Avoid by all means
First off, I would give 0 stars if possible. This company only allows 30 credits per month and 5 credits per day. This is very restrictive to begin with, but they will keep rejecting your messages to burn up your daily limit. It's a scam to keep you paying for additional credits. You can draft your messages within their guidelines, and they will still reject with no reasoning. You don't have to cuss, be degrading, condescending, etc. to get your message rejected. They also try to be God almighty on what information THEY think should be passed along to your ex. This POS company/reviewers will even correct your grammar and reject messages based on that. You better have a degree in English to deal with them. They don't provide any help even though they say they do, their customer service is horrible and you can't ever get ahold of anyone, they are way overpriced, and all around just the worst parenting program out there! Try Our family wizard, Talking Parents, etc. Any other company but this one. Remember, their goal is to make money, so they reject 80% of your messages, causing you to spend more to purchase additional credits. Lastly, check out all their poor reviews on Yelp, Google, and Sitejabber. These reviews are your warning!
Stay away from this scam
Totally ridiculous and very expensive for what you get. Conversations are limited to 5 daily credits and their main goal is to get more money out of you. They do this by constantly rejecting you messages and making you resubmit it, only to get rejected again. They are totally against the guy and make him communicate on a first grade level, while at the same time they are allowing the woman to be aggressive, condescending, and controlling. They have no clue about your life or situation, but yet they are a gatekeeper on what info can be passed along. They will also suspend your account at anytime if they don't like your message. You basically have POS people on the other end who have nothing else to do but feel like they are in control. Reminds me of how police act. They are better than you and you are scum. If you like that treatment then this company is for you. If you like to be treated with respect and save money, I would recommend using any of the other court approved program. Please check out all the other reviews on Yelp, Google, Sitejabber, and anywhere else. All are negative reviews! Don't get scammed, waste your time or money with this HORRIBLE POS company! They barely have a 60% rating. That’s almost failing!
Horrible company to use and work with
I would select 0 stars if I could, but I wasn't able to. This is one of the worst parenting programs out there! They are grammar nazi's and will reject messages on that basis. They reject many messages, so it will force you to burn through your daily credits. They know nothing about your life or situation, but yet they act like they do by dictating what information is passed along and what isn't. If you give any push back on your rejected messages, they will just suspended your account. There is no customer service and their coaching is [censored]. If you read the examples on their website of their rejected messages, it makes sense. But when you start doing business with them, they will reject a majority of your messages just so you will burn through your 5 daily credits just trying to relay 1 message. They are a SCAM and not worth even wasting your time with. Try Talking Parents or any other of the court approved programs that are out there. I've used a few other programsthat are out there, and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST one! I'm surprised they are even able to stay in business. Dont say I didn't warn you to STAY AWAY!

They protected me until it wasn't in their favor.
I initiated the use of the Civil Communicator platform, and my initial experience was outstanding. I requested its approval and got it included in our orders as a required method of communication. This was particularly crucial as I was ending an abusive relationship, and my co-parent, a narcissistic attorney, thrives on manipulation and combat.
Despite my successful use of the platform, I reached a point where I asked the courts to remove the requirement of using it, and their response quickly took an unfavorable turn. They provided my co-parent with an unsupported affidavit alleging I was aggressive and conflicting, despite my review report showing zero threatening messages.
While Civil Communicator does serve its intended purpose, it's marred by employees who seem to thrive on drama and are willing to engage in it. They've even gone so far as to call from their personal phones to gossip about my co-parent and their communications.
The concept behind the platform is commendable, but its execution leaves much to be desired. The mentioned affidavit should raise significant concerns, although I'm not inclined to escalate the issue. My hope is that this review can help someone else avoid the challenges I've faced with this platform. Additionally, the predatory billing practices of this company are another concern, making it advisable to seek alternatives if possible.
coercive, abusive and a complete garbage
I concur with the sentiments expressed earlier. I am now more convinced than ever that the issue doesn't lie with my communication but with the arbitrary practices of this service. There's an evident bias in favor of the mother, and feedback appears to fall on deaf ears. It's disheartening to witness how this service seems to thrive on escalating conflicts, even suppressing positive comments.
If a message is rejected three times in one day, they suspend your account. It's as if they hold absolute power, operating anonymously without any transparency regarding their team. They've blocked my ability to send feedback or seek support without involving a lawyer, which is quite baffling.
