Caring Transitions review: Bad company in Reno

I got this message about an Item I won and I need my dad to pick it up, then I was sent the following message.

I tried to call but you did not pick up. You apparently purchased something for Tom who is disqualified from bidding. You forwarded your signup to him and he is picking up. I cancelled the pickup.

I have refunded your payment in full assuming that this item is for Tom, since he is picking up. If this item is for you, you are welcome to pick it up personally

Please let me know if you would like to come to pick it up, and I will re-sell the chairs to you at the price you paid.

Tom is NOT WELCOME at our sale and we will call the police if Tom shows up. We have already filed a restraining order.

1. No restraining order has been filed.
2. This guy who has the franchise in Reno is a Lier and a cheat.
3. The item was for me and I was going to be out of town.
