I ordered a bearskin hoodie on 29/12/2024 on order no. E6XA914A and to date no notifications have been received from baerskin. Utter useless customer service has been. I cannot find a uk number to phone but their previous experience in dealing with my complaint gives me any hope whatsoever in this matter. The attitude of baerskin appears to be got your money and we make it as hard as possible to a refund