I don't tend to lean toward conspiracy theories, but this service does raise questions. What criteria lead judges to choose one service over another? Where does the best interest of the children fit in when parents can't even communicate constructively? It's an inherently biased and problematic platform that seems to favor one gender. It's disheartening to think it might contribute to more children growing up without fathers.
I wish we can ll be united and file a law suite.
The destroyer of communication
This program is the worst I've used yet. I started with Talking Parents and that program is a dream in comparison to this.
With a reviewer taking control over each message you send, only allowing them to be sent during daytime hours, about 40-60% of my messages are denied. I'm in a high conflict relationship with my ex. She falsely accuses me of endless activities and makes mountains out of mole hills. They are always allowing of her messages to go through, while when I send one of similarity without documentation, I face rejection. This costs credits for every message sent, whether failed of not. You are limited to 5 messages per day. Anything more and your messages will not send. There is an emergency messaging, but your ex has the right to block emergency messages, causing all messages to require reviewing.
I've contacted support many times and 80% of the time do not give me an answer to my questions. This program does nothing but make my relationship with my ex more of a disappointment.
I've also sent messages, where they have changed the wording of my messages to mean the total opposite, while I did not ask for their coaching.
If you have any care for communication, do not use this program. The worst communication program that will just give control to the person with the most time with the kids leaving you in the dark.
Civil Communicator: A Life-Changing Solution for Communication Issues and Domestic Abuse Victims
Civil Communicator has completely changed my life for the better. I had been dealing with constant abuse and threats, but now I have the freedom to escape from it all. With this service, I finally feel validated and no longer have to endure being harassed day in and day out. Thanks to Civil Communicator, my ex-husband is no longer able to communicate with me in a negative or confrontational manner, which has been an incredible relief.
I have learned a lot about effective communication through this service. The support staff have assisted me in communicating more assertively and positively, which has been a huge help. I absolutely recommend Civil Communicator to anyone who is struggling with communication issues in their personal life. This service has truly saved me.
Civil Communicator is especially useful for victims of domestic abuse and harassment, as well as for children of abusive parents. The communication specialists are incredibly supportive and understanding. I would highly recommend this service to anyone going through a separation or divorce. The shared library, calendar, and other features make sharing and scheduling information much easier.
If you or anyone you know is struggling with communicating with someone, particularly if there is any type of violence or abuse involved, please consider using Civil Communicator. It not only protects both parties from manipulation or hearsay, but it also offers a sanctuary for people escaping from abuse. I wholeheartedly stand by Civil Communicator and always will.
Civil Communicator: The Life-Changing Co-Parenting App You Need
I gotta tell you, when me and my ex broke up, it was tough. We had been using Talking Parents for years and I thought it was gonna be the solution to all our problems. But let me tell you, it was a total disaster! I couldn't deal with all the irrelevant and abusive messages anymore. It felt like a nightmare.
Thankfully, Civil Communicator came to the rescue. It was court-ordered and I couldn't be more grateful! My stress levels have drastically reduced now that I don't have to see those nasty, accusatory and lengthy messages from my ex anymore. The coaching they provide has helped me improve my communication skills too. Sometimes it's a bit challenging to learn new skills and communicate within a set of guidelines, but it's all for the best.
Their guidelines are there for good reason. And if there's ever a guideline I don't understand, they take the time to explain it to me properly. Ain't that just great? It's like having a personal communication coach! Not only has it helped me with my ex, but it has also helped me communicate better with others outside of Civil Communicator too.
I completely agree with the other reviews about Civil Communicator. They provide an invaluable service that has dramatically improved my life. And while my co-parenting relationship with my ex may still be challenging, having the communication monitored and coached has truly been a God-send.
Now, let me tell you something. If you're not open to coaching or growing in your communication skills, then Civil Communicator might not be the service for you. But, if you're in a difficult co-parenting relationship that's rife with conflict, then I highly recommend giving it a try. Trust me, it might just be the solution you've been looking for. I cannot say enough about the positives of this service! And if you think about it, having a service like this is really a necessity in our world today.
Civil Communicator: A Hindrance to Effective Communication in Family Court
I gotta say... I was mandated to use Civil Communicator in family court and it's been a wild ride. I received a notice that they couldn't bill my credit card the other day and I was lowkey relieved. Not gonna lie, this service is a lot. They take their job of monitoring and making sure things stay civil REAL seriously. Like, they're almost TOO good at it.
