Made a online purchase on 4 sep 2022 through their website. Till now 5 sep 2022, 7pm, the purchase is still not recognised. Bank has already deducted the money. When asked help on live chat, the cs “joy jasmine” is totally useless and does not provide much help. Keep asking me to wait with slow replies. From morning to evening, no updates at all. When I asked for any direct line or speak to her manager, she quickly told me there is no direct line or she is unable to do that. Hello, you are a big company and you tell me you don’t have direct line or a manager!? What is challenger doing? As I wanted the item urgently, I asked for a refund so I can purchase it physically in store. But she told me I still have to wait for the item to be processed? This will definitely be my last time purchasing item from challenger. Big company but with bad customer service. I will rather purchase from best denki or courts. Never challenger.
