Scammers and possibly, by all appearances, committing tax fraud
Scammers and possibly, by all appearances, committing tax fraud. Opened an Indigo credit card with them in 2018. I defaulted. They charged off the debt ($565.32)and sold it to *** Association doing business as *** in 2019. I have obviously had no dealings or accounts with them since. However, they then rebranded it as a loan issued in July , charged it off again (the same exact $565.32) and sold it again, this time to ***. Not sure if Spring Oaks is in cahoots with them in this fraud or if they have merely been duped. The new "loan" is made up and never existed. It is merely re-labeling the original credit card debt so they can charge it off twice and sell it off twice. The credit bureau has been notified and Federal and *** will be next. I can't believe they were so stupid as to reinvent it using the exact same dollar amount, to the ***. They created a fake loan to enable them to get all the benefits of a bad debt twice, did it very stupidly and actually thought no one would notice. I noticed and so will all applicable government agencies!

I was approved for a card and immediately got the bill in the mail for $125 initial fee which I paid on time

I had to have them resend it, and when it arrived I was not able to set the account up because the account number had changed. They said take no further action and that I would be contacted with new information on how to finish setting up my account. Never received the information. I've been trying to open the account since June/July and they have $125 of my money and I still have no account open.

Celtic Bank is terrific in obtaining your business. Once a “customer" expect days before a response, if any, and even longer for any action. You can expect emails from Executive Vice President, Special Assets and Loan Servicing that are in red bold lettering and stating things like “we are doing everything in our power to help accommodate your request (potentially)"& “However, you should know, there are no less than 45 other requests that came before yours “ These were not statements made when we secured our relationship a number of years ago.

Indigo Credit Card is the WORST credit card ever! I paid the balance in full beginning of May then on the May 21 saw I had $32.93 balance with due date in June. So I figured I'll pay it off to 0 out the balance due. Terrible idea! I call today and found out the payment was returned today May 28th (but received confirmed thru email that it was submitted). Was never told it was returned even when I spoke with a rep this morning at 10 am. Now I have a block on my account and can not even use it until I pay the 32.93 which again was not even due until June! Besides the high fees DO NOT GET THIS CARD!

Then I received my card signed in activated and to my surprise I ALREADY owed $125.00 dollars that was PAST DUE and my credit limit was not available. I immediately called an the rep Sophia was extremely uneducated on her companies plan. I expressed that from my years in banking I know that any yearly fee must be indicated on any application. She told me it was but since I had the original application on hand I asked her where and she could not tell me. Then she said she would wave the yearly fee if I was interested in keeping the card but my limit would drop. I told her no. I was disgusted by how this company could lie and show false advertising. Now I am supposed to receive a letter saying the account is closed with no due balance. When I asked for an email confirming this she said THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED to send emails. Avoid this place by all means

I was able to review and pay my bill online soon as I was late two days I was no longer able to review my account or get help to reset my password that became unusable four days after logging into my account. Called the customer assistance department they told me they have no way of assisting me with my online reset( I stopped getting emails for some reason) Second they don't tell you but when making a payment they take it via ach only! And they don't apply it to your balance until 14 business days later ? So that means you can be charged a late fee and etc on the freaking balance not even knowing until you get the bill. My credit already in process of being rebuilt so I don't care to close this account after my payoff hits this week! They prey on the good ones out here trying to get back on track don't apply for this card! I have had indigo for over 3 years now. I have never had a problem until now. I paid my card off earlier this year. I had since then switched checking accounts due to the company closing. I had to use my indigo card for and emergency last month. I got my statement went online changed my checking account to the new one made my payment and my yearly fee that was due it cleared my new checking account the very next day. Now I have a 14 day hold on my available balance. So I call to see why and the 1st person couldn't tell me why that it would just come off. So I hang up and call back. This person tells me they haven't received my payment yet even though it shows paid on their end and has come out of my account and my new statement has been sent to me already with no past due amount or late payment fee. She tells me my hold will come off after 14 days. Then proceeds to tell me the hold went on because I used a new checking account. So you can see I used a new account and paid but you are still telling me my payment hasn't been received. Which is it? I do not recommend this company what so ever. Had you asked me 8 months ago I would have gave it 5 stars but after this I would give it 0 if I could..

The bank pretended to want to provide a loan but then did not want to take the time to work with me to identify the right size loan given that my business is a startup. When I tried to reach out to see if they were willing to even just to me, they ignored my emails and phone calls. Even if you want to reject a loan, take a phone call.

This company is definitely a scam. They keep telling me that they have no way to look at if my payment had processed to verify the funds. Thing is, they took the money from my bank account, processed the payment and posted it to my account already! How can a payment that is processed and posted the next day need to be verified any farther? Terrible customer service as well.