They edit both mine and my ex-wife's emails with a hawk's eye, deleting anything that they deem as "uncivil." And when I say anything, I mean anything. They delete anything that could be "directing," "accusing," "hearsay," "assuming," "passive aggressive," "confrontational," "asked and answered," or "unnecessary." And it only got worse over time. They started deleting common polite phrases that people use when they wanna get their point across but still be nice.
I told them to stick to their mandate and just remove the parts that are truly objectionable instead of applying such arbitrary standards to our conversations. It's not like they know everything that the other person knows, y'know? They should give us the benefit of the doubt and let us say what we need to say.
Honestly, this service has become more of an obstacle to meaningful communication than anything else. I'm not even sure if they're gonna be able to bill me this year, and I'm not exactly losing sleep over it. If you have to use a service like this, there are better options out there. Trust me on this one, folks.
I've experienced the same issues and this program is not suggested if you choose to have good communication.
Worst program ever, and does not bring frustration levels down but arises more conflict.
Co-Parenting Made Easy: My Life-Changing Experience with Civil Communicator
I struggled for so many years trying to communicate with my abusive child's father. It was always a nightmare, no matter what I did or said. After finally leaving him in 2017, we still had issues and we tried using Talking Parents at first, but it was a disaster. Nothing was filtered and every message was laced with hostility, blame, and manipulation. It was impossible to co-parent effectively with all that going on, and it made me feel even worse about the situation. My ex always tried to get back together, sometimes even begging me to go to counseling with him, but I had enough. I couldn't take the constant fights and emotional toll it was taking on me.
That's when I reached out to my lawyer and she recommended Civil Communicator. It was like a godsend! Finally, there was a platform that could filter out all the negative messages and bullying, so we could actually communicate about our child without all the drama. Of course, my ex refused to use it at first, but once we had a court order in place, he had no choice.
The platform is amazing. It filters out messages that are demeaning, hostile, or negative, and even helps both parties improve their communication skills. This means that all messages are clear and to the point, without any emotional baggage that could make it hard to co-parent. The team over at Civil Communicator is made up of parents with legal expertise, so they really know what they're doing. They also coach both parties on how to communicate better and be more effective co-parents.
Using Civil Communicator has changed my life. I no longer dread checking my messages, knowing that I'll be bombarded with negativity and hostility. Instead, I can communicate directly about the needs of our child. It's helped me learn how to communicate in a way that's more effective and less emotionally charged, which has had a huge impact on my life overall. I feel a peace of mind that I never felt before.
Overall, I can't recommend Civil Communicator enough. If you're dealing with an ex-partner who's difficult to communicate with, and you just want to co-parent your child in peace, give this platform a try. It's highly regarded by judges and legal professionals, and it can help you move forward with your life.
Civilcommunicator.com Review: Expensive and Biased System Fails to Improve Communication
When I first heard about civilcommunicator.com, I was hopeful that it could be the solution to my husband's communication issues with his ex. Unfortunately, the expensive system turned out to be a complete waste of money, and even made the situation worse.
The website boasts of removing conflict from communication by providing guidelines such as keeping messages brief and avoiding hearsay, confrontation, and repetition. However, the human review process often introduces errors and inconsistencies that contradict these guidelines. Worse still, the system appears to have a bias against men. This is evident in the fact that my husband's ex is allowed to send lengthy, repetitive, confrontational messages that include hearsay, while his messages are closely monitored and frequently altered.
The gender bias is so obvious, and it makes me wonder whether the guidelines are just a facade. Despite our repeated requests to enforce the guidelines consistently, the review team always finds an excuse to allow his ex's messages to pass despite their clear violations. The system is therefore useless because it only works when both parties are held to the same standards.
What's more frustrating is that messages are often changed without consent, unless one is willing to pay extra fees. This is especially absurd because the review team often alters the messages to remove what they perceive to be irrelevant or confrontational sentences. However, in doing so, they end up changing the entire meaning of the message. For example, my husband once sent a message that read "I disagree, but I don't want to argue with you, so please just proceed." The review team changed it to "I disagree, so please just proceed," which made no sense at all.
As a result of this poorly run system, my husband now communicates only the bare minimum with his ex. This has stifled any worthwhile communication between them and made it impossible for them to get any better at communicating with each other.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone against using this system. It's a total waste of money that produces no real results.
