This reservation center is a joke. This is the second time they have ripped me off. I had to check out of a disgusting hotel due to safety and health hazards.
I have been unable to get my refund. The hotel Baymont/Wyndham at Canton, Oh refunded $129 to CCI on 7/24/21, but it has been two months and my credit card has not received the refund. Also, they had a $115 charge on the reservation for taxes and incidentals?
You cannot get through on the phone to talk to CCI or GetaRoom.
The hotel was not clean at all! I made several complaints the day of the reservation and checked out the next morning.
The room had furniture that looked like it came from a dumpster, holes in walls, lamps broken and cracked, air conditioner had sharp pieces of plastic sticking out, smoke alarm yanked out of wall, pee in the toilet, no bedding for sofa bed, when opened it had dirt all over it, not enough clean towels, dirty carpet. This place needs shut down for health and safety reasons. CCI falsely advertises this as a decent place! I'm not asking for the total refund, which I should, but only for the night I did not use the room. I checked out that morning, so I feel I should get half the money back! I do have photos and letters. They are on my phone. Please resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: Refund of $188.48 (that is half of the total bill to my credit card)
