CB2 Easy, Professional!

Was pleased with the assembly of our storage bench. Good communication to alert us when the professional would arrive. Once he got there, he was courteous, very professional and super fast! In and out very quickly with our piece fully assembled and put into place. Will definitely use again!

CB2 CB2's Customer Service is Unacceptable: A Review of Delivery Issues and Inconsistencies

I gotta say, CB2 has some serious issues with their customer service when it comes to delivery and keeping things consistent. Now, don't get me wrong, I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and I'm pretty happy with the products once I finally get them. But that's the thing, it's the getting them part that's the problem.

Let me tell you about my last experience. I ordered something that was supposedly in stock, but CB2 couldn't give me a delivery date. So I waited. And waited. And waited some more. After about a month and a half, I finally got a delivery date. Today was supposed to be the day. I got multiple emails, texts, and phone calls confirming the delivery, with the last one coming in at 7 in the morning today. But then, at 2 in the afternoon, I get an email saying that my item won't be delivered after all. What the heck, CB2?

So I call up customer service and they tell me that my item won't be available until May. May! That's like 5 or 6 months away! I'm so confused and frustrated. And even though I asked for a discount, all they could offer me was 10% off. Like, thanks for the inconvenience, I guess? But I still have to wait half a year if I want the dang thing.

Honestly, this isn't the first time I've had issues with delivery from CB2. I really like their furniture, but their customer service is just terrible. It's unacceptable, really.

CB2 CB2's Website Misled Me: Out of Stock Items Listed as "In Stock

I recently had an experience with CB2 that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had been planning a big purchase for several days, carefully selecting items that were all listed as "In stock and ready to ship" on the CB2 website. I was excited to place my order, which totaled $6000.

During the checkout process, I double-checked the delivery dates and everything indicated that my items would be delivered in April. I completed the order and received an email confirmation, but to my surprise, the email listed all of my items as "Out of stock" with an expected delivery date of 6 months from now.

I immediately logged into my account to check the order and found that the majority of the items were indeed listed as "Expected in 6 months." I was confused and frustrated, as the website was still showing all of these items as in stock.

I reached out to customer support and was referred to five different agents, all of whom apologized for the "incorrect information" on the website. They explained that the system was not up to date and that the items were actually out of stock.

I was disappointed that CB2 had not updated their website to reflect accurate inventory levels, and frustrated that I had spent so much time carefully selecting items that were not actually available. It felt like a complete scam, and I was left wondering if I could trust CB2 in the future.

I hope that CB2 takes steps to improve their inventory management and ensure that their website accurately reflects the availability of their products. As a customer, I want to feel confident that I can trust the information provided on the website and that my purchases will be fulfilled in a timely manner.

CB2 CB2 Review: Poor Quality, Shipping Issues, and Terrible Customer Service

I've been ordering from CB2 for quite some time now, but lately, it seems like there's a 50/50 chance of actually receiving the products I ordered. And when they do arrive, it's a toss-up whether they'll be damaged or of poor quality. I mean, just take a look at the photos of the boxes I received, along with the velvet curtains I ordered that had actual spots of velvet missing. And don't even get me started on the mirror I've had for only a year that's already deteriorating on the edges. It's just a few examples, but it's enough to make me question what's happened to this company over the years.

It seems like CB2 has gone way downhill and is now more focused on quantity over quality. I've had more than one order go missing through the cheap FedExSmart Post service they use to send the items, even though I'm paying an average of 50-100 for shipping on every order. And if the products aren't on backorder, they take about six weeks to arrive. And if they don't arrive, good luck getting a refund. I've spent so much time on chats and phone calls with customer service, and all they tell me is to wait and wait and wait some more.

And if there's something wrong with the product and you need to send it back, expect to wait another solid six weeks for the return to be delivered and processed. It's frustrating, to say the least.

In summary, I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from CB2. Look elsewhere for better quality products, as well as good customer service and shipping procedures. And don't bother leaving a review on their website because they moderate them and will either delete them or make you edit them. I tried to post a review on a coffee cup that smelled and tasted like chemicals so badly I had to throw it away, but they wouldn't publish it. So, save yourself the trouble and avoid CB2 at all costs.

CB2 CB2's Incompetence: A Frustrating and Lengthy Process for Outdoor Furniture Delivery

I recently made a purchase on CB2's website for a set of outdoor furniture that was valued at over 3000 USD. The website showed that the items were available, but unfortunately, this was not the case. What should have been a simple order turned into a frustrating and lengthy process due to the incompetence of CB2's staff.