I fully agree, as a user at the moment... It's done nothing to help my ex and I's communication. Shes able to get messages to me that seem very passive aggressive, while more than half of my messages are rejected and reformatted into words that give the opposite meaning of what my message said to begin with.
So frustrating!
Review: Civil Communicator - The Reliable and Healthy Communication Platform You Need
If you're seeking a reliable platform for communication, Civil Communicator (CC) is a great choice. My experience with it was amazing, and it is a platform I wish I had known about when my kids' mother and I were ordered by the court to use Talking Parents (TP) for communication about our children. The first thing I noticed about CC was its price point, which is a little higher. However, if you need to use lawyers for communication, the cost of CC would quickly pay for itself, especially since there are no annual subscriptions.
The other party involved in my case was not particularly interested in using all the features of CC. Still, since we only signed up for a trial period, she was not ready to abandon TP. I suspect this is simply because a zebra doesn't change its stripes, and I expect her to return to her abusive ways, hence the need to present my case before the court to have CC as the court-ordered communication platform.
CC is particularly useful in high-conflict cases because it offers a live mediator to filter all messages, guide an appropriate conversation, and make it productive. What's great is that you receive coaching for the first 2 weeks that you sign up. Before CC, I wasn’t communicating as appropriately as I should have. The coaching offered me insight and helped me to understand how to communicate healthily.
One thing I discovered with CC is that it doesn't allow messages or communication after 10 pm or before 7 am. If you try sending messages outside of these allowed hours, they get delivered only during the allowed times. This was extremely advantageous for me, considering the kids' other mother used to send me pestering messages late at night, knowing my mobile phone would alert me and disturb my sleep.
By contrast, TP is an unalterable communication platform, but unfortunately, there are no filters compared to CC. The other party can put anything they like in the app, which poses a significant risk for those with children's abusive mothers, who continue to harass even through the app. The only benefit with TP is that messages cannot be edited, and they can be used as evidence in court to order something like CC and regarding documented agreements.
CC offers me a peace of mind and promotes healthy communication. One of the best things about CC is that mediators are impartial, and they have no “dog in your fight.” This means that their only priority is for the communication to be productive and healthy for all parties. The coaching feedback offered gives invaluable insights as it helps limit conversation. There is no real reason to communicate daily regarding your children unless there are crucial health issues. CC provides a monthly credit of 30 monitored communications. Though one possibly could send one message per day with CC, there is no reason to communicate that much in the first place as you are separated and should have limited communication. CC helps to set healthy boundaries and is vested in the best interest of the children. Though human involvement may introduce some errors, once the mediators are familiar with you and the other party, they can help guide the conversations to have a positive outcome.
Civil Communicator: Good in theory but flawed execution
I have to agree with many of the other reviews out there about Civil Communicator. The positive ones seem genuine and I don't think they're paid like some have claimed. However, the app does have some serious flaws that make it difficult to recommend.
For one, it's impossible to have any real conversations on the app because they don't allow any mention of past events or conflicts. This makes it hard to communicate effectively, especially if you're trying to resolve a conflict or work through a tough issue with someone. Additionally, the app demands documentation for anything discussed outside the app, but at the same time, it doesn't allow you to document anything on the app itself. This is a major contradiction that makes the app almost useless.
And if that wasn't enough, their coaching services are virtually nonexistent. I paid for coaching tickets and sent in questions, but none of them were ever answered. It's frustrating because I felt like I was being ignored or neglected, even though I was paying for the service.
Another major issue with Civil Communicator is their clear bias towards one side of the conversation. If one party says "no," the conversation is over and any further messages are rejected. But if the other party says "no," they can keep asking questions without interference. This is unfair and creates an uneven playing field.
Even their own analytics show this bias. One side will show 100% accepted messages while the other will have a split. And even when I tried to cancel my subscription and inform my ex that I would no longer be using the app, I was met with resistance from Civil Communicator. They refused to let me send the message, labeling it as "inappropriate" and "unnecessary." This is frustrating because it means that one side isn't aware that communication has stopped, and that's not fair to anyone involved.
