Do not order from this company!
It won’t take more than a few seconds via a Google search to see the number of dissatisfied customers who have posted about this company sending out marked clothing and then blaming the recipient. It is impossible to prove it was marked when opening unless we took every parcel we receive and open it on camera!
The items were not even tried on, as I tried a dress on prior to taking said outfit out of the bag and that was exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed now that I chose to keep the item because after the way I have been treated I would rather not have purchased anything from them.
I have asked numerous questions, to which they will not answer, all they state is their staff are trained!
This is by far the most awful company I have ever dealt with. They sent ‘said outfit’ back thrown in a postal bag, rolled up in a ball.
The item was a chiffon material and pale pink/nude in colour. Both top and bottom had huge tags on them! How I could have worn them with tags on is something I have asked numerous times because there is no way of hiding them or disgusting them! The tags are perfect, not bent or marked like they would be if they had been manipulated under clothing or something. The dress smells like a factory,the top clearly hasn’t even been put on, this can be seen by the way it sat when it was out of the bag.
The items were not very expensive, I am more than capable of affording them, however this is down to principle as this company try to steal from people who, in good faith, purchase items from them, need to return them (within the returns policy requirements) and then face the company defacing the items to say they cannot be returned and refusing a refund.
What a terrible business model and a dreadful customer service department.
I will be making sure we spend our hard earned money with a company that has the right ethics, morals and standards