It took a whopping two months for the first items to even ship, and since then, I have had to deal with five separate deliveries to my home. It seems as though a five-year-old is running their business, as each delivery only contained parts and pieces of my order. The first time, only one out of five chairs arrived, and the second time, only the wooden chair bases of half the remaining chairs came. The third time, only parts of the cushions arrived, and so on.

Each time, the order showed as shipped as complete, but it disappeared along the way. I'm not sure if CB2 is utterly incompetent or if their logistics "partner" is stealing from them every single time. It's probably both. I have spent hours upon hours on emails and phone calls with their customer "support" team, who are flat out lying and not doing anything to acknowledge their mistake and the ridiculous process and wait.

Since their staff rotates constantly, I have had to repeat my request multiple times before anything happens. They claim to have done something, but then I wait a week or two, and nothing happens. I follow up, and some random other person restarts the entire thing. It's excruciating and painfully slow. In addition to the time wasted with "customer support," each single shipment took about four weeks because I needed to schedule a delivery with Fragile Pak once they had it in their warehouse. They took their sweet time before they even allowed me to schedule, even though tracking showed they received it days or weeks ago. Then it took another one to two weeks until they actually delivered.

Several times they claimed I was not home, even though I took the day off to receive the delivery. Then, of course, every single time, they only showed up with pieces. Another time they flat out rejected delivering at all, which triggered another four weeks of the "customer support" marathon. It turned out they stole half of the delivery. It was nerve-wracking, disrespectful, and utterly incompetent.

Until today, I have not received the full delivery and am still waiting for some seat cushions. By all means, stay away from CB2!

CB2 CB2's Customer Service is a Total Joke: Don't Trust Their Products

I had a really bad experience with CB2's customer service department. My partner and I bought a white Terrazzo outdoor coffee table from them in April 2022, and it was delivered to us in June of the same year. We had to pay an extra $119 for delivery, as pick-up wasn't an option for us. When the table arrived, we noticed a small chip on it, but we didn't think it was a big enough deal to wait several more months for a replacement. At the time of purchase, I don't remember seeing any covers available for this table. However, they are now available, but the website doesn't tell you that you must purchase a cover to ensure the table's integrity.

I recently went through the online process of purchasing this table again, and I noticed that the cover only shows up in the "items you might like" area, and it's only in second place. The care instructions say to cover the table, which I did, as I do with all my outdoor furniture in the winter and other inclement weather. However, when I went to uncover my outdoor furniture recently, I was shocked and heartbroken to see the table falling apart with tons of chips. I tried to glue a few of the chips back on, but it was an impossible task. So, I decided to contact customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was a total joke. They took anything I said out of context and basically told me that it was my fault and that they wouldn't do anything to help me. The only thing they offered was to help me find a place to pay for repairs. I'm not the only customer with this exact same issue, and it's disappointing that CB2 doesn't stand behind their products. The style of their items is good, but they lack quality.

I feel like I'm over a barrel here. I loved the look of the table, and we searched high and low for something nice for our outdoor space. Now, our table is junk, literally in pieces. I'm devastated and feel totally betrayed. When people leave reviews, CB2 tells the customer how sorry they are and to reach out, but as I just found out, that's total lip service.

Update: CS just emailed me offering $100 off and an additional %10 off with free shipping. While this is a step in the right direction (hence 2 stars rather than one as I originally gave), I'm not sure this is adequate considering the facts. You can decide. I'm still thinking about it.

CB2 Long Shipping Time and Missed Birthday - Review of CB2.com

I wanted to get my hands on a piece of furniture from CB2 (cb2.com) so I made an order on March 19th. I picked the standard shipping option that generally takes from 3 to 7 business days. CB2 charged my card on the same day. However, on the fourth business day, I was still waiting for my item to be shipped. So I called CB2's customer service to check on the status of my order and see what's up. They informed me that, although it's been four days since my order, CB2 can take up to seven whole days to ship. At the same time, they assured me that the recipient would get the order by the 28th. Everything seemed okay-ish for a while until today when I saw that the tracking info indicates that my item will be delivered on the 30th! Nine business days total! That's way too much waiting for me.

To top it all off, this order was supposed to be a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the recipient's birthday has already gone by. I'm bummed that this happened, and the whole experience was quite upsetting. If you are planning to buy something from CB2.com, take note that your item may take quite a long time to actually process and ship. It's a major letdown, and I would have avoided all the hassle and distress if only CB2 had told me that the processing time is not speedy.

CB2 Cheap Quality and Poor Customer Service - My Disappointing Experience with CB2

I gotta tell ya, I had a rough time dealing with CB2. I was looking forward to receiving my Congo media credenza, but my experience with them made me regret ever making the purchase. They delayed my delivery twice, not once, but twice! And when the furniture finally arrived, it was clear that CB2 just didn't give a hoot about quality control. It was in bad shape, with a dent in the back corner, a messed-up left panel, and a chunk of wood missing from the same left panel, revealing my worst enemies -- the screws. Smh.

