CCI Reservations (Reservations.com) review: Hotel reservation

I made a reservation for a Best Western hotel through this reservation company. I cancelled the reservation more than 72 hours before the stated cancellation deadline and my credit card has been charged $199.63 for a room I did not use and canceled long before the date of the reservation. Also, I accidentally clicked an option to receive a discount, which was only $20.00, and was informed after that, that I could no longer cancel the room. This is a rip off. This is a scam. It's designed to fool people! What a rip off! I have been ripped off $199.63 for a hotel room I never used and even canceled well within the 72 hour time deadline. I want to dispute this room charge and I will do whatever is necessary because the company operates a scam.
