I ordered 2 of the 4.0 hoodies on December 13 or 14. It said it should arrive around 12-24. Close call but I chanced it. I then ordered another though knew it wouldn't arrive in time - it was supposed to arrive on 12-27. It is now 1-3 and I have received NONE of the them and I cannot reach customer service by phone. If you call the number, you're only able to leave a message. I finally got an email back and they said it shipped and offered tracking information. The tracking said it arrived at a local delivery facility on 1-1 and nothing since. What facility? I'm so upset. My sons and husband seem to want them so I'll wait to see if they ever arrive but I probably wouldn't bother doing business with this company.
Recommendation: Buy a nice hoodie elsewhere.
I have similar issues. I placed orders on 11/28/24 and I've received no updates following the initial order confirmations. They charge your bank account immediately when the order is placed, not when the order is shipped, so they take your money, and leave you with crap for support options. My current ranking would be 0/5 stars. Buyer Beware!
