CLAS 5 Painters Ltd review: Being nasty and provocative

I attended today Sherwin williams paint store at 1882 Marine Dr. North Vancouver, BC. While I was trying to help my customer to choose the right paint, Mr. Anmol Gupta (Market Manager) was so nasty and provocative towards me.

When I asked him to speak to the store manager in order to de-escalate the situation he reized his voice telling me that he is the manager of the store. In his business card is advertised as Market Manager though.

I have to leave the store looking for somewhere else and avoid further escalation.