But wait, there was more! The top of the credenza wasn't even aligned with the base, and there was a nasty crack on the right side panel, going up like 3/4 of the way. The drawers were also faulty -- they didn't open all the way. Worse still, there were cracks inside the cabinets, and even the pointed screws of all things were sticking out into the cabinet spaces. Talk about a mess!

Of course, I tried to address the situation with customer service, but they just gave me the runaround. They promised a supervisor would call me back within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days now and nothing. They keep insisting on an exchange, but who has the time to take off work for that kind of nonsense? I already wasted three days on this.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with CB2. They've got a lot of work to do if they want to provide a decent customer experience.

CB2 Disappointing Service from CB2 - 22 Weeks and Still No Chair in Sight

So, I gotta say, CB2 ain't exactly blowing me away with their service. I ordered a rockin' chair for my lil' one, and by the time they finally get their act together and deliver it, my babe's gonna be too big for it! I was told it might take 16 weeks, but it's been a whole 22 weeks and I still ain't got my dang chair.

They kept sending me emails sayin' it was ready, but every time I called to figure out what was goin' on, nobody knew nothin'. It's frustratin' as heck, and I'm startin' to think it just ain't worth it. I'm a designer myself and I do like the style of their stuff, but man oh man, is their service ever appallin'.

I'm pretty sure this is gonna be my one and only time orderin' furniture from CB2. If and when the chair does finally arrive, I don't think I'll be all that excited about it anymore - I'll probably just feel resentful. It's a real shame when a company with good products can't get their act together in terms of delivery and customer service.

CB2 CB2 Review: Unreliable Customer Service and Wrong Orders Frustrate Shopper

Received wrong stuff from CB2 and [censored] took me forever to finally talk to someone on the phone. The customer service was so rude like it was my fault they sent me a random lamp and some pillows instead of what I actually ordered. Like seriously, get your [censored] together CB2. After waiting for another 3 weeks and sending 50 emails, I finally got what I ordered. But then, I placed another order and AGAIN they messed it up. I am so done with emailing and calling, that's why I decided to take a drive for one whole day just to go to the store. I mean, who has time for that?

CB2 even charged me for a rug that was on backorder without giving me any heads up on what was happening. It wasn't until 2 days later that I noticed the refund on my account. I don't have time to deal with that kind of [censored]. But, I still need new furniture for my house, so I went ahead and bought another carpet.

Fast forward a month later and they charged me AGAIN for no reason. Like, are you kidding me? I mean, I don't mind having an elephant in my house, but I can't exactly drive to the store with that.

All in all, CB2 is a total mess and unreliable. But hey, if you're willing to risk it and don't mind the possibility of receiving some random [censored] you didn't even order, then give it a shot.

CB2 CB2: A Horrific Experience - Damaged Items, Accusations, and No Refunds

I wanted to try out CB2 and bought six items with a total cost of a whopping 3300 dollars. But unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived as the first delivery arrived with four damaged items. Out of four, only two were taken to the truck, leaving the other two behind. That was a big mistake on my part as they use it as an excuse to accuse you of damaging the furniture and keep your money.

The second round of deliveries did not improve things for me as they delivered two more damaged items. At this point, I was already fed up, and things started getting worse.

For the third round, I had to arrange the pickup of the first two damaged items and return two other items. However, to my dismay, they started accusing me of damaging something I did not touch. Their intentional delay in pickups by weeks made it worse as the liability was on me, and they charged me for the damage.

As of now, I am still waiting for a credit of 3300 dollars, which has not been done yet. And even worse, I have none of their furniture in my house. My experience with CB2 has been horrible, unlike my experiences with Anthropologie and west elm, where everything went smoothly.

In short, CB2 is a crooked and unscrupulous company that's a complete waste of money and time. Do not use their services.

CB2 CB2's Return Policy: Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently made an order on CB2's website – my go-to for trendy home decor and furniture. I picked out three items that I thought would look great in my home. However, once they arrived, I quickly realized that they were not the perfect fit I was hoping for. That's when I contacted CB2's customer service team to start a return process.

To my dismay, the customer service agent I spoke with informed me that I could return the items if I'd like, but it would cost me a whopping $90 for return shipping. As much as I wanted to send back the items and get a refund, there was no way I was going to pay that much. So instead, I decided to return the items to CB2's warehouse location which was about a 20-mile drive away. I was told that if I returned the items to their warehouse, I would receive my full refund.

