We ordered four products from them. They dont provide you an actual tracking number or location of your products. It's all done through their website with generic "departed country" updates until it gets into the US. After two weeks, we were notified it was in our state, but the packages were being sent back due to incorrect address. Baerskin only allows you to submit a service request with their chat bot. It's now going on two weeks since I filed a complaint and request with their chat bot to attempt to get the actual tracking information, so I could reach out to the shipping company in an attempt to correct the address. We have radio silence from the company. I ended up having to dispute the charges with the credit card company! Worst experience ever!
