Cinch translation did a terrible job translating a legal document. It was so bad that we had to retract it from our legal proceedings. I emailed support, which is really just one guy behind a fancy web page, and although he had received my email requesting a refund (we paid over $1, 200.00), he said he won't refund it. Don't do business with this dishonorable company. They will leave you with a mess and will not stand by the quality of their work.
They took money for the translation, which I didn't get
People, stay as far as possible from Cinch Translation LLC. I have contacted the owners and asked about their services, prices and how much time they needed to perform the translation. It was bad deal, because the owners took money for the work and I didn’t get the translation. They misled and overcharged their customers, but they pretended to be professionals and hard-working people. So, I want only to warn you about them.