However, two weeks went by and I still hadn't received my refund. I decided to hop onto CB2's website and use their chat feature to check the status of my refund. That's when I was informed by another customer service agent that not only was my refund delay but it wasn't for the full amount I paid. In fact, it was $68 less! I was taken aback as I was initially told that I would receive my full refund.

The customer service agent then explained that CB2 does not refund the original shipping cost, and that's why my refund was less than what I paid. If I had chosen to have the items shipped back to CB2, I would have been charged a whopping $158! I was pretty upset to hear this news, especially after being told I would get a full refund.

I questioned the agent on this policy and noted that I had been told something different previously. However, the agent didn't seem interested in hearing my side of the story and became visibly annoyed. Needless to say, I felt pretty disappointed with my experience with CB2. Customer service is key, and with this kind of policy, I don't think I'll be shopping at CB2 or Crate & Barrel again. It's a shame because I’ve loved their products for years, but after this experience, I don't think it's worth the hassle or the potential loss of additional funds.

CB2 CB2's lackluster customer service and false promises left me frustrated and disappointed

I placed my order for a chair on the CB2 website on May 18th, when it was in stock. I was so excited to finally have a chair that I had been eyeing for some time. I was happy to see that CB2 shipped it to me immediately, but I was disappointed that I did not receive it. When I contacted CB2 about my missing order, they claimed that it was "lost," leaving me with no idea of where my purchase could be. After they told me that the chair was back-ordered, I was bummed out that I would have to wait until July, which was only a few months away.

The worst part of my experience was that I felt like CB2 strung me along for months with false promises. I called customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for hours before finally reaching someone. Even when I tried to email CS, I still received no information about my order's missing status.

Every time I talked to one of the representatives (Alejandra, Nilsa, Carl, Linda, Sue, and Caley), they promised that they would provide me with an update on the whereabouts of my chair. However, they never followed through on their the promises. Each time, they told me that the replacement chair would be shipped soon - I was assured that it would arrive by the end of July. Caley even went as far as providing me with her email address so I could check on the ETA, but this did not change anything.

I decided to check in with Caley via email on July 26th to ask about the status of my order. To my dismay, she replied saying that the chair would not be back in stock until late September. Feeling frustrated, I begged her to call me. Yet, instead of doing so, Caley sent me an email vacation responder, essentially saying that she was not available to respond to my requests. She ignored subsequent emails as well.

I was no longer willing to deal with the stress and lackluster service from CB2. After reporting my issues with the customer service representatives to management, I ultimately had to cancel my order. I was disappointed with this outcome since I had held CB2 in high regard. Sadly, their inability to provide accurate, helpful, and timely updates on their products' availability and whereabouts made me doubt their credibility as a furniture company.

In conclusion, while I do appreciate that CB2 prioritizes quick shipping, their customer service is subpar, to say the least. They seem to make promises that they're unable to keep on multiple occasions, leaving their customers frustrated and unsure of whether they will ever receive what they ordered. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for furniture elsewhere; the experience of waiting months for a "lost" chair, with no compensation or acknowledgment for their mistakes, was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had.

CB2 CB2 Review: Over 9 Months in Waiting, Table Arrives Damaged, and Poor Customer Service

Yo, so lemme tell you 'bout my experience with CB2 (cb2.com). I was hella excited to order a new dining table from them back in May 2021, ya feel me? They said it was gonna be delivered in July, but then they hit me up with an email sayin' it's pushed back to September - mad annoying, right? But it gets worse. Come September, they hit me again sayin' it's pushed back to November. Then, they hit me AGAIN sayin' December. I swear I called them up twice to complain about it, but all they said was they'll waive the delivery fee.

So FINALLY, end of December, they hit me up sayin' it's being shipped and to pick a delivery date. I was hyped, ya know? Till I got the item today and it was damaged. Straight up chipped and cracked. Bruh, I waited almost 10 months for this table and it's damaged? I called up CB2 and they said they could send me a replacement, but I won't get it till MAY. Like, are you kidding me? They gotta wait months to get my item that they messed up? And on top of that, they only offered me 10% off. That's a total slap in the face, considering they already had my money for months.

Honestly, I'm never buyin' from CB2 again. They're just straight up trash.

CB2 CB2: Cool Finds for Vintage Spaces, Slow Shipping, Quality Items, Helpful Customer Service. Few Stores/Return Policies Not Ideal

CB2 has a super cool selection of items that mix great with vintage mid-century furniture. The shipping is kinda slow, which is a bummer, but overall the stuff is good quality. I had a problem with one of the things I bought - it didn't quite look like I thought it would - but I left a review talking about that and CB2 hit me up to say they'd take it back. I didn't actually try returning it cuz I did a bunch of research before I bought it and I know there's not much else on the market that's better. But when I went to install it I realized a piece was missing. Maybe it was CB2's fault or maybe I lost it during my massive home renovation, but regardless they hooked me up with replacement parts for free.

