIRA in Miami Beach, Florida. I go there almost every week, especially when they have sale items available. However, I have had a couple of issues with the manager there. The first time, I had a coupon that gave me $10 off my purchase of $40 or more. I had used this coupon before with no problems, but on this particular day, the manager refused to honor it because some of my items were already on sale. I tried to explain that there were no restrictions on the coupon, but he insisted that it couldn't be used on sale items.

Today, I had another problem with the manager. I had put some items on hold while I continued to shop. When I went to check out, my items were not together as they should have been, and one of the dresses was in the wrong size. I had asked the employee who put my items on hold to make sure everything was in the right size, but apparently, they didn't do a good job. When I asked the manager to give me the correct size, he refused, saying that the medium was already there before he opened the store. I asked him to check the security camera footage to see if the item had been mixed up or switched, but he got angry and refused to do so. He even suggested that I just buy the small size instead, even though it clearly wouldn't fit me.

I was really disappointed with the manager's attitude and lack of customer service skills. As a manager, he should be trying to solve problems and make customers happy, not just trying to sell items at any cost. I understand that the dress was only $5, but that's not the point. It's about the principle of the matter. If he had been willing to help me, I would have been a happy customer and probably would have continued to shop there. But now, I'm not so sure. AKIRA needs to do something about their managers and their rude and nasty behavior. It's not a good look for the store, and it's not good for business.

AKIRA AKIRA Customer Service Fail: Faulty Garment Return Process Leaves Unhappy Customer Suspecting Employee Sabotage

My experience with AKIRA was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I reached out to their customer service on 01/21/2015 to report that my dress was damaged with red dye around the collar, which I am severely allergic to. I even had to send the dress back without being able to try it on completely. I sent it back on 01/22/2015 and received confirmation that it would arrive on 01/27/2015. After not hearing back from the company, I called them on 02/02/2015 to confirm that they had received the dress and were aware of the damage. At this time, I was informed that they would inspect the item and process the return soon.

However, almost three weeks later, on 02/19/2015, I received a call stating that my return could not be processed because there was a rip in the collar. I know for a fact that the dress was not ripped in my possession and I would have immediately contacted the company if it had happened when I tried it on or opened the package. I pleaded with the company and promised them that the dress was not ripped and even if it was, it would have been a valid reason for a return and I would have notified them just as I did regarding the dye concern.

I strongly suspect that one of the company's employees accidentally ripped the dress and is now trying to place the blame on me to prevent from returning my funds due to their fault. It's been several weeks since I've had the dress in my possession, and I find it hard to believe that a rip as big as the one in the picture sent to me by the company would have gone unnoticed for so long.

Even if the dress had ripped in my possession, AKIRA would still be at fault because that means the dress was poorly stitched. A dress shouldn't rip in the collar if it was made and sewn properly, regardless of whether the dress was too small or not. However, that was not the case as I did not send the dress back with a rip in it. In my eyes, the company is trying to avoid returning my funds due to their mistake.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with AKIRA. I feel like they didn't take responsibility for their mistake and instead tried to place the blame on me, the customer. This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers, and I will not be shopping with them again in the future.

AKIRA AKIRA Clothing: Cool Clothes, Terrible Website, Insulting Culture

I gotta say, I really dig the clothes at AKIRA. They've got some seriously cool gender-fluid options that I'm all about. And the folks in the stores are mostly super helpful, except for a few who seem to be more interested in themselves than in helping customers. Shoutout to the Skokie store for having some especially awesome employees!

But man, their website is a whole different story. It's seriously frustrating and just plain bad. And honestly, it seems like the company doesn't really care about fixing it. Here are just a few of the issues I've had:

1. Their phone service is terrible. I've been on hold for ages before, and even when I tried the call-back feature, they never called me back. Plus, you can't even call individual stores - you just get sent to some useless central phone line.

2. They don't listen to feedback. I'm a former programmer, and I spent a lot of time putting together a list of website problems to help them out. But they never even responded, and the website is still just as crappy as ever.

3. Their loyalty program is a mess. I've lost loyalty dollars and my list of previous purchases, even though I'm a really good customer. And then they went and lowered the value of the loyalty dollars and applied it retroactively to my previous purchases. Not cool.

4. Their wish list feature doesn't work right. I had over 50 items on my wish list, but the software only shows about 8 of them. And this is a problem on multiple devices and browsers, even after clearing my cache. I've complained multiple times, but no one seems to care.

