They may be good breeders, I can't say, but when confronted with a puppy purchased from them, by another person and relinquished to me, they refused to admit that the puppy had Inherited Congenital Megaesophagus, even after the former owner sent barium radiographs from their veterinarian. They finally replaced the puppy. I took it in, the Mega E puppy at 9 months old, and commented on their facebook page under reviews, only stating the fact that this puppy had Mega E and let other pups owners from that litter know that their puppy could pass on the genes, should they breed, they replied saying I didn't know what I was talking about, now they have deleted that page and put up a new one with no reviews. So my review was deleted, to me that is trying to hide the fact that there have been health issues with their puppies, wonder what other issues have arisen and been deleted...sad. I have AKC papers on the puppy. The puppies name is Grimm Alexander De Lup Vom Bardhaus #DN55302805..It is now stated on his pedigree on Pedigree Database, for anyone breeding these pups will have the information and make their own conclusion. Just an FYI for anyone purchasing puppies from this kennel.
He has known since my puppy was six months old that her elbows and hips are trash full of genetic dysplastic joints and has not stood by his contract with me and refused to contact my vet in regards to the situation she has just recently turned 30 years old and I will have to be putting her down soon because it can no longer be treated to keep her pain-free and on movement for a quality life. I was supposed to get a replacement as well. I would have settled for some of my money back to just give this dog a better life for the time she had. This was to be my working service dog and he knew this. The dog also did not have the temperament for the work and he also promised that this dog would. Run far away from this breeder he does not stand by his word and he does not care about anything except for selling dogs. His word is not honorable and he does not stand by his contracts.
