BAERSkin Hoodie review: Customer service (or complete lack thereof)

I ordered three sets of the Baerskin Hoodie/Rain Jacket combos for three family members for Christmas. I placed the first order on November 30 and the other two the very next day on December 1. One was shipped relatively quickly and arrived a couple of days ago, but the other two orders haven't even shipped yet. I was so excited to give these (very expensive) gifts to my family members and now they won't even be here in time. I never dreamed that orders placed WEEKS before Christmas wouldn't even be shipped, much less delivered.

I sent a separate email for each of the two missing orders, and the website says to allow 24 to 48 hours. That time has now elapsed and I've heard nothing. The customer service number that I've found doesn't work at all, and although I dug around and found another number and left a message, I've heard nothing from that either. I was so upset that I actually researched to see if Baerskin Tactical is a legitimate company. It is, but warnings are given to order with caution.

On the off-chance that a human at Baerskin sees this complaint and is inclined to help, my order numbers are VMDJJP90 and MXFEZL8L. I imagine these will eventually arrive, but my plans for Christmas gifts are shot.
