CCI Hotel Reservation reviews and complaints

I logged into best western website as a rewards member to make reservations. When confirming a particular rate shown on best western website, suddenly it flashed that rate was no longer available and that it would not cost me $75 for the same room. I got confused and nervous because I really needed a hotel room for that night, and so went ahead with the non cancellable booking. Then I received an email with booking confirmation from reservation.com - that itself confused me as to why the email was not directly from best western, like in previous times. I assumed maybe best western changed their reservation system. When I checked into the hotel, the front desk made me sign on a rate that was $100 lower than my reservation. I also found out that the hotel was not fully booked and still had many rooms at their low rate. It was then that I realised that somehow this phishing website tool me away from best western website, and sold me the same room for $100 more! I am still scratching my head as to how that happened, I remember there was a flashing banner on best western website about $20 off, I had clicked on that, and maybe that's when the phishing website took over. This is total scam, as they did not even notify me that I was leaving best western website and being whisked off to a totally different website. Trying to get my head around ths, I called the toll free number in my email, with the confirmaton#, I could not get hold of anyone because it did not recognize the confirmation#! Go figure! I do not even know how this is legally allowed. The charge on my credit card was from cci hotel reservaton. And a separate reservation fee of $15 from some other reservation service. I have filed a claim with my chase credit card, waiting for it to resolve.

Charged for several rooms and never stayed due to COVID-19! I was to stay in April in Richmond, KY and charged me in February! Now they won't refund my money! Total scam! I just want my credit card credited for services not used.
I called 800 number to Red Roof Inn and somehow got connected to this SCAM company CCI HOTEL RESERVATION!

This company booked a reservation on the WRONG date and the booking was done by my disabled nephew on my credit card. When I tried to cancel - even though the motel showed no reservation on file - the company said the booking was non refundable. They also hide their location and the phone numbers for them go nowhere. The only number that operates is the booking number and they don't know anything. the one I spoke with was in a town called "Lija"

I booked with La Quinta Inn and this company charged me 2 times for 1 reservation. I called the hotel and they had 1 reservation and this company had 2 reservation hence the double charge. CCI Hotel Reservation blamed La Quinta Inn and said they will not give us reimbursement back and when I called the hotel, the hotel said they didn't double charge us. These people are criminals and are stealing from people. They just happened to steal from a school district this time and It will not be tolerated. I asked for a supervisor from CCI and was told they don't have one.