My only complaint is that CB2 doesn't have many stores around, and they don't let you return stuff at Crate & Barrel stores, so you gotta pay for shipping if you want to send something back. Most other stores do something to make it easier for customers to return stuff in-store, even if they don't normally have brick-and-mortar locations. It'd be cool if CB2 could do something like that too.

CB2 Disappointing Experience with CB2: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service

CB2 is a website where you can buy stuff online, but my experience with them was really bad. I ordered a thing about a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. I talked to their customer service people and they just keep saying it's going to ship soon, but it never does. I waited for three and a half weeks and then I asked to cancel the order, but they said it was too late because it was already at FedEx. But I checked the website and it still said it was preparing for shipment, so I don't know what they were talking about. I asked them again and they said they didn't know where it was and they would send another one. But it's been two weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I called them again today to cancel my order, but they said they have to send it to customer service and I have to wait 48 hours for them to call me back. They never once offered to do anything nice for me, like sending it faster or giving me a discount for the trouble. I think they're really bad and I'm not going to buy from them or their friends anymore.

CB2 2 sconces that were never delivered

I purchased 2 sconces from CB2 online and Puralator delivered and they were stolen off the porch. Why 650$ sconces were left on my porch without a signature — why? So I contacted customer service and they said I had to file a police report and come back to them with a life report number so they could send me replacements. Then they just emailed me by accident revealing back and forth amongst them saying negative things about their customer. Despicable customer service.

Claimed loss: 640$

Desired outcome: Replacements to be sent as they had initially offered

CB2 Disappointing Service: My Experience with CB2's Pick-Up Option

I recently made a purchase from CB2 and opted to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. The item was on sale, so I thought it was a great deal. However, I had to wait for a whole month before I could pick it up. I was getting impatient, but I thought it would be worth it in the end.

To my surprise, the night before I was supposed to pick up my item, I received an email from CB2 apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that my item was no longer in stock. I was so disappointed! I couldn't believe that CB2 would do this to me. I thought this kind of thing only happened at Neiman Marcus, but I guess CB2 is playing the same game now.

I felt like CB2's service was terrible. They made me wait for over a month, only to tell me the night before that my item was no longer available. I received a silly apology email and a $30 store credit that didn't do anything to make up for the inconvenience. I was so frustrated that I decided I wouldn't be ordering from CB2 again.

CB2 Long Shipping Time and Missed Birthday - Review of CB2.com

I wanted to get my hands on a piece of furniture from CB2 (cb2.com) so I made an order on March 19th. I picked the standard shipping option that generally takes from 3 to 7 business days. CB2 charged my card on the same day. However, on the fourth business day, I was still waiting for my item to be shipped. So I called CB2's customer service to check on the status of my order and see what's up. They informed me that, although it's been four days since my order, CB2 can take up to seven whole days to ship. At the same time, they assured me that the recipient would get the order by the 28th. Everything seemed okay-ish for a while until today when I saw that the tracking info indicates that my item will be delivered on the 30th! Nine business days total! That's way too much waiting for me.

To top it all off, this order was supposed to be a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the recipient's birthday has already gone by. I'm bummed that this happened, and the whole experience was quite upsetting. If you are planning to buy something from CB2.com, take note that your item may take quite a long time to actually process and ship. It's a major letdown, and I would have avoided all the hassle and distress if only CB2 had told me that the processing time is not speedy.

CB2 Cheap Quality and Poor Customer Service - My Disappointing Experience with CB2

I gotta tell ya, I had a rough time dealing with CB2. I was looking forward to receiving my Congo media credenza, but my experience with them made me regret ever making the purchase. They delayed my delivery twice, not once, but twice! And when the furniture finally arrived, it was clear that CB2 just didn't give a hoot about quality control. It was in bad shape, with a dent in the back corner, a messed-up left panel, and a chunk of wood missing from the same left panel, revealing my worst enemies -- the screws. Smh.

But wait, there was more! The top of the credenza wasn't even aligned with the base, and there was a nasty crack on the right side panel, going up like 3/4 of the way. The drawers were also faulty -- they didn't open all the way. Worse still, there were cracks inside the cabinets, and even the pointed screws of all things were sticking out into the cabinet spaces. Talk about a mess!

Of course, I tried to address the situation with customer service, but they just gave me the runaround. They promised a supervisor would call me back within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days now and nothing. They keep insisting on an exchange, but who has the time to take off work for that kind of nonsense? I already wasted three days on this.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with CB2. They've got a lot of work to do if they want to provide a decent customer experience.

