I agreed to a health insurance policy, which became active on 06/21/2022. I tried to use the coverage in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was told that neither the doctor or hospital would accept their policy for payment. I then contacted the agent at Century, Daniel Graulich, and told him that I need to cancel the policy. Daniel said that he could no cancel the policy himself, and that he would forward the information, and would need to sign some paper’s for the cancellation request. I also told Daniel that I am officially requesting cancellation, and if the papers took longer than July 21, 2022, then I would be over the cancellation deadline. Daniel told me that he would make sure that it would be OK. I called again trying to find out if the papers were sent, but Daniel did not answer the phone. I called back again and a young lady answered, and after hearing my complaint, said that she would forward my complaint, and that I should hear back within a couple days, which never happened. I again called, still no answer by Daniel, but a person named Terrell answered, heard my story, and said that he would follow up and have someone call, also no response. I finally was put in touch with Customer Service, talked to Charlene, who said that she was the Director. Although they took out 3 payments, plus the initial fee of $125, she said that Daniel did not remember any discussions, and since I was over the deadline, no reimbursement would be made. Although they cancelled the policy the same day that I spoke to her, without any papers to sign, suggests that the Agents and the Company deal in fraud and deceit.
Desired outcome: Receive back my money, which is about &1500.00
