I did this and she responded back I was sent the proper one but if I send it back (at my expense) I would be sent a card with a credit to use for a replacement case. I requested a refund because I do not feel I should have to pay for their mistake and the lie I was told by her. They can tell by the order number what I ordered. Someone made a mistake it is as simple as that and they should make it right or refund my money.

I placed an order on June 26 and received the typical email saying it had shipped on June 27. The tracking still says waiting for shipment as of today July 10. That means they havent even made the case let alone shipped it. I have sent 2 emails asking about it with no response. Why is this company supposedly supplying cases through qvc if they apparently dont want to. What a horrible way to do business. They send the email about shipping quickly so it cant be cancelled. For over 2 months I have been emailing and getting the run around on a case ! ordered. And for 2 months they have been promising to send the case. I gave them my address when I ordered the 1st case. They put a different street name. Once they put that street name in the system it would have shown that there is no street name in the entire city. I emailed them at least 10 times and every time I gave them the correct street name. That's 10 emails all pointing out the problem. They sent another one to the same address as before and it is lost again. I can't imagine how after 10 emails with the correct mailing address that they somehow managed to *** it up yet again. I will never buy anything from this company or would I recommend it to friends or family..unless I don't want them to be friends or family.

Caseable sent me a case for the Amazon Fire Tablet 10 which was too large. I tried to return it but the delivery address did not accept my package. I tried to contact them over two dozen times and resent the package. This attempt the package was delivered but I received no confirmation from them nor did I receive a refund. This was one of my emails to them: "I sent back an order and it was delivered to you on 1/*/20. Can you please tell me when I can expect a refund? My order # is ***. Thank you. ***" I have never heard back from them EVER. They owe me a refund of $45. The fact that they are ignoring me is unacceptable and they are not a trustworthy company.

I have a lost package in the mail and was provided with 2 tracking numbers that do not exist in the *** or *** system. I have asked for help from this company for 2 weeks. Finally, they said if it was not received by this past Wednesday they would send another. On Thursday I emailed and told them it was not received, this was verified by customer support that it has not been delivered. They basically told me it wasn't their problem as the package left their facility and they will not help me to file a claim.

It has been more than 8 days on this day January and I have not received my order at all. My sibling ordered a custom case the same day I had ordered mine and she received hers on January using the same shipping address. I checked the tracking number I was given and it shows that Caseable hasn't even attempted to deliver to a UPS facility/office and only order details have been waiting since last year.

I ordered a product for the casable.com site online. The product was a customized laptop sleeve that was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. The site had sent me a fake tracking number that was claimed to have been a *** tracking number, however, *** could not identify the product in their system saying the tracking number did not exist. I then went to the company trying to contact customer service to which I received an email to check with my local post office. This also was a dead-end because I was never given a postal office tracking number so according to the post office the package did not exist. After calling the customer service number listed on the caseable.com site multiple times and emailing the help center I went online to find that the company has done this to multiple customers who have never received their package.

On 12//2019, I purchased a custom case from Caseable Inc; however, the very same day I decided to return the item the case was for so requested the order be cancelled, this cancellation request was made less then 12 hours after the order was placed, plenty of time to cancel. However, Caseable ignored my cancellation and refund request and shipped the item. As it stands now, the case that was ordered was never delivered. I don't know if it went to the wrong address or if it just got lost in the mail, but it never came. On 1//2020, I sent them a new email requesting a refund since the product never arrived and on 1//2020. they still refused. So, not only did they refuse to cancel the order they are now refusing to provide the product that was ordered. As of this point, I will except nothing but a refund. I have also filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals office and the FTC.

I received my tablet and the voucher a few days later and placed my order with the retailer in September . I received an email confirming my order on the same day, and then in September , another email informed me that my order status had changed, a label was created, and it included a tracking number. However, the tracking link provided no information. After waiting, I reached out to the retailer in October to inquire about my case's delivery. They assured me it would arrive soon. I placed orders with Caseable 1 day apart. The 1st was order #*** on Dec. 2nd 9:12pm it's a custom case for myself there is a tracking number that is now saying arrival for the 15th of December but this has changed a couple times. The 2nd order for a custom case for my son for Christmas was ordered Dec 3rd at 9:16am, the item has a tracking number with no movement being shown from the facility. They have already been paid for the products. I have emailed multiple times to no avail until today and received an email back from the *** email in German. This is unacceptable and I would like them to get both of the cases to me prior to December 25th. I did not see the endless complaints on their company until I started realizing something was going on with not getting my order. I ordered a Kindle Fire package from QVC which included the kindle, a case and a ring mount supplied by Caseable. I filled out the paperwork which arrived with my Kindle. I waited and waited for the case to arrive. I first contacted QVC about not receiving the case/ring. They said they had nothing to do with that end of the promotion and to contact Caseable. I contacted Caseable beginning on November 2 and continued to do so until December 20. A different story every time. I supplied additional information to them about the model of the Kindle and the type of case I ordered. It was a plain case. They didn't have to customize it in anyway - just put that and the ring in a mailer and send it off. I have NOT recevied anything from them. I read how many negative complaints against them on your site. I hope you will be able to resolve this for me. They are not professional although their website states the opposite. I guess any business can promote untruths on their website to an unsuspecting public.