CB2 Disappointing Service from CB2 - 22 Weeks and Still No Chair in Sight

So, I gotta say, CB2 ain't exactly blowing me away with their service. I ordered a rockin' chair for my lil' one, and by the time they finally get their act together and deliver it, my babe's gonna be too big for it! I was told it might take 16 weeks, but it's been a whole 22 weeks and I still ain't got my dang chair.

They kept sending me emails sayin' it was ready, but every time I called to figure out what was goin' on, nobody knew nothin'. It's frustratin' as heck, and I'm startin' to think it just ain't worth it. I'm a designer myself and I do like the style of their stuff, but man oh man, is their service ever appallin'.

I'm pretty sure this is gonna be my one and only time orderin' furniture from CB2. If and when the chair does finally arrive, I don't think I'll be all that excited about it anymore - I'll probably just feel resentful. It's a real shame when a company with good products can't get their act together in terms of delivery and customer service.

CB2 CB2 Review: Unreliable Customer Service and Wrong Orders Frustrate Shopper

Received wrong stuff from CB2 and [censored] took me forever to finally talk to someone on the phone. The customer service was so rude like it was my fault they sent me a random lamp and some pillows instead of what I actually ordered. Like seriously, get your [censored] together CB2. After waiting for another 3 weeks and sending 50 emails, I finally got what I ordered. But then, I placed another order and AGAIN they messed it up. I am so done with emailing and calling, that's why I decided to take a drive for one whole day just to go to the store. I mean, who has time for that?

CB2 even charged me for a rug that was on backorder without giving me any heads up on what was happening. It wasn't until 2 days later that I noticed the refund on my account. I don't have time to deal with that kind of [censored]. But, I still need new furniture for my house, so I went ahead and bought another carpet.

Fast forward a month later and they charged me AGAIN for no reason. Like, are you kidding me? I mean, I don't mind having an elephant in my house, but I can't exactly drive to the store with that.

All in all, CB2 is a total mess and unreliable. But hey, if you're willing to risk it and don't mind the possibility of receiving some random [censored] you didn't even order, then give it a shot.

CB2 CB2: A Horrific Experience - Damaged Items, Accusations, and No Refunds

I wanted to try out CB2 and bought six items with a total cost of a whopping 3300 dollars. But unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived as the first delivery arrived with four damaged items. Out of four, only two were taken to the truck, leaving the other two behind. That was a big mistake on my part as they use it as an excuse to accuse you of damaging the furniture and keep your money.

The second round of deliveries did not improve things for me as they delivered two more damaged items. At this point, I was already fed up, and things started getting worse.

For the third round, I had to arrange the pickup of the first two damaged items and return two other items. However, to my dismay, they started accusing me of damaging something I did not touch. Their intentional delay in pickups by weeks made it worse as the liability was on me, and they charged me for the damage.

As of now, I am still waiting for a credit of 3300 dollars, which has not been done yet. And even worse, I have none of their furniture in my house. My experience with CB2 has been horrible, unlike my experiences with Anthropologie and west elm, where everything went smoothly.

In short, CB2 is a crooked and unscrupulous company that's a complete waste of money and time. Do not use their services.

CB2 Terrible Customer Service Experience with CB2 - Would Not Recommend

I recently bought a couple of chairs from CB2 and I have to say, I'm not too happy with my experience. One of the chairs was delivered straight from the warehouse and the other was from the showroom. Unfortunately, the one from the showroom had some noise coming from it. I went back to the shop to let them know about the issue and they sent someone to check it out. The guy who came confirmed that the frame was broken and told me to put in a report that I wanted a replacement.

After that, I didn't hear anything back from them, so I had to follow up myself. To my surprise, the customer service agent told me that it was my fault and that they wouldn't do anything about it. I went back to the shop several times to try and discuss the issue with them, but they just kept refusing to provide any solution. Even when their QC came to check the chair, they did some tests that made the noise even worse.

I tried to explain to them that regardless of why it was damaged, they should offer a solution to fix the issue because I couldn't use the chair. But they just kept saying that it was my fault and that they couldn't do anything about it.

Overall, I have to say that this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's really disappointing to spend money on something and then have it break so quickly, only to be told that it's your fault and that there's nothing they can do to help. I wouldn't recommend CB2 to anyone based on my experience.

CB2 Disappointing Experience Shopping at CB2: Delayed Order, Poor Customer Service and Damaged Rug

Wow, I gotta say I was really disappointed with my experience shopping at CB2. I thought it would be a cool vibe and all, but I ended up having some serious issues when I ordered a rug from their website. Seriously, if I had known about all the problems people were having before I bought my rug, I definitely would have thought twice.

