$39.99 was deducted from my account without my consent even when i stopped using it a year ago. Also in the year 2012 you have deducted $39.99 from my account without my consent, please return my money when i have stopped using your service/product.

In future please don't deduct any amount without informing me. Your co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciated.

On 29th August 2013 $39.99 was deducted from my account without my consent even when i stopped using it a year ago. Also in the year 2012 on 29th august you have deducted $39.99 from my account without my consent, please return my money when i have stopped using your service/product.

In future please don't deduct any amount without informing me. Your co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciated.

i WOULD like to have my account canceled (U144922984) I am being charged 19.95 per month and I would like this charge removed. They take money out of my account every month told them to stop as they weren't doing anything unless I paid more told them NO. They were going to fix things. Then they said they couldn't. Told them again to stop takeing my money. And refund it. Collecting money for services not renderd and fraud. No responce.

You took 39.99 from my informing me first, and who are you? I did not authorize this, and how were you able to get the money.

I beleved that I had reached the INTEL web to get some updated drivers, but instead without my knowlege I ended in a Getmydrivers.com which charged me 19.99. What is worse: suddenly I got a window telling me that to finish installation I had to call a number, which turned out to be CBD*ustechsupport, registered as a marketing company. Rather than drivers the friendly expert wanted to discuss a 2year support contract at $250/year and for $399/year a protection absolute against phishers and scammers. Dumb as I am I took the $250 “support” offering that my bank will declined for having failed to identified themselves and for planting a window in my drivers operation with an imperious demandto call a dangerous phone number. I think, people should insist in getting he numberand name of people who see an unexpected window to inquire abut their name check them in the internet and of offer to call back