In the end, I ended up cancelling my subscription and I'm not sure if I'll ever use Civil Communicator again. While the idea of the app is good, the execution is lacking and it creates more problems than it solves. If you're looking for an app to help you communicate with others, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Civil Communicator Complaints 9
The product itself and customer service
They are banning me from from communicating with my ex-wife it's the only way we can communicate because I've asked them where they get there training from and what comments of mine were inappropriate. They basically have banned me for one entire month just because I keep asking where they get their training from I've been really polite to them but yet they still banned me. I believe that trampling all over my civil rights and my constitutional rights because of this I pay them a large lump sum of money every month to be able to speak to my ex-wife and then they take that right away from me because they don't like me asking them a question. My civil rights will not be trampled on and my constitutional rights
Claimed loss: $65
Desired outcome: To figure out where they get their training from and to get reimbursed my money and that for them not to take away the only way I have to communicate with my ex-wife about our child

Warning: Avoid Civil Communicator for Poor Customer Support and Abusive Tactics
Yo, so I gotta say, stay away from Civil Communicator. They did me dirty with some straight up abusive tactics. My ex-husband's being a total jerk and won't give me a copy of some important pictures on his computer. So I tried to ask Civil Communicator for help, but they straight up refused to let me request 'em. Like, what kind of bull is that? I expected at least some basic support from a supposedly professional communication platform. But nah, they don't seem to care about their users at all. So yeah, save yourself the trouble and keep clear of Civil Communicator if you want competent customer support.

A Disappointing Experience with Civil Communicator: Messaging Errors and Lack of Support
Yo, so I'm here to give you my honest opinion on Civil Communicator. Gotta say, it's not great. Like, I was using it to send messages from my phone, right? And then outta nowhere it just stopped working. No warning or nothing. And when I tried to tell someone about it, there was no way to escalate the issue. Major bummer.
And don't even get me started on the message changes. Like, I sent a totally normal message and then the person on the other end got something completely different. It's like the app was playing some weird game of telephone. And on top of that, sometimes random messages just wouldn't go through at all.
Honestly, save yourself the headache and find a different product. There's way better stuff out there that actually works and won't make you want to pull your hair out.
Untrustworthy App Alert: A Deeper Dive into Civil Communicator
I gotta tell you, folks, I have been using Civil Communicator for a while now and I have to say, I agree with all the peeps out there who are leaving those negative reviews. Let me tell you, it has made my already tense relationship with my ex even worse. I mean, they go and edit my messages, and it feels like they're changing the whole meaning behind them. It's like they're just picking changes randomly and- what the heck?! Sorry about that random typo, my fingers aren't as nimble as they used to be.
I was so spooked after using this thing that I had to go and Google the company, but let me tell ya, there ain't really much information available out there. I did find the founder's LinkedIn profile, but I couldn't see any other employees. Seems kinda shady, don't you think? And if you go digging around, you might even find out that this here founder has got a bit of a checkered past, if you catch my drift.
The worst bit, folks, is every time I try to leave a negative comment about the app and how it's making my life even more miserable and complicated, they go and block it, saying I'm being abusive or something! But I am not being abusive towards my ex or the court or anyone like that. I'm just giving my honest opinion about the app!
Between you and me, peeps, I am seriously worried about my kids using Civil Communicator. It just doesn't feel safe, you know? So, look, let me just tell you - please don't make the same mistake that I did. Don't use this thing!
Corrupt and Misleading: My Negative Experience with Civil Communicator
Okay, so let me tell you about my experience with Civil Communicator. I have to admit, it wasn't great. In fact, I would say these people are pretty darn corrupt. I mean, they straight-up lied to the courts multiple times. And even worse, they can't even logically explain their own protocols. It's like they don't even know what they're doing.
Now, don't get me wrong, I really wanted to like this platform. The idea of having a better way to communicate during legal disputes sounded great. But the reality is that Civil Communicator is really just a tool for litigation. It's not about communication at all.
In fact, I came across a review from someone named Jennifer that pretty accurately describes what I experienced. It turns out that the owner of the company, Leslie Breisch, is a convicted felon who stole from her "husband" and his family. Yikes.
And get this: she's a software programmer with no legal or communications experience. Honestly, that should have been a red flag for me from the beginning. But hindsight is 20/20, I guess.
Oh, and here's another thing I found out. Civil Communicator is actually operating illegally as an unlicensed trade name of data engineering LLC. And apparently that company has a track record of mishandling private personal information. So yeah, I would definitely avoid them at all costs.
The thing is, using Civil Communicator could seriously mess up your relationship with your kids or whoever else you're trying to communicate with. It's just not worth the risk.
And honestly, I don't understand how anyone could leave a positive review for this company. I mean, I looked pretty hard and didn't find a single person who had a good experience. So my guess is that anyone who left a positive review must have been paid off or something.
