I had filed loss draft claim with Chase in October for damages to my roof and bathroom and bedroom ceilings. I sent in all the necessary paperwork they say was required for the process:adjustor's report, mortgagee affidavit, contractor's estimates, and waiver of lien form from the contractor and a tax form from contractor. I received the first part of my installment to get materials for work to be done. I found a contractor, he did the repairs. Called the inspector to come and inspect the job. He did and submitted his report back to Chase. Everything was approved they said, but everytime i call to see when they will release the remainder of the funds, they keep telling me 3 to five business days. I called again and again, they told me the check was mailed on the 11th of January. Today is the16th, so where are my funds? It's been 5 business days. I have people that i have to pay and they keep calling me to see when they will get their money. So what's the problem? Where is my money Chase Loss Draft Dept?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am having to deal with Chase because I had water damage to my house and every check that they sent me was received at least one full week after they supposedly sent it out. In addition they have lost one of my checks and when I called upset about it, they are not only not very concerned about it, but I actually have one of their "supervisors" come back on the line laughing at me when I tried to call and have the situation fixed. This company is very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for any reason!
for it does no good to send in complaints...not a dam thing is beign done. i do not understand how the banks or whoever the hell is in charge let banks do consumer, homeowners like they do. chase loss draft tells more lies, than lies itself. they are not there to help anyone. they lie about paper work that homeowners turn in, how long it takes for homeowner to get funds to repair home. the president of chase is a sorry piece of president. but you know that is o.k cause when his day come to meet the man above or below he will have to answer. i hope and pray you have a good answer for what you are doing. why can't we as homeowner just let us repair our home and move on..as we all know we cannot take anything with us when we leave so i know my GOD is taking care of me and others. you will pay Mr. Chase President, you will pay and you will recall all the names of homeowners that you did not give a dam about and there will be no pity for you. Mr. Obama, you need to look at these big so call (bamas) President who in the banking business and see how they are not doing there jobs. of course they are getting paid big bucks to not help homeowners. I cannot say anything good about Chase Bank or Chase Loss draft department.. i just want to be left the hell alone and pay my mortgage and enjoy what time I have left on this earth without all this bull ###.
Chase's loss draft deprt sucks they take forever to proccess and then do it wrong, there miling suck's why overnite them any thing when it takes them weeks to process.
I'm going through the same thing with Chase. They are just corporate gangsters if you ask me:)
I agree with what you all say, but if you can't write a complete sentence and have to refer to God to state your case, maybe you should just stick to sitting at the altar or in the pew reading your scriptures on your phone and not engage in intellectual conversation where you offer no solution or advice. Lazy Ridge, you sound like a mumbling ### and if Chase President did read this, I don't think that he'd be too worried about your thoughts or concerns.
