I order 2 hoodies on December 20. I got confirmation email and all seemed fine. Fast forward 2 weeks still not delivered and tracking shows it has gone to believe it or not 8 locations. I contacted customer service which is only by email not phone number or human contact. Received generic spam type email for about 6 days. Then wonders or wonders it shows out for delivery only to later the same day show it is "undeliverable" and would be changed to pick up only. Where you may say and so did I. I sent another email. No response. I sent another email. The next day requesting my money back. Never heard from them but the money was returned. I have purchased this in the past with fast turn around and my kid really loves. It's just awful when a company outgrows their ability to take care of the customer. My advise hires some support staff and get an 800 number to help the customer your current policy isn't working.
