On July 4 we stayed in Troy, NY. We called what said on the internet that they were the Hilton Garden Inn Troy. When we checked out and asked for our bill they said they could not give it to us because we did not book with them. We explained that it was the number under their information. I immediately called the number once looking up the same information on the internet and when I got a person they said they were the Reservation counter. I told them what was happening and they said a receipt was sent to the email we gave them. It was not. So, they said they would send it again and that they would listen to the call and if the girl did not address that she was not the hotel they would refund our money. At the very least they would take off the $7.99 charge. On July 10 I called again to find out the status because we not only received the receipt we also never heard their findings, and they never took off the $7.99 charge. The hotel charge of $146.29 was taking off my account so I thought it was settled. Then all of a sudden on July 11 they charged the account but this time it said CCI Hotel Reservation with a different number. I called the number to talk about my first two calls and they said they did not have a manager for me to talk to. So I called the number for the Reservationcounter.com and they said they reviewed my phone calls and the girl did say who she was etc. I said that we never received a bill or got notice that they were charging my account for a second time. I hung up and called the credit card company and we are filing fraud charges for CCI Hotel Reservation.
