Usually works fine (xbox game pass) but if you get a faulty key their support fobs you off, with a list of how to resolve it (obvious things like "make sure you enter the code correctly). They confirmed it's got the correct region, but the code didn't work (said wrong region). It's all stuff that's already on the help page, so I had already tried that. When you tell them you have tried all these, it goes silent. I've been waiting 5 days for a reply.
Prices are also getting much higher, to the point where there's not that much difference in paying direct to microsoft and saving the heartache.