Here's what happened. First off, they didn't even have the rug I wanted in stock when I placed my order. So they said they would order it for me and have it ready for pickup at the warehouse in a week. Seemed pretty straightforward, right? Wrong. A week later I showed up at the warehouse to get my rug - and it wasn't there. They told me it was delayed and they weren't sure when it would be ready.

So I waited. And waited. And waited. Seriously, it was weeks before I finally got my rug. And the only reason I got it at all was because I kept calling and emailing customer service to bug them about it. Honestly, their customer service was the worst part of this whole thing. It's like they didn't even care that I was waiting forever for my order - no one ever followed up with me or gave me updates unless I reached out to them first.

To make matters worse, when I finally got my rug it was damaged! It had a big tear in it, and some of the threads were loose. Now I'm stuck in this whole situation where I'm afraid to cancel my order and ask for a refund because everyone else had so many problems with that. It's like they don't want to make it easy for you to return something that's not up to snuff.

Overall, I'm really frustrated with CB2. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle and the stress. If you're thinking about buying something from their website, I would recommend looking at other options first. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of trouble in the long run.

Damn, CB2 is such a letdown, man. Seriously, don't even waste your time trying to order from them. I got screwed over big time. They told me my stuff would arrive on a certain date, but then weeks passed and nothing. Like, are you kidding me? But of course they had no problem takin' my money right away. And don't even bother trying to get help from their so-called "customer support." You can only text 'em and no one ever responds. And then there's this phone number you can call, but trust me when I say ain't nobody pickin' up on the other end. Oh, but get this - if you wanna contact 'em the old-fashioned way, you can always send 'em a physical letter. Are you frickin' kiddin' me? Who does that anymore? CB2 CB2's Lack of Customer Support: A Disappointing Experience

I recently copped a rug from CB2's website about a month ago, feeling like it would be the perfect addition to my homey vibes. However, upon receiving said rug I realized that it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. Disappointment flicked in and I knew I had to get it returned.

This is where the problem arose like crooked sappy trees in an enchanted forest that wasn't really enchanted. Customer service was nowhere to be seen just like how the sky can be blank when the stars decided to go out for the night. I tried calling them up to sort things out, but nobody picked up. My emails remained unanswered as well and don't even get me started on the texts.

Finally, after a week, somebody actually responded and gave me a return label. I was so hyped up when the package went back to them 15 days ago, ready to get that credit refund. But to this day I'm still yet to receive that money back into my account. Absolutely unbelievable, and I'm not sure what else to do. Every time I reach out to them I'm met with silence. Honestly, It's like they don't even exist.

The lack of customer support is equivalent to a wishing well granting wishes that it can't. Maybe CB2 should've thrown in the towel and not even put anything up on their site if they didn't have the means to properly assist their customers.

CB2 CB2 Sofa Review: Pillows, Poor Quality, and No Discount

I gotta tell ya, we got a sofa from CB2 and at first we were pretty stoked about it. It looked just like it did on their fancy website and we were feelin' pretty fancy ourselves. But, lemme tell ya, that fancy feeling faded reaaaaal quick. The fabric started pilling like nobody's business. We reached out to the customer service folks and they told us to buy this gadget to shave off the pills. Now, you know I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, but I do know that shavin' a sofa sounds like a big ol' waste of time. But, we figured, why not give it a try? We shaved that sucker three times and let me tell ya, them pills just kept on comin'. It was like we were playin' whack-a-mole, but instead of moles it was pills and instead of a hammer we had this dang gadget. But, you know what really grinds my gears? They didn't offer no discount or nothin'. We were just stuck with this pilly sofa. And don't even get me started on the quality. Sure, it looks pretty on their website, but in real life it ain't nothin' special. Overall, I'd say don't be fooled by their fancy website and pretty pictures. The service and quality just ain't up to par.

CB2 Poor Customer Service: My Experience with CB2 and Manager Matthew Meyters

I recently had a really bad experience at CB2. I have to say, their customer service is horrible. I tried to talk to one of their managers, Matthew Meyters, but he wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to know how to deal with customers at all. Honestly, he seemed like he would be better suited to work at a farmer's market selling vegetables. It's really surprising that a high-end furniture store like CB2 would keep someone like him on their team.

Long story short, I ended up returning all the furniture that I had bought from CB2. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon. It's really a shame, because I had heard such good things about them. But when it comes down to it, bad customer service can really turn people away.

CB2 isn't the best, bro. Like, I ordered this small thing that was supposed to be in stock, and I even shelled out extra cash for express shipping. And what happens? They send me a tracking email wayyy later than they said they would, and then NOTHING happens. No package, nada. So, I do what any reasonable person would do and check the tracking number, right? And guess what? FEDEX never even got it. I mean, seriously? So, I try to call CB2 like a million times, but it's like talking to a wall. I even signed up for that call-back thing, but no one ever hit me up. That's just not cool, man. Like, I get it if they make mistakes sometimes, but like, come on. You gotta be there for your customers, ya know what I mean?

