Having ordered from Cheap Discount Supplements in the past without problem I made a large order for over £50 worth of Protein that had been advertised.
Despite paying an extra £5 for shipping and handling the products were listed as "awaiting shipment" for over two weeks - despite their guideline of 3 to 5 days.
Following many (over 30) calls to their premium rate help line (which I do not believe is staffed by anyone at any hour) and roughly 15 emails pleading for either a refund or my goods I was told that it was being dealt with.
However my order status was changed to "cancelled" two weeks ago and I have not received ANY refund.
I cannot get hold of the people responsible and will be taking this complaint further.
No its not safe they still owe me, they will send you fakes if they can, and they show products as in stock when they are not.
and when you order it will be awaiting shipment then the excuses then your order will disappear. stay well away.
I have never received the product ordered, i gave up after three months of trying, scammers is what they are, do not use.
