I put my membership on hold when the pandemic started. I never said to start billing me again, and I haven't gone to any gym since then. But Healthways started billing me on 8/28 and 9/28. They said they would give me back the money for September, but they won't give me back the money for August. They say they sent me an email telling me they would start billing again, but I NEVER got that email.

Even though there were CDC guidelines, they didn't inform me if a payment was missing and their system often fails to take payment. They canceled my membership, so I want Fitness Your Way to refund me for the months I couldn't go to the gym. They won't give me my grandfather rate.

On March 12, I did the online thingy to renew my gym thingy with Fitness Your Way. I used this cool promo code that gave me a sweet discount, so I only had to pay $16.29 a month. But then, the next month, they hit me with a charge of $31.50! What the heck, right? So, I called them up on May 17, and they told me that the discount was only for the first month. But hold up, that's not what my confirmation letter said! It straight up said, "here's your receipt for the first payment and the recurring payment schedule. You gonna be charged $15.00 a month, plus taxes, on the credit card you used when you signed up for Fitness Your Way." Like, what's the deal, Fitness Your Way? Get your stuff together!

I reached out to this company and told them that they've been charging me since March, even though all gyms closed in March. The guy I spoke to said that they sent an email to every member. I checked my email, spam, and trash, but I never got it. Maybe it's because I started in April and had trouble getting my information into the system. I had to call them about that too. Anyway, the person on the phone said he could only refund 2 months, and then I would have to talk to a manager. He also said that the only other thing he could do was stop the payments now and have a manager call me back. Well, it's been over a month and still no manager has called, and the payments never stopped. Not only are they charging me for a membership I can't use, but they're also continuing to charge me even after I told them to stop.

I signed up for Fitness Your Way thru my health insurance. Their site led me to believe that the gym I wanted to go to was under the basic plan, but it was not. I then upgraded to the next plan which was significantly more and that gym STILL wasn't available to me. So I called and asked them to please cancel the entire thing, because I was led to believe something that wasn't true, and they told me that the gym I wanted to go to was under their ELITE plan (more money!)So they supposedly canceled the service, which refunded me *** for the plan, but I just realized today they have been deducting almost $32 from my account each month since! (4 months worth of charges)I called today to have them cancel AGAIN, and complained about the charges I wasn't aware of, and the only plan to refund me for the very last charge. So now I am out about $100.Don't sign up with this program. It's a ripoff.

I had a membership with Fitness Your Way through Blue365, but I stopped because of the pandemic. I wasn't being billed, but then I started being billed in October , without me asking for it. Everything was chaotic because of the pandemic. A customer service rep told me something about a temporary hold. All I know is, I wasn't being billed, then I started being billed, I didn't ask for it, and no one told me I would start being billed. I haven't used the service in a long time. I do know that my gym was closed for a while, but I still didn't feel safe when it reopened. I cancelled permanently in early Jan. 2022, but I was still charged for Jan. 2022. A customer service rep said they would waive the charge for just one month, Jan. 2022, but I never received that refund. I would appreciate a refund or credit for the $29 charges in Oct 2021, Nov 2021, Dec 2021, and Jan 2022. I disputed the charges with my credit card, but it didn't work.

This company stopped my membership in April because of the pandemic. They sent me an email saying it would stay on hold until I wanted to start again. I called and told them not to start charging me again until I said so. They said they wouldn't unless I agreed because of the circumstances. I confirmed that I wouldn't be charged until I called and said I wanted to start again. But then, in September, they started charging me again without asking me and without any notice. The gym I used to go to wasn't even covered anymore and many gyms were still closed. When I recently noticed all these charges, I called to explain the situation. They didn't want to help at all, not even applying the money to the future. They were also really rude on the phone and blamed me for their mistake. They are a terrible, scammy company. Don't sign up and give them your card information or they will charge you without asking and won't cancel when you tell them to.

I want my money back for the wrong charges they made on my account. They charged me $116 for monthly membership fees that I didn't owe. I called Fitness Your Way in May and told them to stop my account because of COVID. They didn't charge me in June, but then they started charging me $29 every month from July to December without my permission. I called them on December 21, and talked to a customer service person named Rose. She said that they knew I called in May to stop my account because of COVID, but they made a mistake and kept charging me anyway. She gave me a refund for November and December, but she couldn't give me a refund for July to October because she wasn't allowed to. She said she would ask someone higher up to give me a refund for those months. They refunded me $58 for November and December, but I still had to pay $116 for July to October. On December 22, I got an email from the Fitness Your Way Customer Support Team. They said they reviewed my account and my reasons for wanting a refund, but they couldn't give me any more money back. They told me to call *** if I had any more questions. I called them many times, but the customer service people couldn't help me. They told me to talk to "Charles," the manager who makes the final decision. I called on January 19 and talked to Cassandra. She said I would get a call back in 2-4 business days, but I didn't. They still haven't told me what the "extenuating circumstances" are that they mentioned in the email.