5. They've reduced their customer service options. It used to be that you could have items held at a store for pick-up, but they got rid of that. And like I said before, you can't even call individual stores to see if they have something in stock.

6. Their website is seriously lacking in basic features. You can only filter by clothing type and size - no color choices, no specific styles or cuts. And there's no way to sort by price range, just a few fixed prices to choose from.

But honestly, the worst part of AKIRA's corporate culture is the way they insult their customers. They play the same playlist of songs in every store, and some of them are seriously vulgar. Like, every other word is the f-bomb. It's insulting to assume that this is what customers want to hear, and it's just plain lazy. And why do they even sell clothing with vulgar or anti-social messages? It's not cool.

AKIRA, if you're reading this, please take some of this feedback to heart. I've tried to talk to your reps about these issues before, but nothing seems to change. I really want to love your brand, but it's hard when your website is so frustrating and your corporate culture is so insulting.

AKIRA AKIRA Review: Cute Clothes, but Overpriced and Low-Quality Materials. Don't Bother

I was excited to shop at AKIRA (shopakira.com) after hearing about their cute clothes. However, I have to say, my experience was not as great as I hoped it would be. While the clothes were indeed cute, I found them to be overpriced and made from cheap materials. The sandals I purchased had diamonds that split open on the first day. I was disappointed to not have been able to wear them for even a full day. Similarly, the diamonds on my two-piece outfit came off after only one wear. I was shocked when the zipper on my dress broke, rendering it ruined. Unfortunately, out of everything I purchased, I only have one thing left - a pair of underwear.

One thing that bothered me was the fact that AKIRA forces their customers to spend their money back in store credit. This is unfortunate, as it seems like they are aware that their clothes are made from low-quality materials and fall apart easily. I was frustrated to have spent so much money on clothes that literally fell apart before I could fully enjoy them.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at AKIRA. While their clothes may look nice online or in the store, they are not worth the price or the hassle of returning and exchanging items that break so easily. I would suggest investing in higher quality clothing that will last and be worth the investment.

AKIRA AKIRA Online Shopping Review: Not Worth the Hassle

I gotta say, if you're thinking of shopping at AKIRA, you might wanna think twice before clicking that buy button. I mean, if you're lucky enough to have a store nearby, it might be okay, but shopping online is a whole different story. Let me tell you, it's a nightmare.

First off, the sizes are all over the place. I ordered some heels for my sis for Christmas, and I made sure to check her current shoe size before I ordered. She's a size 9, no doubt about it. But when the shoes arrived, they were way too small and narrow. Like, what the heck? So I reached out to customer support, hoping they could help me out. But nope, they don't do exchanges for online orders. I'd have to return the shoes, wait for a refund, and then order again. Like, seriously? Ain't nobody got time for that.

So yeah, I'm definitely returning those shoes and taking my business elsewhere. AKIRA might look cool and all, but trust me, it's not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and find a different store to shop at.

AKIRA Unethical Business Practices: My Disappointing Experience with ShopAkira.com

When it comes to shady business practices, some people may not mind. However, in my experience with shopakira.com, I have found that they have repeatedly made errors on my orders that seem to indicate a pattern of corporate theft. It is unsettling to realize that they intentionally miscount inventory, charge customers for items they know are out of stock, and then ship the wrong size on purpose so they can keep the money for an item and force the customer to pay shipping costs that exceed the value of the item.

Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue I have encountered but has happened multiple times too often to be a coincidence. For example, each time I order an 8.5 shoe size, I always get a smaller size instead, such as a 6 or 7. Then, when I try to correct the order, they blame me and pretend it was my mistake, instead of admitting their wrongdoing.

Overall, I have found shopakira.com to be unethical, untrustworthy, and completely insensitive to their customers. It is disappointing since, as a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and honestly. Therefore, I cannot recommend them to anyone who values their time and money and wants to avoid wasting it on a company that does not respect its customers.

AKIRA AKIRA Review: Frustrating Experience with Unhelpful Customer Service and Inventory Issues

My experience with AKIRA (shopakira.com) has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They claim to offer a wide variety of trendy clothing items and accessories, but unfortunately, they don't seem to have a handle on their inventory.

Despite ordering a flower Adidas jacket, I received an entirely different product, a plain white jacket. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the item I ordered was out of stock and they simply decided to send me a different jacket without my consent. This was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, as I had been looking forward to receiving that specific item.

When I requested an exchange for the incorrect jacket I received, I was told that the shipping fees to return it to China would be too expensive, and that I should simply keep the item I didn't want. This is unacceptable - I paid a considerable amount of money for the jacket I wanted, and I should not be forced to keep one I will never wear.

