Regarding fake commitment/Fraud by Cetpa Infotech Pvt Ltd
I am writing this for a request for a refund that I have paid to Cetpa Infotech to Join the Automation Classes for Amount Rs.7600 on 9th Feb 2023.
Reason - I was counselled by Priyanka Pundir and we have a commitment that the starting date for the batch is 14th Feb 2023.
But today is 9th March 2023 which is already around one month and still I did not get a chance to start with automation.
I was joined with an urgency of my scheduled interview i.e. on 15th March 2023 but as I was not able to learn anything in this period and due to fake commitment I want my money back.
As I planned to join a new training center I need my money back ASAP.
Hope you understand my concern well and will not force me to take help from consumer court or any media related activities.
Note: Already discussed with Priyanka more than times but did not get resolution.

Desired outcome: Need refund the same amount that I have paid to Cetpa Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

cetpa noida review, Complaints on fraud training
Cetpainfotech is a very fraud institute based in noida. Thaey take money from students and never give even 30% of education on basis of that money. One of my friend had joined there for his summer training of CSE. It was his 6 months training which was to be counted as major training for last semester. he went there for hadoop course. he was asked for 30000/- total fee to be submitted one time. he was financially not so good to pay this much of amount at one time so he requested for time but they never allowed him. then he arranged money from us and took admission over there. After 2 weeks of regular classes they used to ignore students. there trainers also started taking leaves each alternate days. students requested to continue classes as they had to complete the syllabus but they did not responded on that. after some times my friend got to know that those faculties were also actors they were students as well. then we got to know that this institute was fraud. this was their business strategy to trap students and make money. OMG they were frauds in a mask of good training students. beware of Cetpainfotech people please investigate before you go please don't be cheated by Cetpainfotech
poor training in python cetpa
I have registered in may 2019 for python course. And I already submitted the complete fee. And they told me that course would be completed with in 2 months. But it's been 3 months. And they only completed my python course classes. From 1 month I am waiting my classes to start but they are not. So I dnt want my time to get wasted. So if they are not finished...

I have joined SEO Training in Cetpa Infotech company. They provide me worst trainer I have ever seen in the world. They charges so much from me but provide a worst class SEO training. Also, they have worst faculty for seo training. The trainer which give me training is unprofessional & doesn't seems to provide a better guidence. Infact they doesn't payback me.
