I have concerns about the handling of the case involving myself and my daughter with Coffee County DHR Social Worker Jennifer Green, her Supervisor Amanda Rhodes and my court appointed attorney, Josh Pipken. Over the last 6 months, I have not been contacted in regards to the case even though all parties involved (including the Foster parents) had my direct phone number. The issue is that an appeal was filed "on my behalf" by the above mentioned attorney after I informed him I did not require his assistance anymore. This action held up my daughter's on going adoption, cause the both of us mental distress and tarnished a relationship we have been working toward rebuilding. I have been battling homelessness, addiction and mental issues myself being a female veteran and survivor of multiple abusive relationships. I am wondering if there is really any oversight concerning the handling of cases like this is small country towns, such as Enterprise. And if this is occurring there, where else is there a need for an overhaul. I was contacted more times by the faculty when it was time for UA's and hair follicle test than anything else involving my daughter and any attempts at real reunification.
Desired outcome: Supervisor, Case Manager and Attorney investigated along with their cases (Past and Present)
