I booked a room at the Moxy NYC Lower East Side. I booked this through Hyatt Hotels with a confirmation number. I have no emails from CCI*Hotel. Yet, CCI*Hotels charged my credit card for $907.58. When I called CCI* Hotels aka Getaroom aka Choice Hotels, I could not get through to a person.
Finally I did get through and a customer service person kept me on the phone for an hour and said that I could not get a refund even though I did not use their service, never received an email from them, and did my best to try to contact them to find out what was going on.
I did cancel that reservation with Moxy NYC Lower East Side with no problems! But CCI*Hotels said that does not matter and that they do not accept cancellations!
Desired outcome: Refund for $907.58 from CCI*Hotel.