But hey, those are just my honest opinions. Take 'em or leave 'em.
Stay Away from Civil Communicator: Unethical Owners and Illegal Practices
Civil Communicator is a platform that you definitely want to stay away from. I had a terrible experience using their services and would not recommend them to anyone. The owner, who goes by the name of a convicted felon, is not someone that you want to be associated with. She's been accused of stealing from her own husband and his family, which is something that just doesn't sit right with me.
But that's not all. When I tried to speak out against the owner and her unethical behavior, she retaliated against me by impersonating me in my account and defaming me. This is not only highly unethical, but it's also illegal. In fact, she may even be guilty of felony impersonation and attempt to influence a government official.
I contacted the Denver Police Department and spoke with a detective who referred me to the District Attorney's Office. I also reached out to the Attorney General of Colorado and even spoke with Colorado Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime Unit. This owner needs to face the consequences of her actions, and I won't stop until I get justice. I am willing to take a polygraph test to prove my innocence, and I challenge the owner to take one as well.
What really made me suspicious about this company is how highly concerned the owner is with negative reviews. It leads me to believe that many of the positive reviews are fake and disingenuous.
If you're considering using Civil Communicator, please think twice. This company engages in unethical and possibly even illegal practices. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you're experiencing similar issues, I recommend contacting a good detective and seeking legal assistance.
A Warning About Civil Communicator: Confusing and Frustrating Co-Parenting Platform with Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Response to
Civil Communicator is an online communication platform that promises to make communication between co-parents better. However, my experience with the platform has been the opposite. They seem to ignore coaching tickets and enforce "standards" selectively, which makes it difficult to know what is and isn't allowed. Additionally, the point system that they use is ridiculous and seems designed to milk users for every dollar they can. If you have any issues or concerns with the service, don't expect any refunds or answers to your questions.
In fact, using Civil Communicator has made communication between myself and my co-parent much worse. Their platform seems to encourage misunderstandings and leaves users frustrated and confused. They don't seem to care about their users or whether or not their service is actually helping anyone.
Furthermore, when I posted a negative review of the platform, they responded by suspending my account. This seems like a petty and unprofessional way to handle criticism. If this is how they treat their users, then I would caution anyone considering using Civil Communicator to look elsewhere.
If you do decide to use Civil Communicator and run into issues like I did, there are steps you can take to protect yourself. For example, there is a bill in Congress that would prohibit the use of certain clauses that restrict a consumer's ability to communicate about goods or services. This is just one way to hold companies accountable and ensure that consumers are protected.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using Civil Communicator. Their platform is confusing and frustrating, their customer service is lacking, and their response to criticism is unprofessional. There are better communication platforms out there that will actually help you co-parent effectively.
Avoid Civil Communicator for Co-Parenting Communication - Read My Experience and Review
So I wanted to share my thoughts about this website called Civil Communicator (civilcommunicator.com) which is supposed to help co-parents communicate more effectively. But let me tell you, my experience with this company has been a complete disaster from the beginning.
After I posted a review sharing my less than stellar experience with the site, their attorney reached out to me threatening legal action if I didn't take it down. But I refused to back down and, as a result, they revoked my account. Now, I can still log in but I can't access any of my messages or anything else, even though it shows that I'm "active" and that I've paid. It's frustrating because my child's mom has sent me important information like her school schedule and stuff, but I can't even see it.
I've reached out to them multiple times asking them to unlock my account, but they've been completely unresponsive. Instead, all I've gotten are more threatening emails from their attorney. They're claiming that they can choose who they do business with, but that doesn't give them the right to treat people this way.
In case you're wondering, there are no good reviews for this site. And I can tell you firsthand that they don't deserve any. They blamed my child's mom for putting restrictions on my account, like not being able to mention my daughter's other sister or request any time changes. But she's allowed to offer time changes. It makes no sense and it's infuriating.
So, if you're in the market for a co-parenting communication tool, do yourself a favor and avoid Civil Communicator. They've caused me nothing but headaches and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have.
No customer service, outrageous rules to write a simple sentence, $400 /year, you get 10 messages per month and have to pay $80-100 more if you want to buy more points to sent a sentence or provide a photo into a library.
The worst app and definitely nothing civil about it.
It’s going to be the divorce, part 3.
Save your sanity and money , and go with any , ANY other platform to communicate.
If you need another ex to argue with / that’s CC . It’s impossible to make any good communication through them
