DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my orders on 12/12/24 and 12/15/24. The second order I placed "shipped" first. According to tracking it says DELIVERED 1/7/25. But it was not delivered. I have emailed the company on several occasions to locate my order but no answer, just a reply they are "on it". When I try to determine who actually carried the order to our mailbox, I THINK it might have been ups but not sure and the website you end up with has no contact number. So bottom line, I still do not have my hoodie, paid $100 over 1 month ago and no Hoodie.
My second order placed on 12/15/2024 shipped 1/21/25! Of course I have no idea if I will actually receive this, so waiting. Another $100 probably down the drain!
The company presents itself as an American based company, but IT IS NOT. Per the tracking both hoodies shipped from China.
You cannot TALK to anyone. You have NO IDEA how or with whom your package ships and the tracking numbers do not coincide with any carrier.
A SCAM YES, BUT A VERY AGGRAVATING SCAM!
If possible I would give this company a big fat ZERO!

I HAVE reached out to YOU DIRECTLY and NO ANSWER from you! The first hoodie says delivered, but that is not correct! It has NOT been delivered and I have NO WAY TO TRACK IT! Your company does not provide carriers name or tracking numbers that coincide with the carrier, so a customer actually has NO WAY TO TRACK AND FOLLOW your order as it ships and progresses through the shipping system. Only the shipping notes your company provides, which do not help.
My order that shipped first, has been lost. Please locate. Please reply to the emails I have sent directly to you.
I have a notification that the lost hoodie is being replaced, but the replacement has not shipped yet.
The second hoodie that I ordered has shipped and is at the China port waiting to board a ship.

There are two hoodies that I ordered. I finally did receive the first hoodie I ordered, but per an email from your company on 1/3/25 telling me that the hoodie is shipping late and that I can either cancel or wait to receive it, and I was promised $100 credit, if I chose to wait for shipment.
I did choose the $100 credit, how do I get this credit on your website?
I am still waiting on the replaced hoodie for the one never received. It is en-route according to the tracking.

I received the hoodie in question, January 31. I also received an answer to an email I sent to customer service regarding the gift certificate and was told that in about 3 days after the hoodie in question was received, I should get the $100 credit in my email. Today is February 4 and have not received as yet.
I must say that since I first started complaining thru this website, my responses have been coming on a regular basis from Baerskin's customer service. So thank you for that. Still need to receive Hoodie number 2 which was lost and am being told replacement is on the way and the $100 credit I was promised for the late shipment of Hoodie number 1.
The saga continues, but may be finally resolved, eventually. At least I am no longer being ignored by customer service, so again, thank you for that.
I am still waiting on the promised $100 gift card for the late shipment of hoodie #1. It has been almost 2 weeks since we finally received the late hoodie, but still no gift card. Here is the "stock answer" I get to every one of my emails sent to "customer service".

Yes I did finally receive the $100 dollar gift card on 2/17/25, the date of your reply above. So now I have ordered the rain jacket that will go over the hoodie I had ordered. Please do your best to get this to me in a timely manner. All of the correspondence tells me we should receive in 7-14 days. The last orders took over 2 months to receive, I hope this one is received on a more timely basis.
The jackets that I did purchase and were Christmas presents were received and both individuals like the jackets, so I have no complaint about the product. The logistics of the orders, communication, time involved to ship and receive and just communication with your company is certainly lacking. Alot of repeated AI generated emails without much care as to the problem actually getting solved. I am happy that for the most part, I did, after a lot of emails, complaints and waiting, finally receive both hoodies. So that is good. You guys just need to work on your order fulfillment practices. AND allow people to know that this is NOT a company working out of the US, but a China based company. So all shipments come from China, which includes the problems associated with shipments from other countries.
Just so glad that after months of complaints, emails and phone calls, I have finally received both my jackets and the gift card. When the newly ordered Rain Jacket, which was ordered with the gift card is received I will let you know.
