Baerskin is helpful when you are spending your money. However, I've been trying to exchange a jacket and am getting no response to email or my chats. They also do not answer the phone.
If someone doesn't contact me by EOB Monday, 11/18, I'm filing a dispute with my bank and contacting the BBB.
These jackets are expensive. How about some customer service after the sale?!