On February 22, 2022 I placed an order (#***) for a custom sized computer sleeve. I picked my computer model from their list and it was supposed to be custom sized. They charged my card immediately for $40.80. I received the case a week plus later and while my computer is 8 1/2 inches tall, the case is over 10 1/2 inches tall. It is way too big for protection. One of the reasons they list for returns is "wrong size". I wrote to them several times and the response (after several second, third and fourth requests) was for my order number...and then they went silent. I told them I was going to contact you (and write a yelp review) if I didn't hear from them by the close of the next business day. I didn't hear so I contacted you. (you have emails from me saying I had difficulty getting to the complaint section of your website and told me you were having technical issues and that I should try again today). In the mean time I told them I had contacted you. Their response was they could get me a voucher that would be good for 3 years. I want a refund. A voucher isn't good as when I am told an order is custom, I expect it to be. When a product is 2 plus inches too big on an 8 1/2 inch base that is almost 25% too big. I won't trust them to do anything for me in the future. I want a refund.

Nov 23 2021 I ordered a smart case for my Amazon Kindle-10 using my free case coupon code. My order number is ***. Options were for portrait mode (verticle) or landscape mode (horizontal).( I chose portrait mode as I have done this option before for my old Kindle.)When I received my case I discovered that the prints I chose for my custom case were put on the case upside down. Caseable said today when I contacted them via email that this is correct. That I should be using my Kindle-10 horizontally and not vertical. The on/off button and volume buttons are all located on the top of the Kindle! This is unacceptable and a ludicrous solution to a very obvious error on their part. I have continued emailing them today as I am upset over this. The last email from them offered me to resubmit new photos and they would give me a $10 coupon for a new cheaper case. Again, not acceptable. This is crazy! I suspect *** my contact via email is probably in another country altogether.I am simply asking that Caseable remake my order using the photos I originally submitted but not put them upside down.The photo I included shows the camera hole. The camera hole is located to the top right of the Kindle- the on/off button is closer to the center and volume buttons to the far left, again, all on the top of the Kindle-10.

My 79 year old mother and I ordered an Amazon Fire from QVC which included a voucher for a free case through Caseable. I ordered the case and received an order confirmation and tracking. The tracking showed the item had been delivered on 7/30/22 around 9:30am EST delivered in or around my mailbox. We have cluster mailboxes in the apartment complex which you use a key to open your individual box or if the package is too big a key is left to open a larger one with your package. I looked in my mailbox that day around 2 pm and did not see a package. I looked outside my front and back door and did not see a package. I emailed the company on that same date to let them know I did not receive the case. I was told to contact my post office. I did and did not receive a response. I was told to email company today (Wednesday) which I did letting them know I did not receive the case. I was provided with an affidavit and told I would need to have the post office stamp and sign this form stating that they conform that nobody signed for or received this item. I do not know who my mail carrier is. I don't have time to go to the post office to find out and have this signed. I sent in the form with my signature. I would like to have a case resent to me please. I have asked for a new case to be sent. If I had received the case, I wouldn't be emailing the company. I have never had a company where the package was not received asked me to chase down the post office to sign a form.

When I checked on the *** tracking number, I found it is bogus. I called *** and they confirmed this. Then the emailing of customer service started. Back and forth came the same information, just a link to the *** page showing the same invalid *** tracking number which then was telling me that it is *** Innovations and that *** would be delivering it to *** mail service and they would deliver it. When checking again with customer service after checking daily on this, I found that it never was shipped and that it was supposedly delayed. When I questioned the fact that the *** tracking number was invalid, they ignored it as if I had not even asked about it. I tried going a different route on the website using the order number to track it and it said "invalid order number". I believe customer service does not exist. In several emails I asked for a supervisor or the Customer Service Manager and was completely ignored. Their phone number is a Houston, TX. number which has a recording that says it is not a working number and to email customer service, even though they are supposedly located in Brooklyn, NY. I feel they give the same old information over and over to wear you out and buy time. In one email from them, they sent the link in German. I want my money returned immediately. At this point I would not believe anything they told me and shame on me if I do. After reading all the Complaintsboard.com claims against this company it is obvious others are getting the exact scripted responses via emails that I am getting. The names of the emails are even the same. I have all the correspondence to and from them if needed. This company clearly appears to have no intent on doing legitimate business.

I intiially placed an order for a customized case on their website on January 20th, 2022. I selected their Smartphone Flip Case. ALong with their Smartphone Premium Case, it was the most expensive item they offered at *** USD as it promised a hard case with ultimate protection. The site states that their items are usually delivered with 3-5 business days. While I could understand arrival delays due to the current events, they actually hadn't shipped it at all as of 1/31. I emailed support and asked that it be canceled. I was told it could not be canceled as it had already been shipped and to reach out in 5-8 business days if it still hadn't arrived. That was not true, according to the history of the tracking number I was provided (see attachments), the package had not been processed nor did it leave the shipping facility until 2/7 and 2/8 respectively. That was over a week after I asked that the order be canceled. However, I did wait for the item to arrive and it came on the 8th business day after receiving that communication (Feb 11) but over 3weeks after the initial order. When it arrived, I noticed that it did not match the description of the product online and was damaged. It was not a hard case but a soft plastic. It was also bent and didn't lay flat over my phone. I contacted support and was asked to provide photos to check my complaint. I did and they verified that it was damaged and instead of allowing me to return the item, they offered a discount on my next purchase instead. I declined that offer and asked to continue the conversation with a supervisor instead. Support finally offered to replace the item, and I explained that I would prefer a refund or conversation with supervisor but if neither was available I would accept a replacement if it was received in a reasonable amount of time. Support replied advising that they would send a quality checked item but as of 3/18 I have not received it or heard from them again.