I've been trying to resolve this issue with customer service for over 25 days now, and the interactions I've had have been frustrating to say the least. They have been unhelpful in providing me with a solution that works for me, and have only offered to refund me a fraction of what I paid for the jacket.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping with AKIRA. Their inventory management is lacking, their customer service is unhelpful, and their practices are frankly bogus. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!

My experience with AKIRA was extremely disappointing. Despite having high hopes for the store, I was charged double for my purchase. I promptly reached out to customer service to cancel my order, only to be put on hold for a staggering hour. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and cancel the order, I was told that the window for cancellation had already passed, which seemed like an outrageous notion considering the circumstances.

To make matters worse, I spoke with a customer service representative named Jasmin who lied about the availability of the managers. She suggested that they were all in a meeting and unavailable to speak with me. However, when I spoke with another representative named Mathew, he denied the existence of any managers whatsoever. It was clear that the team at AKIRA was not willing to take responsibility for their mistake.

I was appalled by the lack of concern shown by Jasmin and Mathew as they refused to offer any meaningful solutions to my problem. I even went so far as to request that the manager call me, but this request was rightfully denied by the team. When I asked for the manager's name so that I could escalate the issue further, they would not even provide me with that basic information.

My experience with AKIRA has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Losing $150 due to the mistakes of others is unacceptable, and the customer service team at AKIRA did not seem to care one bit. I will never shop with this company again and will encourage my friends and family members to avoid them as well. It simply isn't worth supporting a company that is willing to steal from their valued customers.

AKIRA AKIRA Review: Cute Clothes, Terrible Customer Service - A Total Scam

So, I was really excited to order a top from AKIRA. I mean, they have some really cute stuff on their website. But, when I finally received my package, it was empty! I was so disappointed. I checked the tracking info and it said that it had been delivered, but I was home all day and didn't receive anything. I tried to contact customer service, but it was a total nightmare. I was put on hold for what felt like forever and was hung up on more than once. I even tried emailing them, but never got a response.

Finally, I decided to use the chat feature on their website. The representatives were not helpful at all. They kept ending the chat before I could get my questions answered. I had to start a new chat multiple times. It was so frustrating. I was promised an email with a form to fill out for a refund, but I never received it.

I really wanted to like AKIRA, but I have to say that this company is a total scam. I would not recommend ordering from them. It's a shame because they have some really cute stuff, but the customer service is just terrible. I hope they can improve in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

AKIRA AKIRA Review: Great Style, Poor Quality - Customer Feedback is Important!

When I first came across AKIRA, I felt a bit unsure about the brand, but after reading some reviews, I realized that customer feedback is incredibly important for any business to grow. As a paying customer, I purchased the PLUS VERY SPOILED LONG SLEEVE JUMPSUIT, which unfortunately faded and lost some of its rhinestones after just one wash. I took special care by washing it in a large mesh laundry bag, but even so, there was a hole on the front left side of the outfit. Needless to say, I was quite shocked and disappointed about the quality of the product. The clothes are stylish and look great, but the quality doesn't seem to match.

As an additional example, I also got a PLUS AZALEA WANG SILVER FINGER STUDDED MOTO JACKET. Unfortunately, after just one wear, some of the studs started falling off. For me, quality is a significant factor, and it's not always just about the money. I also purchased two large totes and a pants suit, and now I'm starting to wonder if they'll also fall apart.

Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at AKIRA. While the brand presents itself well and has great style options, the quality of the products is lacking. I hope that AKIRA will take customer feedback into account and work towards improving their products so that customers can enjoy both style and quality.

AKIRA Unfair Treatment of Employees at AKIRA: A Review

AKIRA is a store that sells clothes and accessories. I think that the way they pay their employees is not fair. They pay them less than the minimum wage, which is not right. They also make them work a lot and expect them to be there early. This is not fair to the employees. They should be paid more and treated better.

The company is run in a crazy way. They expect the employees to do a lot of work, but they don't give them enough time to do it. They also expect them to wear revealing clothes, which is not appropriate. The employees have to run around the store filling up the dressing rooms, while the other staff just stands there and rings up customers. This is not fair to the employees who are doing all the work.

The company is not an equal opportunity employer. They don't treat all employees the same. This is not right. Everyone should be treated the same, no matter what their race, gender, or religion is.

I would not recommend working at AKIRA. The way they treat their employees is not fair. They should pay them more and treat them better.