CB2 Disappointing Experience with CB2: Partial Refund & Missing Pillow Cover

I had to get something from CB2 and I chose a throw pillow with a pillow insert. It didn't go that nice as I had expected. The order was taking more than a week to be processed. When I was finally able to check on it, turns out they only refunded me partially without saying anything. Then, when the order finally arrived, I noticed it was just the pillow insert, no pillow cover. Yeah, again, no explanation whatsoever.

It was pretty frustrating, so I decided to give the Crate & Barrel call center a ring. But oh boy, it wasn't that easy! They just don't call you back, you have to try like five or six times until you finally get through to them. Finally, someone picked up and told me that the pillow cover thingy wouldn't be available for another whole month! Like, seriously? And that I should reorder it then. Such a hassle!

Even though I eventually got what I wanted, I was not very happy with the whole situation. I mean, it can be very annoying to wait for more than a week for a simple order to be processed, to be refunded partially without an explanation, and then to receive only a pillow insert with no cover. Plus, having to call a customer service that is hard to reach and only to find out that I have to reorder, again. It's not that cool.

CB2 Disappointing service from CB2 - Communication and Stock Management Seriously Lacking

So my experience with CB2 (cb2.com) was not so positive. Let me put it this way, if you're looking for a service that is fast, reliable and communicates well with its clients, then CB2 may not be the right company for you. I ordered a couple of chairs back in May and oh boy, what a ride it's been ever since.

Firstly, I was supposed to receive my order by the end of June, but as that date came and went, I became more and more frustrated that I had heard nothing. I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the company to find out what was going on. But lo and behold, nobody would return my calls, texts or emails. I was left in the dark and feeling quite helpless.

The only glimmer of hope came when the delivery guys called me up when other items I had ordered finally showed up. The only way for me to get a hold of the company was through them. I asked them where the rest of my order was, and they told me it was delayed and wouldn't be delivered until early August. Okay, fine. I can wait a little longer.

But here's where things really start to go downhill. Towards the end of August, I get a call from CB2 saying, "Sorry, none in stock." What? You didn't know this in May? June? July? It's like they didn't care at all about my order and just left me hanging. What a total scam!

In conclusion, I would advise you to save your money and give it to a company that actually gives a damn about its customers. CB2 may have some nice products, but their service is a real let-down. They should really work on their communication skills and their stock management if they want to keep customers happy.

CB2 Terrible Online Ordering Experience with CB2 and Crate & Barrel: A Warning to Others

UGH, CB2 and Crate & Barrel are the WORST! I just gotta vent about how bad my experience was with their online orders. Like, I paid in FULL for my stuff, but I can't even get anyone to reach out to me about delivery! I've been sending emails and calling their customer service line, but every darn time I get hit with a long wait time and no real answers.

And don't even get me started on the callbacks! They say they'll give you a ring once your spot in the queue opens up, but that's a bunch of baloney. I've been waiting for SIX DAYS now and still no word from CB2. Not a single ring or email back. What kind of lame-o service is that?!

I even tried calling up a CB2 store to get some help, but all they could do was confirm that my order was good to go. No help with delivery, no nothing. Atleast I got to talk to someone who wasn't a robot, though.

I mean, come on CB2/Crate & Barrel, what's the deal? I trusted you guys to be better than this, especially since you're supposed to be high-end and all that. But this is just straight-up poor customer service. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

CB2 CB2 Bed Nightmare: Delayed Delivery, Poor Quality, and Unsatisfactory Customer Service

So let me tell you 'bout my experience with CB2. First off, our bed delivery was hella delayed. Apparently, they sold half of our bed to someone else, what the actual heck? So we had to wait two whole months until we finally got our bed. But get this, it was a hot mess. Like for real, the bed was poorly made and defective. And to add to all that, the technicians they sent to install the bed took FOREVER. I'm talkin' three hours y'all! They had to drill new holes and cut open new spaces just to get the frame to fit properly. And to make matters worse, there were screws missing left and right. Ain't no way that's acceptable, right?

So we reach out to CB2 and they offer us a measly 15% rebate. No warranty and no replacement parts, because guess what? That bed was suddenly discontinued. Are you kidding me right now? So we're left with only one option, return the bed. And even then, we gotta take it apart and wait until the CB2 technicians come and pick it up. And get this, we won't even get our refund until 14 whole days later! It's wild, I tell you.

All in all, CB2 has been nothing but stress and disappointment. I wouldn't recommend 'em to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money, folks.
