12 Nov 2021 - Cherry Juice delivered but was leaking. Feedback to seller and they promised to resend a bottle even though it was delivery service provider's fault. And that they will get compensation from delivery company.

7 Dec - Finally replied but had to repeat issue with my order. Then they now insisted that I should follow up and get compensation from delivery company as it is not their fault and that they will not resend the item.
Do not purchase from them please. How can this issue be resolved between client and delivery company when i'm not their customer.
I have also called the delivery company and they confirmed that they will only compensate their client direct (cocomo) and not to be, the recipient.
