The last two emails went from "we will send you a free gift and it will ship within 7 days" at 11;24 am (12/31/2024) to getting an email from Lovely AT 6:29 AM (12/31/2024) stating that "we don't have an estimated shipping date!"
I called the [protected] number today just to see if it rings. It was ringing and I will keep trying.

The Better Business Bureau told me today (after I got your messages) that you have had many Complaints and you have doubled that amount in the last year. He gave me information concerning
the Digital Innovation Ventures business that is in Delaware. I've got Italian cousin's in NJ and they can find anyone...

They are gathering information on your company. You need to have a meeting and decide if you want to
be in business
or get in serious trouble.
I have shared all of my information on my orders and I am hopeful to get my son's Christmas gifts soon.
