My name is Anita Schlecht I came in there in July to get a membership for my daughter, Angela Morrow, who had been a customer for several years, for her birthday, 2 weeks later my car broke down and I had to pay $800, so I called back and explained to the gentleman who sold me the membership that I could not afford to do it for about 3 months, he said ok he would take care of it, then I got a text saying insufficient funds in my account so I texted back and called back, so I went up in person twice and my door phob wouldnt work, I understand keeping the $7 when I applied but you all took out $116 from my account after I told you I couldnt do it right then, I had to pay the 800 to fix my car. I finally get someone to answer the phone there and she tells me they will not refund my money. I am elderly and live on a fixed income, and even if I was to be able to afford to keep it my key wont work up there so you even charged me when i couldnt get in. My sister and her 3 daughters are moving here next month and were all going to get memberships there but I will tell them now how you all did me and possibly contact my attorney.
