I own an original Baerskin Hoodie from 1 year or so ago and it was really warm (but had a bad zipper), so I thought I would take advantage of the holiday sale. Wrong move! I placed 3 orders on December 9 and then December 14 and to date have received zero communication on shipping or delivery or fulfillment status, zero email responses other than automated responses acknowledging that I complained to them. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. If my orders are not cancelled and money is not refunded I will be pursuing a fraud investigation into this company. My hopes are not high after reading the other reviews here.
Recommendation: Do not buy anything from this business, they do not send you any products.
I have now initiated fraud investigations with my credit card and with PayPal. On December 9, 2024 I placed two separate orders for the a) BAERSkin 3-In-1 Women (hoodie 4.0 + Rain Jacket 2.0) & BAERSkin 3-In-1 (hoodie 4.0 + Rain Jacket 2.0) ( total $322.90 ) and another order for the BAERSkin Tactical Hoodie 4.0 ( total $69.97 ).
On December 14, 2024, I placed an additional order for the BAERSkin Tactical Hoodie 4.0 Women ( total $107.90 ).
I reached out to their support email on December 21, 2024 and did NOT receive a direct response.
Based on the reviews and complaints here, I am requesting a full cancellation/refund or I will be initiating a fraud investigation with my credit card and with PayPal, separately.

Non-delivery of merchandise and deliberately making refunding or cancelling orders this difficult is a MAJOR red flag, which at a minimum could be construed as a deceptive trade practice as defined by the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, but potentially opens the business up to far greater penalties, including criminal liability.
