Chill Well review: Small portable air conditioner

I ordered chill well 3 weeks ago it came over a week ago. I had called them prior and told them that I no longer needed it and wanted to return it when I received it. They told me to send it back to the address on the Box. I paid 1499 to have it sent back UPS. My order number was 2313343. I have called them the phone is continually busy. I also email them and all of their emails come back as being full. I just want my money back. I did what they told me to do and now they can't be bothered answering my name is Dellen Reed 87124
